Spoke with the guest.  We delivered the bed on 9/12.  This is resolved.

I have spoken with the guest.  We are exchanging the out the damaged sofa tomorrow.  I can't refund the sofa.  The guest signs a contact at the time of purchase that once they accept delivery in their home there are no refunds.

I have spoken with the guest.  We have the headboard and rails here but the manufacturer shipped the headboard with out legs.  We have ordered the legs and will schedule delivery once they arrive.  They should be shipping next week.

It's been 9 days again since I last heard from Ashley Furniture, last response was legs had been shipped.  It should not take 9 days for legs to be delivered and for someone to call me. Also, I have not had any response to them in compansating me for the time it has take to get my bedroom suit. I placed my order on 2/9/2014 and still not received all my furniture. I should be compansanted for the time I have been waiting. 
My complants through Revdex.com are the only way I can get Ashley Furniture to call me. I would like to speak with them to find out what the problem is this time.

We spoke to the guest on January 7, 20** and refunded her money  due to not being able to deliver her sofa.

[redacted]During my complaint I stated they are sending a mechanism to try to fix the recliner. Which took 6 days to even speak to someone. However, my complaint was that it wasn’t comparable to the one in the store. Their response of “no comfort guarantee” only makes them look bad. So basically they don’t stand behind their product nor care about customer satisfaction? With that being said I have talk with Ashley the sales lady from the store that sold us the set. She spent hours with us while we was deciding. She was supposed to have gotten off at 6 and it was after 8 once we picked one out. Like I said in my original complaint we didn’t make our choice lightly. We wanted something comfortable to sit on. Had I known I would have to break it in we may have chose differently. But Ashley ask me to let her see if she can do anything because she wants us to be happy. So I am ok with that for now.

I have left a message for the guest to call me to discuss the issue.  We have ordered the part to make a complete new cushion.  They were ordered on 5/5.  If normally takes 10 to 14 business today to receive.

I filed complaint 10448577 and it has been marked closed. NO this is not closed. Yed they finally came and got there garbage from my house that I have been housing for almost 2 months. Yet I have not...

received any form of a refund and until I do this is not a closed issue. I would appreciate that a ticket not get closed until it has been fully completed not just a partial completion. I want to be credit for all the furniture that was picked up and then I would like some type of credit on m y mattress bill for housing there furniture for almost 2 months. And the fact that I run a business out of my home and had to cancel 5 events due to the fact that there trash was here. I love anywhere from 1000 to 1500 in the last month because of this. So no I would not say my complaint has been completed.
