[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]would like to know *** ***'s pourpose as a customer affairs if she has no computer link to the stores or even knows whats going onWhen talking to the store, they tell me everything goes through corpofficethe two numbers she listed in the letter are for an answering service in *** *** ***'s pourpose must be lip service, to act like she's trying to do something about the complaintI have already contacted the third parties in this purchase, and it seems I am getting somewhere with itAs well as visiting the store multiple times and discussing my problems with the other customersthe store seems to take notice when everyone seems to leave after I let them know about my problems. Still when it comes to returning my money, it still has to go through the corpofficenot sure why after hearing what *** *** said about computers not even being linkedmaybe they should beshe is wasting yours and my time...so as it stands, the store returned my lamps, offered to return the delivery fee, returning my potection plan and return an additional $200. They are in the process of ordering my mirror brackets yet again and ordering the drawer. None of which I have recieved.
