Arris Rebates Reviews (243)

I confirm that a check for Ms. [redacted]'s rebate was scheduled to beissued on June 9th. I looked into the status of the check and found that ourcheck writing software suffered a crash on the 6th that had impeded our abilityto issue checks. The program has now been reestablished and the checksscheduled to be issued on the 9th were printed and mailed out earlier thisweek. Our apologies for this unforeseen inconvenience. Usually checks reachtheir recipients within about a week after they are mailed out so I believeher check should reach her by the middle of next week.

Our records show that Mr. [redacted]'s claim is currentlyprocessing. At present the billing for claims processed in February are out forauditng and our office has not yet received authorization to release paymentfor these claims. Mr. [redacted]'s claim has been added to the priority list of...

checks to beissued as soon as authorization to issue payment has been received. I have madea note to contact the customer when I know that the claim is being mailed out.

I am rejecting this response because: I have not yet received the rebate card in the mail (as of 12/16/2015).

The disputed rebate amount for this customer has been issued. The customer has been contacted and informed of his updated status.

The claim for Ms. [redacted] has been received and a check for her rebate is set to be mailed on August 25th to the address we have on files. So she knows what to look for, our checks come in a white faced green backed envelopewhere you tear off the sides of the envelope and the check is...

inside. It ismailed from Rebate Center - Arris Resources.

The claim for this customer's rebate is set to be issued early next week. The customer has been contacted and informed that their rebate check will be received shortly.

I am rejecting this response because:  As of July 17, 2016, I have received no check from Arriss Rebates.  I check every day because it is so late--almost a month at the very outside date that it was promised.  My zip code is [redacted] and they claim that they used [redacted] and transposed the number.  I rechecked all of my correspondence and my zip code is correct.

Thank you for your assistance,
[redacted]

I just would like you to know that I still have not received the rebate that they promised was in the mail and I would receive Tuesday. Perhaps they can give me what the check number is if it has already been processed. Maybe you shouldn't close a case until you know we have received our money.Sincerely[redacted]

Purchased Samsung Washer and Dryer from Wayne's Appliance in Evansville IN 2-16-17. Wayne's Appliance gave us $100 rebate form to fill out and mail into Samsung Rebate 2121 Natomas Crossings Dr. Suite 200, #304 (Sacramento, CA). Mailed all information 2-23-17. On form stated Please allow 12 wks from 3-21-17 for delivery of check. 6-13-17 will be the 12 weeks. Also states to go to the arrisrebates.com website for rebate status. I have been on this website and states no info. about my $100 rebate. Reading all the complaints I am thinking will never receive rebate money...Very, Very, Dissatisfied. Can not even contact..Desired Settlement: Rebate check for $100.00

Review: I bought four new GE slate appliances from [redacted] Appliance World in [redacted] on August 4, 2015. A GE slate madness promotion (program [redacted]) offered through brand source and mailed to Arris Resources allowed three of those appliances to be eligible for a $450.00 rebate. The form states one must allow 12 weeks from August 6, 2015 for delivery of rebate check. That time has passed. Numerous phone calls to [redacted] the provided phone number, have all been answered by a recording with no return contact. In reading other complaints on the Revdex.com site, this seems like the only way that they will pay.Desired Settlement: Pay me the $450.00 rebate.

Review: I purchased an [redacted] Washer, Dryer and two pedestals from [redacted]'s on 10/17/2014 totaling $2,366.28. I completed the Mail in Rebate for $260.00 and mailed in the Rebate on the date of purchase. I still have NOT received the Rebate to date 02/17/2015. When contacting them by phone, the staff that handles "Rebates" does not have voice mail and never answers the phone. People are directed to view their "Rebate Status" online; when doing so the "status" will state your Rebate is "Processing," however the check NEVER arrives. There is no one to E-Mail or speak to. On one occasion I was able to get an "Operator" on the line after using option "0", she politely put me back through to the phone loop to no-one. When I called her back to ask for a Manager she would not answer her line. Arris has not honored Frigidaire Rebates and the store which sells their product also appear unable to help. [redacted] sales representative did say he would E-Mail Arris for us in an attempt to help, but there has been no feedback to date.Desired Settlement: Honor the $260.00 Rebate and mail the Rebate check as soon as possible.

