Arris Rebates Reviews (243)

Review: On May 13, 2014 I purchased a GE washer and dryer that has a rebate for $200.00 for the washer and $200.00 for the dyer. I mailed the rebate paperwork to Arris on May 19, 2014. According to their website Arris have been processing my rebate since 6-17-2014 and their website indicate that I should receive the rebate in 12 weeks. Today's date is October 26, 2014 and it have been approximately 5 months.Desired Settlement: I would like my full rebate of $400.00 dollars plus an additional $100 per month for the agony that I have suffered waiting for a rebate that I should have received months ago.

The claim for Ms. [redacted]'s $200 GE rebate for the purchase of her laundry pair has been issued. For the claim in question the customer qualified for a $200.00 rebate for the purchase of a matching GE laundry set. A copy of the original rebate form has been attached to this response for Ms. [redacted]'s review.

Review: I purchased an [redacted] clothes washer and dryer, offering a $200 rebate, on 3/20/15. I mailed my rebate request and sales receipt on 4/8/15. This request states to allow 8 weeks from the time the submission is received for the rebate. On or about 7/6/15 I called [redacted] and left a message asking the status of the rebate, and received a return call stating that it was in "credit processing". I called again on 7/27/15 and left another message asking the status. Today is 7/29/15 and I have received no return call and no rebate. Allowing 5 business days for my mail to travel from Eugene, Oregon to Sacramento, California, it has now been 15 weeks which is well beyond the stated 8 weeks to receive my rebate check.Desired Settlement: I would like a return phone call with the status and the rebate check mailed to me.

Review: I have mailed in a rebate form for $200 from brand source back on October 26th I have made frequent contacts with the company to where my rebate is. they always say it is processing it has been 4 months and I still have not received my rebate. I will never purchase an appliance with a rebate from this company again!Desired Settlement: I would like my rebate sent to me over night and I think they should also pay some of the interest I lost while not having my money in a savings account this rebate should not have taken more than 12 weeks!

Review: I purchased a pair of Electrolux appliances in November 2015 with the understanding there would be a $200 rebate. I completed the required form and mailed it with the sales receipt on 11/18/15. Arris Rebates website claims 16 weeks from date of postmark to get your rebate processed. It has now been 20 weeks and I have emailed the company twice, both times being fed lies but now our check has been issued and mailed on 3/15/16. It is 4/4/16 and I have not seen the check and I live in Utah! It takes 2-3 days for mail from California to Utah not 3 weeks!Desired Settlement: I want the promised $200 rebate check delivered immediately. If it has actually been issued and sent, it has been long enough that they should re-issue another check and get our rebate to us now.

Consumer

Response:

I am rejecting this response because: It is 4/5/16 and we have NOT received the check. We are in Utah and it is mailed from California, that should take 3 days max and it has been 3 weeks. We are respectfully requesting a new rebate check as we never received the first. Also this was the first time we had been told what the check number was. We were told there was no way of tracking it and she had no further information.

Business

Response:

We were able to review our statements and confirm that the original check issued to this customer has not cleared our accounts. A new check has been issued and will be delivered via [redacted]

I've checked the status of my rebate (supposed to be $175) on the website and it indicates "processing as of 4/28/2014". I have emailed for more information but have received nothing. I was supposed to have received rebate within 12 weeks of the date that Arris received my rebate form. I sent paperwork in (certified mail on 6/23/2015 properly completed. After hearing nothing for about 14 weeks, I have tried to call Arris rebates and left multiple messages, and none returned, I went on line at arrisrebates.com. There is a record of the $300 rebate only. The status is "Processing as of 08/03/2015. This rebate was a factor in the decision to buy from AFO. Review: We bought a ** Top Load Washer and a ** Fron Load Washer on December 29, 2014. We were to get a rebate of $200.00. All the paper work was sent it and was told to wait for 12 weeks to process. We waited the 12 weeks and nothing was processed. I talked to a [redacted] and she said the check was being mailed but to wait for 2 weeks. So we waited the two weeks and recieved nothing. I have tried to call there and cannot talk to anyone.[redacted]Desired Settlement: A rebate check for $200.00

Business

Response:

I confirm that a check for Ms. [redacted]'s rebate was scheduled to be issued on June 9th. Ilooked into the status of the check and found that our check writing softwaresuffered a crash on the 6th that had impeded our ability to issue checks. Theprogram has now been reestablished and the checks scheduled to be issued on the9th were printed and mailed out early last week. Our apologies for thisunforeseen inconvenience, Ms. [redacted]'s check should received this week.

