I am rejecting this response because:? they stated? "At present the billing for claims processed in September are out for auditing and our office has not yet received authorization to release payment for these claims....? ? "? ? ? My complaint is if they received the rebate form? information first part of August, why was this not processed then and not until September?? This is total unacceptable.? ? Especially since the claim form states "allow 12? weeks from August 6, for delivery of your check."? ?

I am rejecting this response because: As of July 17, 2016, I have received no check from Arriss Rebates I check every day because it is so late--almost a month at the very outside date that it was promised My zip code is [redacted] and they claim that they used [redacted] and transposed the number I rechecked all of my correspondence and my zip code is correct Thank you for your assistance, [redacted]
