Arris Rebates Reviews (243)

Review: I made a purchase of GE slate kitchen appliances with the expectation of receiving a 500.00 rebate. My rebate was sent with in the proper time frame. Arris shows that they received it on 11-6-2014, as of 12-24-2014 it was processing. I emailed the company and received a reply that the checks have not been released as of yet, but do to the fact that I emailed them my check would be the first to be released. It is now 2-25-2015 and I have yet to receive my rebate. This goes well be on the expected 12 weeks that was stated to me. I would greatly appreciated any help in getting my rebate.Desired Settlement: I want my 500.00 rebate.

Response:

I am rejecting this response because:Over two weeks ago I recieved the this response,Hello [redacted],Thank you for your inquiry. I was able to locate your information and our records show that your claim is currently processing. At present the billing for claims processed in December are out for auditng and our office has not yet received authorization to release payment for these claims, so at this time I do not yet have an exact date for when your rebate claim will be issued. But what you are doing is great because when this authorization is received your claim is at the top of the list of checks to be issued. I have made a note to email you when I know that your claim is being mailed out to you.[redacted]Rebate Client Service RepresentativeArris Resources LLC[redacted]

Review: I bought new GE washer and dryer and mailed out my rebate paper with receipt two weeks after purchase and to this date have not received my rebate for &100.00 from Arris Rebates. I went to the place I bought it from with the complaint, they gave me a phone number and every time I call it, it will ring once and than go to a busy signal. I want my rebate from them as promised!Desired Settlement: I want my $100.00 rebate money that was promised from buying this set of GE products

Review: I purchased a GE wall oven on April 12, 2015 and sent for a $200 rebate on May 4, 2015. The rebate instructions stated to allow 12 weeks for processing. I have waited over 19 weeks and still no rebate check. I have attempted to email Arris Rebates four times and received no response. I have also left a voice mail since they don't answer their phones and received no call back. I purchased this appliance primarily due to the rebate, and the rebate processing company is failing to deliver on their promise. Is there any accountability, perhaps I need to contact GE, how hard is it to respond to customers?Desired Settlement: I want my $200 rebate check immediately.

Business

Review: I am writing to you with much frustration about Arris Resources who were handling [redacted] Rebate GE_0814_A.

I sent in all the appropriate paper work after purchasing [redacted] Appliances. I had not heard a word from them; so on February 5, 2015 I finally managed to talk with some one about my rebate of $200.00. That person told me that they had received my rebate information form and appropriate receipts for the appliances that I purchased. They told me it looked complete and once it was approved it would be another 8-10 weeks before I received my $200.00 Rebate Check. The woman verified my address and we were now expecting the $200.00 Rebate Check some time between April 1-15, 2015. Mind you...we had all ready waited since at least October 15, 2014.Desired Settlement: I started calling again and cannot get through to speak to anyone. The telephone number is [redacted]. I also have e-mailed my request of the $200.00 Rebate Check at: [redacted]. So far, no response. I have asked the appliance place where we purchased our [redacted] Appliances and so far they have been unable to help us.

Business

Response:

Review: We purchased appliances (july 30th, 2015) and was given a rebate form "[redacted]" which we filled out and mailed in Aug 3, 2015. The form has it can take up to 12 weeks for delivery of said rebate. We have called many times over the last month to find out the status of our rebate. We have not received a return call. Our rebate is $350.00 and as of today we have not been able to get this resolved.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive our $350.00 rebate that we are entitled to receive for the purchase of the "Slate" appliances.

Review: I purchased a Frigidaire range at Appliance Factory in Longmont on 11/29/14. I sent my mail in rebate with a copy of my receipt to 2121 Natomas Crossing Dr., Ste 200, #304, Sacramento, CA 95834, on 11/30/14. I waited until 3/28/15 for my rebate. When I checked the Arris website to see what the status of my rebate was, they said they had not received it. I know I sent it.Desired Settlement: I want my rebate of $35 sent immediately. If they have no record of receiving my rebate, I want to have permission to send it again (I have a copy of it) and have it accepted.

