Arris Rebates

Review: To whom it may concern:I purchased a GE caf series appliances from [redacted] in [redacted]. At the time of purchase, I was eligible for a "Earth Day spectacular" rebate (invoice number [redacted]) in the amount of $250. The rebate was through Arris Resources. I submitted all of the appropriate paperwork through certified mail on 5/4/2015 (tracking information available on request). I have confirmation that the certified mail was received/signed for on 5/9/2015. I checked the status of my rebate on 5/31 to confirm confirmation of receipt. I was instructed that the rebate information had never been received (untrue, see certified mail tracking #). I resubmitted all of my rebate paperwork to [redacted] by fax on 6/1. I still have yet to receive fulfillment of the rebate for $250. I've communicated by email rebate several times regarding the status of my rebate. On 8/31 I contacted [redacted] and was told that my rebate fulfillment check was completed and was scheduled to be mailed out on 8/31. I was told it would take approximately one week to receive the check once it was mailed. I have still not received the rebate check. I contacted [redacted] again on 9/22. She instructed me that the check was issued and mailed but she has no tracking information on the checks. She was unable to offer me any more insight as to why I have not received the rebate check. I have attempted to resolve this matter with Arris rebates without success. I am very frustrated that his taken four months to receive a rebate check and would like some assistance in resolving this matter. I question that they ever sent a fulfillment check. If they cannot track the rebate check that was mailed out then I would like a check reissued with the tracking number. I have copies of all of my original paperwork, tracking number, and communication emails with Arris rebates if you need further information.Desired Settlement: I would like Arris Rebates to fulfill the $250 GE Earth Day spectacular rebate that was submitted as promised. I would like the fulfillment check to be reissued with the tracking number as soon as possible.

Review: Review: We purchased microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator Frigidare appliances on 07/20/2015 from Appliance Factory outlet (Delivered 7/23/2015) and applied with Arris Resources ,complying with all requirements for the $300 mail in rebate. I sent paperwork in properly completed. After hearing nothing for about, I have tried to call Arres Rebates and left multiple messages, and none returned, This rebate was a factor in the decision to buy from Appliance Factory Outlet.