Review: I have a $300.00 rebate coming from Arris, I have been in contact with them and finally was told my check was sent on Sept. 8, 2015. It has not arrived and therefore I believe it has not been sent. I know it does not take two weeks or longer to get mail. I received an email from a [redacted] today (Sept. 22, 2015)From Arris and she said she confirms that it was sent but couldn't give any more information. After reading the reviews I'm pretty sure it wasn't sent to begin with. This has been going on sense the begining of June. I did check online for the status and it does say it was sent on Sept. 8. Don't know what else to do.[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to have an exact date the check was mailed and the check no.

Business

Response:

We confirm that the claim for this customer's rebate was issued on September 8th. The customer has been contacted and informed that their rebate check will be received shortly.

Consumer

Response:

I am rejecting this response because: I just don't believe it takes longer than 2 weeks for mail to come from California to upstate NY. They can say they mailed out that Check but who really knows if they did. I'm suppose to take their word thinking maybe I will forget it. This process has been going on sense June when I submitted the rebate. I think if they had any intention of sending a check in the first place it wouldn't have taken 4 months.[redacted]

Business

Response:

We are sorry the response has not been accepted. What we can do is confirm that [redacted] rebate check has been sent, that it was mailed to her address in [redacted] and should be received soon.

Review: I purchased An [redacted] washer and dryer based on a $200 rebate offer. The washer and dryer were purchased on 07-05-2014 and the rebate forms were sent in as required. The process for the rebate began on 07-29-2014 with a twelve week window for the receipt of the rebate check. It has now been 13 weeks without receipt. Per the ArrisRebate web site the rebate is processing. An e-mail was sent to Arris Rebates concerning this matter with no response.Desired Settlement: Would like Arris to fulfill their obligation and send me the $200 rebate as promised.

Review: They acknowledged receipt of paperwork for $75 rebate on 5/8/13 for a GE Washer and have still not issued a check for the rebate. When I track the rebate, it states that as of 6/12/13 the status is Processing, so I know they received the paperwork.

On 12/9/15, there is still no rebate check from them. It has now been 138 days since I mailed the form. I called them at [redacted] and no one answered the phone so I left a message. We have left messages starting in mid-September and no one has called us back regarding our rebate. Review: I am submitting this complaint with frustration about Arris Resources LLC who is handling the rebate for an Electrolux Landry Pair. All the paperwork work was sent in with a postmark date:1/1/2015 and a processing date of 2/7/2015. I went on their website and read 12 weeks from processing date. It has been more than 12 weeks so I called left messages and submitted email requests. Heard nothing from Arris Resources LLC. I contacted Colders the place where I purchased the laundry pair and they haven't return my phone call or helped. Please keep in mind I purchased the pair back in 2014.Desired Settlement: I would like by rebate offer of $180.00 for purchasing the Electrolux Laundry Pair that is do me.

But thiscustomer’s claim has been added to the priority list of checks to be issued assoon as authorization to issue payment has been received. I have made a note tocall Ms. [redacted] when I know that the claim is being mailed out.

Consumer

Response:

I am rejecting this response because: This response doesn't tell me anything. Arris Resources LLC website reads " The status on my rebate says, "Processing," what does that mean? The processing and/or distribution of your rebate check can take up to 12 weeks from the postmark date. If it has been more than 12 weeks and you still do not have your rebate check, please feel free to contact Arris Resources Rebate Program Customer Service at [email protected]." The Postmark date from my Rebate Claim was 01/10/2015, today is 5/15/2015. Secondly, no reply back from my phone messages or emails. No mail sent to address the delay. Currently 18 weeks since the Postmark. Customer service should do their diligence and contact the auditing firm for a date for authorization to release payment and when the rebate will be sent.

Review: I purchased an Electrolux Laundry Pair on January 29, 2014. There was a $75.00 rebate on this purchase. I mailed the information with the 30 days of product purchase. I was to allow 12 weeks from the date they receive my request for delivery of the check.Checking the rebate status on the arrisrebates.com website shows check was mailed 3/27/2014, but as of August 3, 2014 I have not received the check.Desired Settlement: $75.00 rebate check sent to [redacted]

To whom it may concern:

I received in the mail today, the rebate for the $75 from Arris Resources.

I received a call letting me know that the rebate check was in the mail and I would be receiving it in the next week. This should close the complaint I filed.

Review: My complaint is rebate and not a refund issue. I purchased an Electrolux washer & dryer set 8/26/2014 which qualified for a $200 rebate. The company I purchased the appliances from submitted the rebate. After numerous status checks to the appliance store, I was copied on an email from Arris with acknowledgement of receipt of the request and the promise the rebate would be mailed on January 12. Expected arrival of the $200 would be in a week. On January 21, I called & emailed the appliance store again. Arris replied via email January 22 with instruction to me to give the check another day or so. If not received by the end of the week, another check will be reissued. I called & emailed Arris directly January 26 and as of January 28, I have not received a response nor the rebate.Desired Settlement: Rebate of $200
