I have been a customer of Art Plumbing for five years and have never been disappointed. Their technicians and installers are highly trained professionals, courteous and honest. Today I had a routine inspection of my AC done by another of Art's technicians, a delightful and knowledgeable young man who made several recommendations that were very helpful and in the long run would save us money.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone especially if you are a senior on a fixed income as their rates are very reasonable in comparison with other such companies.

This was my first experience with Art Plumbing and A/C , Kevin the Service Technician was very knowledgeable. I was very impressed on how the main office communicates and supports there techs in the field, with information on supplies and setting up next appointment's for repairs. Oh.... and by the way this was a same day service call. They will be replacing my old water heater with a new one tomorrow.

I did not have a good experience with Arts Plumbing. Our underground pipe, about 40 years old, had a leak. Arts did dig up the area, cut out about 8 inches of the pipe and tried to put on a repair, however, the plumber used the wrong fitting to try to reattach the pipe to a new fitting, he did take a lunch break, was on his phone quit a bit and left the project for a while. At the end of about a 6 hour repair, he reported that our business needed to be re-plumed, he would call the next day with a quote for the re-pluming job and the bill for the day was $1500.oo. Oh, he took off $250.00 because he could not finish or fix the job. He never called the next day, I called another company which fixed the job in 2 hours and charged $250.00 for the fix. I did call Arts to speak with the manager who say his man had years of experience with Arts and he was surprised that the job was not fixed however felt his man did the best he could do. I would never consider using this company again. I feel they took total advantage of us.
Greg is a very pleasant young man. He did a thorough inspection and reviewed each item on the checklist with me afterwards. The inspection was completed in a timely manner, and Greg remembered to turn off all the lights in the rooms he checked. A very positive experience.

Rocky S., one of two installers, was exceptional. He was extremely patient with my many questions and took his time to do the job right the first time. This is something I truly appreciate. I was lucky to have him here at my home, and Art Plumbing is lucky to have him as well.

The company performs our annual AC maintenance, annual dryer vent cleaning, biannual water softener/filtration system maintenance, and respond to any issues that arise. They have installed two air conditioning systems and a whole house water softener/filtration system. We find everyone - yes, we mean everyone - in the company to be reliable, professional, courteous, honest, and have their customer's best interests in mind. A few items that set Art Plumbing & Air Conditioning apart from others:
- When service is scheduled and a service time window provided, they arrive a few minutes early!
- Anyone working in your home or business takes the time to put shoe covers on, protect items around the work area, and clean the wok area prior to leaving.
- One of our favorites - the same service technician completes any service calls. This is great because they know your system and any quirks it may have.
- They are very thorough. If anything found requires attention, they review all the options with you. They do not pressure the customer to do anything they do not want to do.
- They let the customer watch them work and take the time to answer and explain any questions and/or concerns.
- They have many long-term employees which indicates to us they care not only about their customers but also about the people who work for them.
- We chuckle whenever we call: "It's a great day at Art Plumbing. How can I help you?" This really sets a positive tone.
- With regards to the professionalism and honesty displayed by all employees, if the situation ever arose where we were not available to be home the entire time of the service call, we would have no qualms running an errand or two, leaving them in our home alone.
