I am rejecting this response because: It is
4/5/and we have NOT received the check. We are in Utah and it is mailed from California, that should take days max and it has been weeks. We are respectfully requesting a new rebate check as we never received the firstAlso this was the first time we had been told what the check number was. We were told there was no way of tracking it and she had no further information

because: They received the paperwork October 4, I have the receipt from the US post officeThey did not even start processing it until I called them on Dec23, It has been almost months & they cannot even give a date when they expect to mail the rebateI know this doesn't hold water, but the salesman assured me that I would get the rebate within 8-weeks, which is long pastHe assured me that all his other customers had received the rebate within that timeI'm sure he didn't tell me the truthI would like to know when I can expect the rebateOn March the it will be monthsI think this a little excessive, considering they will not even give an estimate of when it will be sent*** ***

I received a call letting me know that the rebate check was in the mail and I would be receiving it in the next weekThis should close the complaint I filed

I never did receive a check from the Rebate Center Appliance Factory Outlet $Rebate. It has now been 1/months since I sent in my rebate form with attached receipt. Please contact the company on my behalf again. Thank you*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: Five months is a ridiculous amount of time to process a rebate. There was no
mention in their response of why it took this long, only another date for a check to be mailed, not received. No apologies, no excuses and zero reason for the delay. Very poor business practice. I'll wait to see of the check actually shows up and clears the bank, then consider an appropriate response
