Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I would like to inform the Revdex.com that I paid like $to my account to bring the balance to $on October 23, because I was being threatened by the business of being sent to collections if it was not paid in fullI now receive a letter from Kelly M [redacted] , months later, telling me no adjustments would be made to the account because a pre determination was no required for the services rendered to meAnd that right there is the core problem with Aspen Dental business practices! I replied to Kelly via emailHeres a copy for you:Hello Kelly,Thanks for responding to my complaint from the Revdex.com, which I have submitted months agoYour attention is very valued over here. The balance on my account is at $because I PAID IT, after your company threatened to send me to collections if my account was not paid in fullAt the time of my visit, YOUR dental office reps told me I was responsible for a certain amount, and I agreed to that amountThey told me that Aspen Dental's estimate is near 99% accurate and that cases involving any adjusted balances were minimal, NOT $ADD $1,to that which I financed and we are at almost $1,My point is simple, if I were informed of how much I really needed to pay I would NOT have agreed to the services because it was too muchYou say a pre determination is not required for the services that were rendered to me, but it is also not a fair business practice to the consumerYour office reps instill a sense of accuracy of 99% to the consumer at the time of service, yet the estimates are off by $250.00! Then I am stuck paying all this extra money or else I get put in collections and my credit gets hitAll because a "pre determination was not required."I bet there are many cases just like mines floating around and tens of thousands of people are stuck paying these bills, due to your company purposely either underestimating or not getting a clear estimate from the dental insuranceYour company's estimate was off by $250.00, you are saying its not your fault, and you wont even offer me a refund checkIts just bad business for the consumer if you are not honestIts unfair to me that I got bamboozled into this bill, and I filed a complaint months ago to the Revdex.comI am sending a copy of this email to them also Regards, [redacted]

This has been the worst experience of my entire life!!! I have never felt so ill towards another company of any kind as I do with Aspen DentalI had an old filling fall out in between teethThis being my only pain or issue I had, I made an appointment with the closest center to me, a min driveEveryone seemed polite, took my x-rays and sat me in a room to look at a bill for $12,for a ton of work, cleanings etcWell that wasn't happening so I opted for $worth of work to fix the original issue (which ended up costing me root canals for the teeth) and replacement filling for a tooth I've never had an issue with and some routine cleaningsSo I took the fast [redacted] credit and charged itFine! They immediately fixed my old filling, which was done by a new girl and done incorrectly so it caused me more damage to the molar below it which I now have to have fixed elsewhere since I'll never go back to ADI left and had to come back hrs later for the "real dentist" t

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I do not think the business has addressed my concern in their responseI believe I explained very clearly in my original complaint email why I would like to request a FULL refundWhat I requested was a full refund, not continuation with their bad serviceIf you want to know some of the major problems I have experienced at Aspen Dental Latham office, you can go back to my original complaint emailBelieve me, that was only a list of the major problems, and I can go on and on with many other smaller issuesI can also give you a recap about what I have been going through: Basically, I paid a lot of money for an implant for my front tooth, which was close to $That amount of money is at the high end of the price range on the marketUsually high price means high quality and better service/treatmentHowever, this process has been lasting for more than years with many mistakes and I am still wearing exercise retainer, which is definitely not good serviceCheap crown and abutment that irritate my gum and not even aesthetically matching are not good quality, neitherIt is so not worth itI do not think the dentist cares about her patients, she tried to convince me that red swollen gum is because I had fake tooth, and she also believed uneven gum line was acceptable (she burned my gum to make the crown fit, and that was how the uneven gum line was created)When I requested a refund at the Latham office, DrS brought me to the legal person, who was so rudeShe said "we can refund you for the crown, that's it"When I explained to her my frustration about the uneven gum line and asked her to have a heart, she replied "I do not have a heart"I really lost my patience and confidence in Aspen DentalI have no idea what else can go wrong next time I walk in their officeAnd what is even worse is that they do not care about these mistakes, and they all act like "we know you are being taken advantage of, but what can you do?"I think that is the only explanation why this process has been lasting for more than yearsPlease have some sympathy in your patientGive me my full refund so that I can go to a dentist who can help me with a crown and implant that work both functionally and aestheticallyI have been losing so much weight as I cannot eat well with exercise retainerPlease have a heart and let me move on with my life Thanks Regards, [redacted] ***

Place is going downhill fastUsed to be an apartment I was proud of and recommended to friends, but management has taken a turn for the worse and they will nickel and dime you on your way in & out! I spent a year here and really enjoyed it at the beginningStaff was courteous, maintenance guys were prompt and friendly and the neighborhood was cheerful & safeThe fencbackyards were perfect for my golden lab/husky and there were plenty of friendly dog-walkers in the mornings and eveningsHope they can somehow manage to build back up to this level Since January or thereabouts, maintenance became painfully slow, it took months for my dishwasher to finally get fixed and my screen door was never looked at even after I moved out in May! When I decided to move, head manager piled on fee after fee and I ended up writing an addition four checks, each one I thought was the last of themWhat finally tipped over the scale was when the head manager fined me for a light oil spot on the carpet - carpet which was already years old and the maintenance guys said would have to be completely replaced before the next tenant anyways! The fine wasn't exorbitant, but a clear smack in the face and left a very bitter taste in my mouth as I ended my time at Williamsburg In all, I really hope management will refocus on people and not petty profit as it already is a higher priced apartment complex as isI didn't mind paying the extra when staff was timely and efficient, but based on this experience, I'm glad I got out when I did!
