It turned out the closey-thing for one of the sinks was corroded to the point it had broken so they replaced that, cleared the gunk, and everything now works like new.

He explained all of our plue imbing issues and when one of the issues was just a disconnected hosn the water tank of the toilet, just showed us that, connected it, and did not charge us -- and we all know what someone from another company might have done.

While he thoroughly checked on the problem and offered expert opinion on how to proceed, including informing of a long term maintenance plan, he never pushed or put pressure, rather simply explained options and left any decision on repair and/or ongoing future planning to us. We have never had to call them back for problems related to the job done. I feel secure when their technician is in my home. My property is respected and left clean.
