My initial first visit went well but after they collected my money for the teeth the staff turned awful and care nothing about you It takes forever to get your teeth and then they have you coming back over and over again I would never recommend this company to my family or my friends

I received a call from Aspen Dental regarding my complaint on Tuesday, January 23, (day after Revdex.com contacted them) They left a voicemail indicating to disregard the bill for the entire amount indicated on the complaintI will hold onto that voicemail message should they inadvertently bill me again next month As of now, looks like this has been resolvedThank you for your help[redacted] ***

This business claims to have Revdex.com accreditation when you walk in the waiting room they have a big plaque about itThey over charged what was promised and even though we were given paperwork that claimed we were supposed to only be charged one price we were grossly over chargedThey do not call customers back when requested and they do no have any record of payment history with your accountsThey are a business that is not to be trusted when giving quotes or ensuring that your money is safeThey refuse to work with customers on adjustments after they make mistakes and refuse to comment on the matterI am surprised they made it this far

From: Byron S [redacted] Sent: Thursday, April 14, 4:PMTo: href="mailto:[email protected]" target="_blank">***@clevealnd.Revdex.com.orgCc: [redacted] DrAndrei P***; [redacted] DrMurali L [redacted] Subject: Aspen Dental Response # Per our conversation, below is a description of the case with ID [redacted] The patient originally agreed to get her hygiene treatment, crowns, extractions and both partial upper and partial lower denturesIn July of As the patient states she received her hygiene treatment and the Oral B tooth brush which is part of that treatmentShe later stated that she had no idea that she had to pay for the Tooth brush, to which she was told that she could return it in the original box for a full refundWhen she stated that she no longer had the box, as a courtesy we still refunded the balance for the brush to the finance company The patient stated that the crowns that were done were too short and had to be redoneThe patient had extractions done and the crowns were around the extraction areasAfter healing, the gums subsided around those crowns exposing more tooth structure, which made them more sensitiveSo DrP [redacted] remade those crowns to the gum line to take care of the patients sensitivity issue When the patient came in for her crowns, an Associate Doctor was at the office substituting for DrP***She inadvertently pinched the patients lip during the process causing it to bleedAt this point the patient decided that she no longer wanted to see any other doctor than DrP [redacted] and also made the decision to not move forward with any work on her lower teethShe only wished to finish the work on her upper teeth that had been started The patient was told that the entire package for the partial was included in what she paid by the Office Manager at the timeThis does include a separate charge for the temporary and the permanent partial denturesThe patient was told a total amount for both sets, and given a Treatment Acceptance form that has a line-by-line accounting of every chargeThe patient signed that agreement and also had a copy to take homeAll costs for her entire treatment that the patient desired were outlined in this agreement that she signedWhen the patient decided to not go forward with further treatment, she was refunded the amount for the work that she would not completeWith most insurances, the insurance does not actually cover the entire amount of a given procedureThe insurance pays for a portion and the patient must pay for the remaining balanceThe patients insurance was only billed the contracted amount for work that the patient did receiveThere is no balance to be refunded further either to Dental First (the financing company) or the insurance because the patient has only been billed, and has only paid for, dental work that has been completed I wanted to make sure this was added: After the patient had decided that she wanted a refund and had these issues I personally sat with the patient and went over every issue with her, including the costs and what would be refunded and whyAfter many attempts she stated she still did not understand why she could not get a larger refund and would be taking the issue up with the Revdex.com Byron S [redacted] OM-Brooklyn, Ohio Northcliff Ave Brooklyn, Ohio Phone: 216-661-Fax: 216-661-

Please also see the attached documentation with Mr [redacted] We have also received from [redacted] who the guest made the reservation through a cancellation stating that the customer is responsible for charges per the contract with [redacted] , we were also contacted by [redacted] Bank and explained the reason for no refund, Mr [redacted] continued to call and make statements referring to threatening action, we then received a phone call from someone claiming to be his wife, the name given was not the name on the reservation or [redacted] therefore no information could be released or taken from such person The Sheriff was also contacted and they were going to contact Mr [redacted] to advise him anymore contact with us would result in possible harassment claims The $refund fee they are stating was not stated as a refund at all, it was stated that there might be a possibility of maybe a $refund, however after review of the events and the room being used, with no way to prove the cat or the snake had been present as well as other guests use of the facilities, we could not refund any amount, the room they rented is a NO PET ROOM, and [redacted] confirmed their reservation as such, as well as Mr [redacted] 's admittance of the policy that he did not readMy apologies for the situation, I am sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused all parties involved

Below is the verbage to please add to the original complain # [redacted] In addition, as of 06/18, 06/and 06/I have received bites indicative of bedbugs The company failed to remove the bedbug covers during the second heat treatment which I noticed when they were finished on 06/The plastic ties were still on the mattress and the technician did not do so (The manager told to me that this needed to be in preparation for the first treatment.) Which is now making me question if that created a problem when they did the heat treatment therefore not penetrating the mattress I do not think they use any steam cleaner/heat device to go along the mattress to remove anything that may be thereI would like to remove the $and ask for a refund of my entire amount - $Thank you so much [redacted]

I'm going to ask for your help again.I contacted you Nov 1st referencing a bill from Aspen Dental regarding an out of network dentist that I was given and not advised of Within hours Byron S [redacted] called me from Aspen Dental- 661- (1252pm Nov 2nd) and told I would not have to pay anything additional and he apologized He said they did not realize he was out of network.I've been receiving an invoice from Aspen every month from Northcliff Ave, Brooklyn, Oh 44144, Ph 661- 8077, the office I went toNow I've received a letter from [redacted] stating I could request a hearing before an Administrative Law Judge to appeal.PLEASE HELP, I'm not sure how much longer I can take thisI have stayed off any social media for months but ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.I also have concerns regarding the Aug 3rd app with Donald S [redacted] which until now I have been quiet aboutThat is for another day.Respectfully, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because:We have a financing account that has roughly $worth of charges that should be taken care of by Aspen, I should ONLY be responsible for the crown done to tooth #and any preparation done with tooth # In every complaint I've submitted I've stated that we would NOT have had any other procedures done if we had known insurance would not cover any chargesDelta Dental stated that if Aspen had sent up the charges immediately it would have stated that nothing would be covered, meaning we would not have had extensive cleaning done on his entire mouth, we would not have purchased a $toothbrush, we would have gotten the crown and had been doneI spoke with the Director of Aspen Dental and when I explained the situation to him, he knew IMMEDIATELY that [redacted] would not be covered because he was within the year waiting period and ironically I have spoken with Chelsey prior to filing a complaint with the Revdex.com, she was not able to help me with anything in fact in the end wouldn’t call me, she made the receptionist Sadie call to try to fix this situationIt's disgusting that I have to file a complaint and speak with the Director for the regional manager to allow "a $courtesy" credit when Aspen has racked up a bill for $5kWhen everything is all said and done, I am ONLY willing to pay for the crown and any preparation done with the crown, which in total is $1,Any of the other charges on 04/04/17, 04/05/17, 04/10/WE WILL NOT PAY FOR, as Aspen dental should have known by that time that any dental work would not be covered, Aspen tried to quick hurry up and get all of the work done as fast as possible so this situation would happenI would have to fight Aspen for my money back versus Aspen fighting to get us back in so they can take more of our moneyI've attached reviews about the business in Monti and as you can multiple people have been taken advantage of by this company
