not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.After 5 days of trying to have someone... anyone for that matter call us back or even take us seriously that the furniture they delivered was nasty and used, my husband had to load it up in his truck and take it back to the store himself. No one ever came to our house to pick it up. And they still treated us like we were crazy. We should have never had to take the funiture back to the stores ourselves. We took them cushions off the couch and pictures. They offered us 25% off but I feel they should have done a lot more and paid a little more attention to the fact that the furniture they delivered us was disgusting. Regards,[redacted]

I have spoken with the guest.  I am getting with the service department to see the tech report.  The tech is saying the issues with the mattress is not due to a defective in the mattress.  I am going to see if there is anything we can do.

 We keep playing phone tag and [redacted] is having phone issues per her answer machine. I am attempting to email per the address given on her answering machine to see when I will get my headboard and still requesting compensation per my last message.

I have spoken with the guest and we have repaired the chair..

We have allowed the guest to reselect the chair and matching sofa for a different style.  I was delivered on 6/18.  I have left a message to follow up with her to make sure this is resolved.

 I have call [redacted] back for a few days left her messages and still have not heard anything from her I talked to customer service and ask to speak to a manager was told they was not available I ask for someone to call me back still haven't got a call back this has been going on since my furniture was delivered I have not recieved anything in the mail I would really love to get this resolved it has been since January and Ashley just keeps giving me the run arounds.

I have spoken with the guest.  I offered to get the correct chair ordered but he would have to pay the difference.  He said he would just keep the one he has and just keep reporting us tot he Revdex.com and posting on social media..  when I ask him again when he first reported the floor damage because we have not record of the damage until late January, he told me not to worry about that either.  He was done with us..

I have to assume the Protection Ins Co has already paid Ashley for the replacement.  They are NOT the one in possession of my merchandise.  They continue to fail to deliver my merchandise.  I fail to see how that is the insurance company fault it responsibility.  Ashley is horrible to work with.  I will pursue in small claim court.

We did deliver all the furniture and we compensated the guest for the inconveniences.

Spoke to the guest.  They have reselected the dining set and we are exchanging the damaged recliner on 4/29.

Spoke to store manager and they will be refunding the rug, but stated we wouldn't see it come off the invoice until March. Also stated there was nothing she could do about any late fees that were charged, because they don't promise a bill isn't sent until all furniture is delivered. That is a lie and we WERE told that. She stated that I could call the finance company myself, which I should not have to do. It has been almost five months of battling this and the company refuses to do anything to make this right, except refund the rug that we have to take back to the store. We have been telling them for months we didn't want the rug anymore and we still got it and have to take it to the store ourselves. The company isn't taking care of their customer what so ever.

Spoke to guest. We have delivered part of the furniture and the remainder will be delivered on 1/13. The guest is missing a nightstand that I am going work in getting delivered. I told the guest I would call her back on Monday to schedule deliver of that item. I am also putting in a service request...

to look at the items that were delivered with issues. Told her service should call her Monday too.

We are exchanging the defective pieces and it is scheduled to be delivered on 12/8.

Good Morning. I wanted to wait until after the delivery before responding to this message. If the items were corrected to my satisfaction I was going to let this go. By me responding back clearly the order was incorrect again. I was supposed to receive a LAF recliner/armless chair/wedge/armless recliner/console/RAF recliner. I did not receive the armless recliner.I've let this go several times and I am fed up with dealing with these people. They won't return everything and they never get the order correct. I've been in contact with the store asking for signed contracts/details of items being switched out/details of items being replaced, I have to receive any of those communications. At this point I don't know what I am paying for or if I even got the same deal from when I ordered my furniture back on Thanksgiving.This needs to end right now! I signed a piece of paper holding me to my obligations but who is holding this company to theirs? This is a bunch of bologna that me as a consumer has to go through. I've missed time from work, I've missed time from my son, by dealing with these people on the phone and making extra trips to the store.  To to reference the "comfort Level" comment, it's not about that it's about the fact that I don't want to pay you and I don't eat any pieces of your furniture in my house.