Consumer

Response:

I am rejecting this response because: We purchased the appliances 10/17/2014 and have been waiting for the rebate check since that time. Arris Resources have been telling us since early DECEMBER 2014 the same story they are responding with currently to the Revdex.com; "your check is being processed." Yet the check continues NOT to arrive, nothing has changed. Since the Revdex.com complaint, Arris has has left my wife one voice message stating the same old story of "check being processed." But they fail to produce my Rebate check.

Business

Response:

Business states that they are now currently able to cut and send rebate check of $260. The check will be sent out on March 23rd. Once again, business apologizes for the delay.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: I bought ** kitchen appliances in March 2015 and was given documents to fill out for a ** Slate Madness Event rebate. On the Arris website it says the paperwork was received 4/09/15 and the deadline was 4/22/15. It also says the rebate is "processing" and has said that ever since I have been checking for the last 4 weeks. After allowing 12 weeks, as requested for delivery, I have tried repeatedly to contact someone at Arris Resources. I have called and left messa**s asking them to please return my call at least 5 times. I have emailed them and received no reply. It has now been over 16 weeks since the request was received by them and I am extremely upset by their lack of cooperation. I would appreciate it very much if someone could look into this and let me know if you are able to get a response.Desired Settlement: I want my $400 rebate as promised by **.

Review: I purchased 4 ** Slate appliances on 07/31/2015. My salesperson from the appliance store where appliances were purchased completed the necessary paperwork complying with all requirements for the $275.00 mail in rebate. Paperwork was mailed 08/08/2015. The re-bate form states to "allow 12 weeks from August 6, 2015 for delivery of check". After hearing nothing after 14 weeks, I called Arris rebates only to get a recording to say no one was available to take my call and to leave my name and phone. Someone would return my call as soon as possible. I have yet to hear from anyone from Arris Resources. I went on line at [redacted]. where the status showed they only started processing the rebate on 09/09/2015, a whole month after being mailed. This rebate was a factor in the decision to buy ** products. I am sorry that I have done business with either one of these businesses.Desired Settlement: I would like this rebate processed immediately. Entirely to long for something to take this long, especially when I followed all the requirements to receive the rebate.

Business

Response:

The claim for this customer's rebate has been received and is currently processing. The customer has been contacted and informed of the current status of their rebate.

Consumer

Response:

I am rejecting this response because:

they stated "At present the billing for claims processed in September are out for auditing and our office has not yet received authorization to release payment for these claims.... " My complaint is if they received the rebate form information first part of August, why was this not processed then and not until September? This is total unacceptable. Especially since the claim form states "allow 12 weeks from August 6, 2015 for delivery of your check."

Review: I purchased a Frigidaire appliance package on 5/27/15. At the time of purchase I was told that I would receive a $300 package rebate. All the paperwork necessary for the rebate was completed and mailed on June 24, 2015. I waited the suggested 8 weeks for processing to receive my rebate. Since it was not received, I began calling Arris Resources at their number given on my paperwork ([redacted]). I called several times and only ever got a voicemail recording. I left messages each time and never received a return call. I then contacted the local store where I purchased the appliances. The business manager looked up the web site and found my status as "Processing" as of 8/3/15. He explained that he had had several complaints from costumers not receiving their rebates. I thought I would give the company a little longer to receive my check, so I waited again. Now today, October 24, 2015, I went on Arris's web site to check my status. It is still the same "Processing" as of 8/3/15. There is no phone number to contact anyone. I am contacting you in hopes of getting this resolved and keeping someone else from having to deal with Arris's bad customer service. I hope I never have to deal with them again.Thank you for your time and help in this matter.[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my $300 rebate check as promised. I would like this resolved and check received by Nov 30,2015. I do not want to wait for a promised check several more months.