Business

Response:

The claim for Ms. [redacted]'s submission has been received and approved for payment. It is set to be issued next week on Monday April 6th and should reach the customer within about a week after it is mailedout. So she knows what to look for, our checks come in a white faced greenbacked envelope where you tear off the sides of the envelope and the check isinside. It is mailed from Rebate Center - Arris Resources.

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed your response and will wait for Arris to respond to you about my complaint.

Consumer

Response:

I never did receive a check from the Rebate Center Appliance Factory Outlet $35 Rebate. It has now been 4 1/2 months since I sent in my rebate form with attached receipt. Please contact the company on my behalf again. Thank you.

Review: Pretty much the same as all other 25 complaints. Bought appliances at [redacted] in Bakersfield and submitted the required paperwork and recipients for the $200.00 rebate. Waited the required time and started calling their customer service number. Never once have we spoken to a real person. Also have left my email address at customer service and have not heard from them. Called [redacted] to find out the problem and they said they have had numerous calls from customers about the same problem.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund ASAP and I do not want any contact from this company so I can listen to some lame excuse as to why they haven't finished what they put in writing.

Business

Response:

A check for Ms. [redacted]'s claim is set to be issued next week on Tuesday andshould reach the customer within about a week after it is mailed out. I agree with the response the company sent as long as it does happen and they follow through. If however I don't receive it I will continue to with my open case with the Revdex.com.

Consumer

Response:

I just would like you to know that I still have not received the rebate that they promised was in the mail and I would receive Tuesday. Perhaps they can give me what the check number is if it has already been processed. Maybe you shouldn't close a case until you know we have received our money.Sincerely[redacted]

Business

Response:

I confirm that a check for Ms. [redacted]'s rebate was scheduled to beissued on June 9th. I looked into the status of the check and found that ourcheck writing software suffered a crash on the 6th that had impeded our abilityto issue checks. The program has now been reestablished and the checksscheduled to be issued on the 9th were printed and mailed out earlier thisweek. Our apologies for this unforeseen inconvenience. Usually checks reachtheir recipients within about a week after they are mailed out so I believeher check should reach her by the middle of next week.

Review: Purchased a Frigidaire washer/dryer that advertised $300 rebate. Filled out the rebate form and mailed back to Arris on April 21 2014. When checking the website for status, shows "Processing" as of May 21 2014. I have contacted Arris via email several times for status update, but receive no reply.Desired Settlement: Would like to receive $300 rebate

Business

Response:

Review: I purchased a washer and dryer on 3-25-14 that were sold to me based on eligibility for a $300.00 rebate. I was told that I would receive the rebate in 4-12 weeks. I filed the rebate paperwork, and it was denied by the rebate processing outfit, Arris Resources, LLC on 4-30-14. The reason given for denial was that an invoice was not submitted with the rebate paperwork. This is not true, however, I resubmitted the information, along with a copy of the invoice on 5-2-14. It has now been nearly 5 months and I have not received the rebate I am due. My attempts to contact Arris resources have been unsuccessful. I have left messages via phone that have gone unreturned and sent emails that have not been responded to. I have also contacted the retailer (ApplianceSmart in Maplewood, MN) that sold the appliances to me, and they say that it is out of their hands.Desired Settlement: I would like the rebate that is due to me ($300.00) and an additional $100.00 to compensate me for the ridiculous amount of time I have wasted trying to get Arris Resources, LLC to fulfill their obligation to me.

Business

Response:

Review: I bought a washer/dryer from [redacted] who told my husband and I that there was a rebate with ArrisRebates for buying the pair of up to 260.00 and we sent our rebate form in before the expiration date to get our rebate and we have waited 2 months,I had called to see if they could give me some information to see when we would be getting our rebate the rebate form said it could take 12 weeks at the most,I was just wanting to find out if they had received it and when I finally got in touch with someone they said it could be another 8-10 weeks because they got behind,I looked them up at the Revdex.com and seen they had many more complaints about them for the same reason. I am wanting my rebate when it was promised on my rebate form.Desired Settlement: My Rebate in less than 3 weeks as described on my Rebate.

