As far as I am concerned this dispute is not resolved.  A tech did come out and...

inspect the tables and said the side arms on both tables were broken.  He was going to do e-mail to [redacted] in corporate office and tell her I need new tables.  I had not responded to Revdex.com, because I thought Ashley was going to take care of the problem, but I have not heard anything from them.  I do not want the same type table.  I either want money returned or a different table.  I was waiting for [redacted] to call me back telling me what I need to do next.  What do I need to get this resolved?

We are exchanging the damaged table, but the table is on back order.  I have spoken to the guest to all them know, that I am working to get the table before the middle of May.  I follow up with the guest after I find out of we can get it sooner.

 A delivery was made on Friday and I still have no bed.  I was called on Wednesday and confirmed a delivery and of course they called again on Thursday to confirm after I had already confirmed the day before.  These people can't tell you what is going on with anything and call multiple time for the same thing.  I'm still expecting to be compensated for all my time and hassle with this mess.  I would love to know when I'm getting or am I ever going to get my bed.  I've tried to call and find out , they take a message and no one ever calls you back.

Delivery was set for today. Table was again damaged, dresser damaged and no night stand. Still have not received a refund check for $150. I am tired of dealing with this situation. I am tired of making arrangements for my husband or myself to be home for delivery and it become a complete waste of time. I want my full money back and they can have the pieces I have in my home. Furniture ordered in December and it is now May 1st. This is completely unacceptable.

Spoke to guest.  We are reordering the table and chest again and I am refunding $150 for the inconveniences.

The furniture was purchased in  2010 and we give the guest a copy of the warranty and what it covers.  The paper work states the protection plan doesn't cover pet damage.    I have left a message for the guest to discuss.

I have spoken with the guest.  We have delivered all the furniture and I am refunding him $350 for the inconveniences.  Please let me know if I have any other out there that I have missed.

I have spoken with the guest and explained that all sales are final..  We are not going to leave her with defective furniture.  We have offered to deliver her another set of the  furniture that we first delivered damaged or she could reselect for something different..

I spoke with the guest and she said we have resolved the issues.

We are issuing the guest a $75 check which normally takes 3 to 4 week.  I understand this is the 4 weeks.  I have emailed accounting to see the status.  I will follow up with the guest once I know the status.

I have a complaint that was closed with you all about Ashley Furniture. They were either suposed to send me a new cushion or replace my chair. After speaking to [redacted] about my issue she asked me to wait until my cushion that was ordered arrived and we would go from there. I received the cushion. About two weeks later and it came with a lump in it already. So I called her she told me they would just replace the chair and the couch which made me happy to finally be getting somewhere. I went to the store picked out my new furniture and they told me it would be delivered on June 4th. Me being a  self employed hairsdresser took off work, turn away money so that I could be there for it to be delivered they told me I would get a phone call 24 hours before to give me a 3 hour window. I never got a call so about 1 the day before they were suposed to come I called them and was told " I see we have you for delivery but if they haven't called by now I am afraid they may not come". So I asked her to find out she came back and said that they would not be coming not everything had come in. That they could come Tuesday. So now it's Tuesday at 3:30 and I still have not heard a word. I called then around 1 and was told to call back if I haven't heard from anyone. I called [redacted] 3 times on June 3rd 4th and 8th and still have not received a call back from her either. I have never dealt with a company that has such little regard for there customers. I would like to reopen. My case thank you [redacted]5. 
I would also like to add that it's now 8:30pm and I never received a phone call as to when I would be receiving my furniture tomorrow. I am assuming that's it's not coming. I also called them twice today once I was told to call back if I didn't hear from them and the next I called at 6pm and was told he was going to look into it and call me back. I received no return phone call when I called back at 8:30 p.m. tonight they were closed so there was no one I could find anything out from. I am so tired of dealing with this awful company and there poor customer service. I just want them to come and get there furniture and give me my money back. I have spoken with guest.   The store has corrected the order on the sectional and we did charge the guest any additional for the pieces that were add as compensation for the miscommunication on the chaise.  However we don't have a comfort guarantee on our furniture. This sofa was...

delivered about 6 weeks ago..  The guest signed the contact at the time of the purchase that explains that once the furniture is delivered we can't exchange or refund the items.

I received a voicemail from associate with Ashley the morning of 4/10/15. Within a hour I called back and left a voicemail to contact me. I never heard back. Delivery came today (4/11/15),  no kitchen table and all bedroom furniture was damaged and unable to be delivered with the exception of one nightstand and the bed. Still have yet to receive credit of $150. Length of time is taking to get this matter resolved and undamaged furniture is unacceptable.

I spoke to Mr.  [redacted] yesterday and scheduled the delivery of the new table for 5/1.  I also told  him the refund was processed on 4/16 and it normally takes 10 business days after it process to receive.  I will follow up after the delivery and make sure they receive the refund.