Review: I submitted a rebate claim on April 26,2015 with With Arris Rebate for the Earth Day Promotion. I purchased the appliances and submitted the paperwork in a timely manner. I have been checking the website daily and show that it processed on June 17, 2015 as of this day I have not recieved my rebate check nor has anyone returned my call regarding this issue. I have called daily for the past two week.Desired Settlement: I would like to recieve my Rebate As Soon As Possible

Review: When I purchased my [redacted] washer & dryer Oct. 27, 2014, I was told I would get a $200.00 rebate in about 8 to 10 weeks. It has been over 14 weeks now & no rebate just the run around. I think this may be a scam. The invoice number for the rebate is [redacted]. I have contacted them several times. I am told it is in process as of 12/23/2014. I want to file a complaint against [redacted] also.Desired Settlement: I want the rebate & have them stop making false promises.

Business

Response:

Consumer

Response:

I am rejecting this response because: They received the paperwork October 4, 2014. I have the receipt from the US post office. They did not even start processing it until I called them on Dec. 23, 2014. It has been almost 4 months & they cannot even give a date when they expect to mail the rebate. I know this doesn't hold water, but the salesman assured me that I would get the rebate within 8-10 weeks, which is long past. He assured me that all his other customers had received the rebate within that time. I'm sure he didn't tell me the truth. I would like to know when I can expect the rebate. On March the 4 it will be 4 months. I think this a little excessive, considering they will not even give an estimate of when it will be sent. [redacted]

Business

Response:

Ms. [redacted]'s comments have been acknowledged. The claims for this billing are still out for auditing but Ihave noted this additional inquiry so we know to have this claim sent out to you as soon as the funds become available. A notification email will be sent to Ms. [redacted] when the check is issued.

Review: We purchased 4 Frigidare appliances on 07/15/2015 from Appliance Smart and applied with Arris Resources ,complying with all requirements for the $300 mail in rebate. I sent paperwork in properly completed. After hearing nothing for about 14 weeks, I have tried to call Arres Rebates and left multiple messages, and none returned, I went online at [redacted]. There is a record of the $300 rebate only. The status is "Processing as of 08/20/2015". This rebate was a factor in the decision to buy from Appliance Smart.Desired Settlement: Would like to have a check for $300 mailed to me asap

Review: On 09/06/214 I purchased a complete kitchen appliance set (refri**rator, steove, dishwasher, microwave)from [redacted]in the Ft Myers, Fl area. I was expected to receive a $300.00 rebate on the eligble ** Slate finish appliances. The redemption instructions were easy and I filled them out accordingly and the model number and serial number were provided by the sales person. To be elgible, one had to have had purchased the eligible models within the dates given for this promotion (between August 14,and September 10, 2014). This was completed. Another step was to completely fill out the rebate certifcate to the address listed on the rebate form within 30 days of purchase. This was completed. A copy of the sales receipt showing all the charges paid, inlcuding model number(s) and purchase date was to mailed in. This was completed.ArrisRebates requested to allow 12 weeks from October 10, 2014 for delivery of rebate (that would have been January 2, 2015). This was completed as well! It has been past 3 weeks since the actual date of awaiting the rebate! When making an inquiry to contact Arris Resources at [redacted] one does not reach a "person", only a recording indicating that one should please visit their website to check on the rebate status. This was completed as well. The status according to the website indicates "processing" (as of 11/12/2014.I believe that as a consumer that has followed all the requests required to obtain my rebate, this company should do the same and send the rebate as they had promised! It was way overdue and the money due to me has been obligated and rightfully expected! It shouldn't take this long to resolve - SEND THE REBATE.Desired Settlement: I would like my rebate of $300.00 sent to me NOW!

If I receive this check in the mail - I will be satisfied. The old saying "check is in the mail" makes me suspicous.

Review: I purchased a washer and dryer based on a $300 rebate offer. The washer and dryer were purchased on 06-28-2014 and the rebate forms were sent in as required. The process for the rebate began on 08-05-2014 with a twelve week window for the receipt of the rebate check. It has now been 16 weeks without receipt. Per the ArrisRebate web site the rebate is "processing." An e-mail was sent to Arris Rebates (Mid November) concerning this matter with a response of "Still Processing."Desired Settlement: I would like my $300.00 rebate check.
