Services performed were done in a professional, timely manner. First there was an inspection of plumbing concerns. The technician then helped me prioritize the jobs to be completed, including an up front pricing of services. He gathered materials needed from the shop,returned within an hour and completed all projects, before leaving the same day.
I appreciated the way the technician was able to listen to my concerns and present viable solutions. He was sensitive to the needs of my 90 year old mom, taking extra time to explain causes of certain issues, as well as suggesting ADA products to meet her needs.
Quick response, excellent and courteous service! I will use them again if I need help. But their advertised $99 drain cleaning service is not accurate. It's really a $141 drain service since in addition to the $99 there is a service fee of $42 that must be paid. The plumber, [redacted], (appropriate name for a plumber)was very respectful to me and my house and I appreciated that. It was a pleasure to pay the money for such good service.
Salgau Roofing removed a 22 year-old, tree-damaged roof from my home in record time. They repaired all damaged roof sheeting, as well as other sheeting that had unknown water damage, at no extra charge... on two of the hottest days of the summer. They replaced a damaged Velux skylight, power roof fan and many vents as part of their service. The new high-quality Owens-Corning roofing system, covering 3800 sq. ft., was installed in a day. They left the premesis clean and debris free. A couple of days after starting the project, all was back to normal. We're VERY SATISFIED!
Although our home is newer and of a more contemporary style, we were drawn to Salgau Roofing after seeing the restoration work they typically do on very large and complex roofs in a very old, historic area of our city.

They provide options, some of which are frankly "upsells", but they also provide you with plenty of information with which to make the right decision for your situation. I then submitted a service request via their website on a Sunday evening, and received a friendly call Monday morning to schedule an appointment. The service technician was prompt, very personable and professional... and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. Rather than spending $500+ to repair my 40-year-old furnace, I decided to purchased an HVAC system. An appointment was scheduled with a project manager for a few days later. The project manager was equally prompt, personable, professional and thorough. Today the system is being installed. Anderson Heating and Plumbing definitely lives up to it's outstanding reputation and I highly recommend them for service, sales and maintenance.

The technician ([redacted]) was nice and professional. He answered all my questions and explained things that I need to know about our heater. He replaced our thermostat and showed me how to set it even though he already set up the date and time himself.
I do have a comment about the company's calling me before they came. When they gave me the appt between 9:00 to 1:00, I was just expecting them to come within that time frame. I walked my dog and I got home with three messages from them and since I wasn't home to answer the call they sent the first technician to another client. To me, when I make an appt for certain time, then I will be there and I don't need any more confirmation. But overall, my experience with them is good.

A friend recommended Salgau Roofing, and out of all the estimates I received for re-roofing my house and shed, Salgau was the only roofer who went on top of the shed roof and discovered that there were holes in the roof that needed to be repaired.