Business

Response:

Ms. [redacted]' issue has been noted and our office is working to have her claim paid out as soon as possible. At this time we are not able to issue payment for this rebate claim but the contact information for this customer has been taken down and she will be contacted when her claim has been issued.

Consumer

Response:

I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this offer because in less than 1 week it will be 12 weeks ad,My husband and I do not believe we should have to wait another 8-10 weeks for this refund,if I would have known this when I bought these items I would have either purchased something else because I am not really happy with this pair, I was told buy these because of the rebate that was being offered so I am expecting my refund in the time frame given, not 8-10 weeks after the 12 weeks.

Business

Response:

This matter was resolved and the rebate issued in January 2015 shortly after we were made aware. It could be that we just missed the notice from the Revdex.com. The consumer emailed confirmation that the check was received and resolved.

Review: I got all new appliances for my house in the summer of 2014, knowing that I was suppose to get a rebate for buying the GE Great Slate products I was suppose to be collecting 300 dollars from the company. In the receipt its says allow for 12 weeks well its been 8 months and every time I call the company no one answers or when they do answer they say the check has been mailed but it never comes to my house.Desired Settlement: All I want is my rebate Check that I am suppose to get.

Business

Response:

The claim for this customer's rebate has been issued. The customerhas been contacted and informed that their rebate check has been issued.

Consumer

Response:

I am rejecting this response because: The Arris rebate place told me 2 weeks ago the check has been issued but still have not got it from them then they told me to call back in a week to remind them and they never got back to me and I left them 2 messages so I guess my question is where is it then ?

Business

Response:

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: I purchased two products where I was to be eligible for a $200 rebate. I followed the rebate instruction and mailed it to the company within the stated timeframe. The purchase was made on 9/26/14. The rebate form postmark date was 10/3/14. The form indicated: Please allow 12 weeks from the date we receive your request for delivery of your check. The company shows on their web site the 10/3/14 postmark date. However, the site indicates that my rebate has been 'processing' since 11/26/2014. On January 4th I sent an email requesting an update as to the reason for the delay, and was told: "the billing claims processed in November is out for auditing and our office has not yet received authorization to release payment for these claims, so at this time I do not yet have an exact date for when your rebate claim will be issues. But what you are doing is great because when this authorization is received, your claim is at the top of the list of checks to be issued". A follow email on 1/21/15 received another statement that it was still out for auditing. Today is 17 weeks from the postmark date. It appears from the complaints that on average folks have to fight for their rebates an average of 6 months in order for Arris to finally release payment.Desired Settlement: I want my $200 rebate, and an additional $100 to compensate me for the timevalue of the funds that could have been invested, and the extraordinary effort I have had to put in just to receive what should have been a straight forward transaction - that should not even take 12 weeks anyway! I will now have to file with the Indiana Attorney General, and contact Frigidaire to report the company they are using to process rebates is either unable or unwilling to fulfill the promises made.

Consumer

Response:

Customer states: I have been waiting for over 17 weeks. They don't give these odd e-mails to audit and process a rebate. They have pro-longed processing my rebate. I will be calling back if this is still un-resolved.

Business

Response:

The claim for Ms. [redacted]'s rebate has been received by our office and is currently processing. The customer has been notified that she will be contacted by our office when we receive authorization to issue payment on her rebate claim.

Review: I mailed all of the information that was required for a $35.00 rebate on April 15, 2015. Their documents say to allow 120 days for your rebate to be sent. I went to the site that they say to go to, if you have not received your rebate. That site said: postmark dated 4/18/15, Status:Processing as of 05/06/2015 and to allow 12 weeks from that date to receive your rebate. It has been well over the 120 days and the 12 weeks. The invoice number to this is #[redacted]. I have been to every site that Arrisrebates.com has and cannot contact anyone to find out where the rebate is.Desired Settlement: I would just like to receive the rebate as promised.

