At present the billing for claims processed in December are out for auditng and our office has not yet received authorization to release payment for these claims, so at this time I do not yet have an exact date for when your rebate claim will be issued. But what you are doing is great because when this authorization is received your claim is at the top of the list of checks to be issued. I find it quite coincidental that now my rebate will be sent out early next week.  I do appreciate your immediate attention to this matter.  However I do not feel that this matter is totally resolved until I have the rebate check in hand,  I will contact you when the check has been received.  Again thank you for your attention to this matter

this time we do not yet have an exact date for when this rebate claim will be issued but this customer’s claim has been added to the priority list of checks to be issued as soon as authorization to issue payment has been received.

I agree with the response the company sent as long as it does happen and they follow through. If however I don't receive it I will continue to with my open case with the Revdex.com.

The claim for Ms. [redacted]'s rebate has been received by our office and is currently processing. The customer has been notified that she will be contacted by our office when we receive authorization to issue payment on her rebate claim.

I have been told that the check is in the mail. Upon receipt I will be satisfied but I have not received as of yet. Thanks.

I am rejecting this response because: This response doesn't tell me anything. Arris Resources LLC website reads " The status on my rebate says, "Processing," what does that mean?The processing and/or distribution of your rebate check can take up to 12 weeks from the postmark date. If it has been more than 12 weeks and you still do not have your rebate check, please feel free to contact Arris Resources Rebate Program Customer Service at [email protected]."   The Postmark date from my Rebate Claim was 01/10/2015, today is 5/15/2015.  Secondly, no reply back from my phone messages or emails. No mail sent to address the delay. Currently 18 weeks since the Postmark.  Customer service should do their diligence and contact the auditing firm for a date for authorization to release payment and when the rebate will be sent.

Interesting that it says a replacement check - a check was never issued in the first place.  I'll believe it when I have the check in hand.  Thank you for your help!

The claim for this customer's rebate has been issued. The rebate was approved for $175.00 based on the washer and dryer pair purchased a copy of the original rebate forms has been attached for the customer's review. The check will be mailed to Ms. [redacted] at [redacted]...

[redacted] and will arrive in a white faced green backed envelope where you tear off the sides of the envelope and the check is inside. It is mailed from Rebate Center- Arris Resources.

The claim for this customer's rebate is set to be issued on Tuesday May 12th. The customerhas been contacted and informed that a date has been set for the issuance of their rebate check.

Customer states: I have not received any contact from the company yet but I did receive the check.

The claim for this customer's submission has been approved for payment and a check is set to be issued this week. Ms. [redacted] has been contacted and informed that her check will be issued soon.
