First, I have each time ask that someone other than Ms*** contact meDidn't happen againI feel that she is bullying me and I am extremly uncomfortableI think that is very poor customer service and that my concerns have been ignored. She did call with a confrontive tone and notified me the chair had arrived saying if I didnt want it anymore that I would need to contact ***I informed her that I would pick it up on Saturday, May Until I actually pick up the chair and confirm that it is correct(matches the other one that we have and had bought them as a pair), I feel that this is not completed. Expecially since I have been notified on other occations that the chair was ready for piand it wasn't.

Everyone I have spoken to on the phone and have talked to at the store can never seem to get a handle on exactly what is going on in regards to this orderYour company obviously can't handle the orders and fulfill them in a timely manner
If I had my way I would have canceled this order and taken my business elsewhereMy wife is so mad and frustrated over your local and regional handling of this order

I have spoken with the guest and have the signed paperwork the store mailed to the guest to read and sign before picking up the furniture.. The guest did sign it and it states that if you pick up the furniture and it is damaged you are responsible to bringing it down to the warehouse for repair. I explained to the guest that we will repair the issues but she will have to bring it back tot he warehouse.. The store also mailed her another copy of her invoice and she should have already received it. They are going to mail out another copy on the invoice for her

I have not recieved anything from Ashley I have called several times asking for management to call me back I have still not heard anything

We are delivering a new chest today and we have reordered the table again but it is out of stock. We have scheduled the delivery of that for 6/13. We are giving the guest an additional $off for the delay and the issues

I have given the guest a loaner table to use until the new one arrived. It has arrived. I spoke to the guest today to set delivery on the new table. She is going to call me back to schedule

Per our tech reports,  the damage is from a pet.   The guest did send me pictures.  I have left a message for the guest to discuss more options.

This is a replacement from [redacted] the protection plan company.  [redacted] will not cover us delivering the chair to Paduch.  The guest did come to pick up the chair once before and it hadn't arrived.  I apologized to the guest and offered the $75 gift card for the inconvenience.  The chair was scheduled to arrive on 4/2 but I advised the guest to call before she made the trip again to confirm the chair was here.  The guest came on Saturday to pick up the hadn't arrived.  I spoke to the guest this morning.  I was going to explain to the guest that they need to call [redacted] to see if they will cover the cost of delivery to Paduch.  [redacted] is the one who is purchasing the chair for the guest.   The guest hung up on me before I could explain or discuss other options.

Spoke with guest and explained the difference between the warranties and the protection plan..  The mech was covered under the one year manufacturer's warranty..  I have offered to order the mech as a one time courtesy but I will need the serial number in order to order it..  He is...

going to get me the serial number off the recliner and call me back..

I was contacted by an Ashley associate and on 4/2/15 was advised that I would receive $150 credit back to the credit card originally used. I was also advised my bedroom furniture was going to be delivered on April 11th. She advised she was going to try to get the dining table delivered at the same time. She said she would be in touch with me. I have not heard back from her about the dining table delivery and have not received the $150 credit.
