The claim for this customer's rebate has been approved for payment and a check set to be issued on February 3rd.

This matter was resolved and the rebate issued in January 2015 shortly after we were made aware.  It could be that we just missed the notice from the Revdex.com.  The consumer emailed confirmation that the check was received and resolved.  
Please revise the status at your earliest convenience.

I am rejecting this response because:  Five months is a ridiculous amount of time to process a rebate.  There was no...

mention in their response of why it took this long, only another date for a check to be mailed, not received.  No apologies, no excuses and zero reason for the delay.  Very poor business practice.  I'll wait to see of the check actually shows up and clears the bank, then consider an appropriate response.

auditing and our office has not yet received authorization to release payment for these claims....   "    My complaint is if they received the rebate form information first part of August, why was this not processed then and not until September?  This is total unacceptable.   Especially since the claim form states "allow 12 weeks from August 6, 2015 for delivery of your check."

I am rejecting this response because:    This is the same response ( verbatim) we received  17 weeks after the claim was submitted. Going by their time frame of 8-12 weeks , we thought we'd see how it was progressing.
Attempts to contact them since then, go unanswered so that's why, now that we,re at the 20 week mark, we requested your help in completing their obligation. Our concern is that the longer they drag this out, the less chance they will honor their agreement.

If I receive this check in the mail - I will be satisfied. The old saying "check is in the mail" makes me suspicous.

A $100 rebate on our new Samsung washer and dryer was submitted to Arris over 4 months ago. We have yet to receive our check nor do they answer their phone or respond to voice mails left.
