It states in the warranty booklet Ms. [redacted] should have received with her
furniture, “If a problem should arise which you feel is covered by our Limited
Warranties, contact the Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc. authorized retailer
from whom you purchased your furniture.”
I took the liberty of

I bought the item from Ashley furniture Store . The store mail confirmation of my purchase show [redacted], United States as address.My purchase was made December 1 and I paid with my debit car. Ashley furniture store took the money the same day as you can see in the...

picture I am attaching.later in December 18 my debit account was charged again as you can see in the second picture .When I saw the charge reflected in my bank statement I contacted the store that told me that they will put the money back. It never happened .later December they charged my account again December 29  as you can see in the picture.later they send me an email with schedule delivery for a item which doesn't make sense.as you can see in the picture.

Hello,We are very sorry to hear that the [redacted]'s have chose to not accept our response to her claim.  They purchased from the independently owned and operated HomeStore in [redacted]. I have sent their Revdex.com claim to the [redacted] HomeStore Customer Care department for review. They responded by explaining the following: "When the Guest ordered the furniture, we went over the order at the sales desk and she signed off stating that is the correct furniture.  Only when received at delivery did she mention it was incorrect.  She visited the store and could not point out the correct set. [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I am ok with what Ashley has proposed and am optimistic that with their help this case may get resolved. I have already done what they suggested in terms of contacting the company that I bought it from, however they have done nothing to resolve the issue and they are blaming it on Ashley. I have literally contacted One Stop Bedrooms probably at least 8 times and have spent hours trying to get this resolved through them. In summary Ashley say's that I should contact One Stop Bedrooms but when I do One Stop Bedrooms tells me that I should contact Ashley. Each company here is directing me to the other one.....basically a run around with no results. To be very honest with everyone here, I am disappointed that Ashley chooses to do business with companies like One Stop Bedrooms. I'm shocked because when I shop at my local Ashley store, it's a much more professional, pleasurable and smooth process.  The main reason that I am rejecting the proposal here is because I want the case to stay open until I either have the furniture that I bought and paid for or I have something in writing from either Ashley or One Stop bedrooms indicating that they are sending me a new undamaged dresser within xxx days. I would prefer to leave it open though until I have the merchandise, basically get me or deliver to me what I bought and paid for....I don't think this is an unreasonable request.....Best Regards, [redacted]

I already spoke to [redacted], when the second dresser that was delivered, also had cracks/finish flaws and defects.  He said to give them another chance, and that he would personally check the third dresser at the Distribution Center before it was delivered to us.  The third dresser was delivered with cracks/finish flaws and defects, indicating that [redacted] did not do as he said he would.  [redacted], treated us very inappropriately and unprofessionally.  She was cold and snappish and overbearing, but finally gave us the refund we requested.  When we arrived home that same day after running errands, [redacted] had left a message on our answering machine stating that she had cancelled the refund because we didn't answer our phone, indicating that the only reason she gave us the refund in the store was to get us out of the store, showing us that she was less than truthful, and once again that she was very unprofessional.  Now [redacted] from Ashley Furniture instructs us to go back to the store, because they are independently owned and operated and make their own policies (see below her emailed response).  Her response once again shows that Ashley Furniture does not intend to do anything about the situation, does not care how customers are treated, does not care about their name or their reputation, and does not care about the quality of their products.  So, no, I do not accept the response made by the business to resolve my complaint.

[redacted]  Thank you Revdex.com for your help in this matter I DO NOT accept Ashely Furniture's response to my question about their advertising practices?  They did not answer the question.   I DO accept that there is nothing further the Revdex.com  can do to assist me, however.   Thank you again Revdex.com for your assistance.  Ashely Furniture I guess you weren't lying to be rude, maybe you didn't know, now that you do maybe you will do something about it.  I won't buy anything from you this coming Black Friday sale but I will watch and tell all my friends.
