Ms. [redacted]' issue has been noted and our office is working to have her claim paid out as soon as possible. At this time we are not able to issue payment for this rebate claim but the contact information for this customer has been taken down and she will be contacted when her claim has been issued.

am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this offer because in less than 1 week it will be 12 weeks ad,My husband and I do not believe we should have to wait another 8-10 weeks for this refund,if I would have known this when I bought these items I would have either purchased something else because I am not really happy with this pair, I was told buy these because of the rebate that was being offered so I am expecting my refund in the time frame given, not 8-10 weeks after the 12 weeks.

I am rejecting this response because:  As of July 17, 2016, I have received no check from Arriss Rebates.  I check every day because it is so late--almost a month at the very outside date that it was promised.  My zip code is [redacted] and they claim that they used [redacted] and transposed the number.  I rechecked all of my correspondence and my zip code is correct. Thank you for your assistance,[redacted]

I confirm that a check for Ms [redacted]'s rebate was scheduled tobe issued on Monday April 6th. I looked into the status of the check and foundthat our check writing software suffered a crash on the 6th that hadimpeded our ability to issue checks. The program has now beenreestablished and the checks scheduled to be issued on the 6th were printed andwhere sent out in last week's mail. Our apologies for the unforeseeninconvenience. Ms. [redacted] can expect to receiver her check by the end of this week.

The rebate was approved for $175.00 based on the washer and dryer pair purchased a copy of the original rebate forms has been attached for the customer's review. The check will be mailed to Ms. [redacted] at [redacted] and will arrive in a white faced green backed envelope where you tear off the sides of the envelope and the check is inside. It is mailed from Rebate Center- Arris Resources.

I am rejecting this response because:    This is the same response ( verbatim) we received  17 weeks after the claim was submitted. Going by their time frame of 8-12 weeks , we thought we'd see how it was progressing. Attempts to contact them since then, go unanswered so that's why, now that we,re at the 20 week mark, we requested your help in completing their obligation. Our concern is that the longer they drag this out, the less chance they will honor their agreement.Thank you for your attention to this matter, we do appreciate your help. [redacted]

are out for auditing and our office has not yet received authorization to release payment for these claims....   "    My complaint is if they received the rebate form information first part of August, why was this not processed then and not until September?  This is total unacceptable.   Especially since the claim form states "allow 12 weeks from August 6, 2015 for delivery of your check."

A new check for this customer's rebate is set to be issued. The customerhas been contacted and informed that a replacement check is being mailed to them shortly.