Arris rebate web sight status says that they are processing the rebate as of 09/10/2015. Early in december Appliance Center sent another copy of the sales invoice, still no response.Could you please help in resolving this issue.Desired Settlement: Would like to receive my $175 rebate asap.

Review: I bought a set of Electrolux washer and dryer. The paper with the sales from [redacted] on 5/25/15 gives an expected rebate of $200 for making the purchase. I followed the instructions and mailed the form the day after delivery, 6/10/15 as instructed by the sales person, [redacted]. She said to wait for the delivery and she would give me the serial numbers of the two units. I did and mailed the form the next day. I called Arris twice leaving my information on their recorder. The form says the rebate is good for purchases between May 13-31, 2015. I have yet to be contacted by Arris who listed an end date for applying for the rebate as June 30, 2015. [redacted] at [redacted] said that I need to contact them at the number on the submission form which is [redacted]. They don't respond to messages. I called twice.Desired Settlement: I want my $200 rebate money. Two of my sons want to purchase an Electrolux washer and dryer set like mine, but are skeptical now.

Review: The Arris website promises refund checks within 12 weeks from postmark date. I purchased the required ** appliances back in early December 2014 and the postmark date is 12/20/14. It will be 17 weeks tomorrow since the postmark date and still says processing as of 1/29/15. When I contact the company I get the standard response if I get a response - "The claims for this billing are still out for auditing but I have noted your additional inquiry so we know to have your claim sent out to you as soon as the funds become available. I have made a note to contact you via email when the check has been issued." I never hear back unless I make an effort. I'm sure [redacted] would not be too please to know that the company they contracted with our treating their customers this way. I see that this is an ongoing problem with this company taking 2 to 3 times longer than advertised to process the refund checks. Products: Offer: $300 Offer Model: [redacted] Serial: [redacted] Brand: ** Offer: $300 Offer Model: [redacted] Serial: [redacted] Brand: ** Offer: $300 Offer Model: [redacted] Serial: [redacted] Brand: GE Offer: $300 Offer Model: [redacted] Serial: [redacted] Brand: **Desired Settlement: I want my promised refund check in a timely fashion either from Arris or [redacted].

Interesting that it says a replacement check - a check was never issued in the first place. I'll believe it when I have the check in hand. Thank you for your help!

Review: I purchased 3 ** appliances in May 2014. I am due a $300 rebate that was guaranteed with the purchase. I mailed in the rebate form with proper documentation on 6/20/2014. The rebates form states up to 12 weeks to receive the rebate. They received the form on 7/16/2014 as it states on the statues page. It also states the rebates is processing since the 7/16/2014. Today is 10/20/2014 with it beyond that 12 weeks. I have attempted to contact them several time to notify them the 12 weeks was up and when could I expect the check. At first I received a email back telling me I would receive the rebate in 2 weeks. That was a month ago and now I am getting no response from them. I have left several phone messages because no one every answers the phone.Desired Settlement: I would like my $300 that was promised sent to me and would like that money sent within the next week.

Review: We purchased an [redacted] washer and dryer on 7/15/2015 and complied with all of the requirements for the offered $200 rebate. I sent paperwork in properly completed (postmarked 8/7/2015). I have checked the status on the Arris website indicating that my submission was received. Per Arris the paperwork was processed 9/3/2015. After hearing nothing for 15 weeks, I have called Arris and left messages with no returned calls. Review: I purchased a stove from appliance factory warehouse on 11/25/2013. Part of the purchase was a rebate for the $75 delivery and installation fee. I sent the paperwork and reciept to Arris rebates on 12/5/2013. When I log onto the webstie my account cannot be found. I have emailed the company several times and tried their phone number. The number listed is disconnected. ###-###-####. How do I get my $75 ? Thank you, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a check for the $75 delivery fee.
