[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the maI contacted *** online in the beginning before I contacted ashley furniture, and they told me that as the furniture was over months old it was the duty of the ashley as the manafacters to replace etc the furniture. In the previous response from ashley furniture they stated the had forwarded on a credit what did they mean by this. It seems they don't really care about their customers or the quality of furniture they are sellingThere are so many people with the same issues as mine regarding patches of the material just falling off the couchesAshley has a duty to stand by its supposedly good name and do something

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The reason I do not agree with this $is based on several pointsOne thing, there is both an Ashley home store and an Ashley store in Madison The one I purchased my furniture from was on the east side close to the "new" location I am not close to the Ashley home store I also am shocked that Ashley would think the deal of $was okay My furniture is wrecked I can not use it like this You sit down and it scratches you If this is how Ashley treats someone who has bought several purchases from Ashley in the past, then I will not ever buy from Ashley again Especially if Ashley does not stand behind a store they claim is no longer there store! Quality furniture would last longer than a year before looking like crap I would never buy from a business that treats there customers like this I have bought other things in the past, but have never gotten service like this

I read the business response. I have contacted customer service, they suggested I talk to the *** *** and I did not agree with her option of paying $to have someone look at the sofa or take the sofa to the warehouse. If Ashley Industries cannot help they should contact the store since its their franchise and see if they can do something. Meanwhile Bradley said he would send my complaint to *** Revdex.com and I will call their office to see if they received it and take it from their. When I filed the complaint the website took me to Revdex.com of Wisconsin that is why I filed it with youI am disappointed that nothing could be done
