.I called Art Plumbing about a hammering sound I had from the kitchen water line. From the initial phone to the appointment every was concerned and polite. My technician Was Kevin L, he arrived on time, accessed the problem and corrected quickly.
I decided to hire this company to install a 2.5 ton air conditioning unit at my house due to the presentation given to me by the
" comfort consultant". A few days after the unit was installed, he came to my house and inspected the installation. He also spent considerable time with me programming the Wi-Fi thermostat and answering my many questions.
Greg P. did a great job of inspecting my unit, cleaning the blower, and explaining to me the choices I have, with prices per choice. He was polite, professional, and eager to answer my questions. Great job!

The nut under our kitchen drain had broken so Kevin came out to replace it. He showed me how the vibration from the garage disposal had caused the nut to crack and ultimately fail. We discussed options and went with his suggestion of using a stainless steel vibration coupling as the replacement. Installation was quick and everything back to normal in no time.
We also discussed the service plans Art Plumbing offers its customers. We have had air conditioning plans in the past but never a whole house plan - because we hadn't had any issues with our plumbing or electrical systems. With this experience and an earlier electrical item, we decided to purchase a whole house plan. The additional cost of the whole house vs air conditioner only plan is minimal and it's wonderful knowing we will have peace of mind with regular inspections of our systems covered vs waiting for a problem to arise.
Thank you for your prompt attention to our plumbing problem. Christine & David provided great customer service. Othan found the problem and did the necessary work to repair the leak, the entire crew deserves A ++++.

He made suggestions to avoid future problems (so that's kind of like a dentist telling you not to eat candy!) My wife and I can't say enough about his service. Laurie at the phones was polite and went way out of her way to help us on a Sunday. Absolutely great company and we highly recommend. If you are in South Florida and have an older home, I just can't say enough about the service contract. We are not paid or associated with Arts in any way, just really really grateful customers. This is one of the best plumbing and air companies in Broward County and they have the best technicians. I use Connor Buddie most of the time and I always find him to be very knowledgeable and competent and best of all, I feel I can trust him. I highly recommend this company; they are knowledgeable, trustworthy and I always feel I'm safe with their technicians; they only hire the best. I have used them for about 10 years and have never been disappointed.
Ridiculously expensive.....Probably best to do your research...
Although the technicians were great and resolved the issue (positive) it costed over $200 for a 10 min "snake" job that was made to sound to be more complicated because of a garburator, which it wasn't.
Yes...they will call you to confirm whether to move forward or not but let's face it, they have already charged you the service call at that point....Sneaky and indeed quite a profitable tactic, unless people are going to be 1 time customers.
Don't think about discussing anything with the manager afterwards unless you want to experience the most condescending conversation you will ever have.
Too bad....The technicians are really professional and talented. For them, I thank them for their expertise and service. For the rest, there are some changes that would need to occur.
I had my new AC installed today by Luis V and his crew. While it's still early everything seems to be working perfectly. They spent the entire day here and did the job as if they were installing the equipment in their own houses.That's about the best compliment that I can make because I'm a perfectionist and they really made every attempt to do the best job that they could do. They were clean and neat and explained everything they were doing while I watched. The job looks great and I couldn't be more pleased.
I have had difficulties with the power supply to my sprinkler system for some time. Two other companies were not able to identify the problem. John had no difficulty with this. The system was repaired in a half hour at a reasonable price. Appointment time schedule reminders from the company and prompt arrival time was much appreciated as my work schedule is subject to change. I will contact them again with any other repair issues I may have and would recommend their services to others.
