It is satisfactory, even though the business claims to be doing it as a "courtesy", when it should have been done anyway because it was not my fault it was sent to collectionsThey can easily verify that with the company that sent me to them

I HAVE asked for documentation several timesI know of one exact date that I did ask for it, but the lady I spoke with said no that they had nothing they could send me nor email meI asked for any kind of documentation...how much I owed, a statement, and something showing atg policy of interest they have added on thereThis specific date was on april 19th at 5:pm, according to my phone log we were on this call for min and secFrom here on out, I want to receive a monthly statement showing my debt and the payments that are paid, for I now have a biweekly plan set up. We have reviewed the account and the recorded calls conducted with the complainantAt no time did anyone tell the complainant this would be removed if she paid itThat is a violation of the FCRAThe account has been updated and now reflects a zero balance
We cannot simply
remove from credit as this is a valid debtTo reiterate it has been updated to reflect its paid in full status

We have already addressed this issueWe cannot release information on a medical debt without verification of the consumers identityThe consumer can feel free to contact the CRA's or the medical provider directly however without being able to verify the identity of the consumer we simply cannot release his medical recordsThis would be a direct violation of the HIPAA regulations

The address is *** *** *** *** Chicago, IL The letters were mailed om 7/13/and were not returned to usWe can only mail the letters as did the healthcare providersWe cannot ensure delivery that would be an unreasonable burden and is simply not feasibleWe are sorry the complainant is upset however please bear in mind that our letters were sent after numerous notices were issued by the providerAn EOB was also issued by the insurance provider which also stated the amount due

We agree that email or regular mail for statements is not unreasonableWe have done bothWe use a ACA Certified mail vendor and have not had any issues with mail delivery with any other consumers so we are unsure why the complainant has not received any of the letters we have issuedThe most recent notice was mailed on 2/28/and mailed to the address in the complaintAgain we cannot guarantee delivery but all letters stated to have been mailed have been mailedWe cannot send an unlimited number of letters either since we are required to follow regulations set forth by the Fair Debt Collection Practices ActThis limits the number of notices that can be mailed in a specified time frameIf the issue is knowing the account number that number is *** and that can be included on any payment made whether it is online through our portal or simply mailed to us. We consider this matter now closed as we have done everything we can do to satisfy this complaint.

We have reviewed the notes and recordings on this accountWe have spoken with the consumer on more than one occasionThis account is for *** Technical University and we have in fact validated the debt on more than one occasion as wellWe will re-request the documentation from the creditor
and resend the information to the consumerIN addition the account has been updated again to show that it is in dispute while we gather documentation and reissue this to the consumer.

However as a courtesy we will take the complainants statement at face value and request removalThis

Mad long as I don't have to deal with this rude disrespectful company and this is removed from my credit I am satisfied

We have reviewed all of the recorded calls on this accountIn fact this had been done on multiple occasions as this consumer has sent in numerous complaints to our organization
The consumer has repeatedly used profanity while
speaking to our representativesWe do not own this account and are simply the servicer for the medical provider that he still has not paidWe cannot forgive the debt as we do not own the debt
The representatives have handled the calls in a professional manner despite the consumers repeated use of profanityWe have removed the consumers phone numbers and will no longer call him, however the debt is valid and we will not be able to cancel it

We have sent the documents requested via certified mail to the complainantThe complainant has again set up arrangements so letters automatically get issued prior to these payments withdrawls

We have reviewed the account and the recorded conversations that took placeThe representative that spoke to the consumer was not rude and did advise of the bill on 4/6/This conversation took place prior to the account being reported to the credit reporting agenciesHad the consumer resolved
the debt at that time this account would not have been reportedSince the account was not resolved in a timely manner it was reported to credit after days from the initial conversationThe debt is still outstanding and includes two accounts both for the same providerThe account is also still outstanding the balance remaining is We cannot simply remove from creditThe FCRA does not allow us to do this when the consumer was properly notified and didnt resolve the debt. We are sorry the consumer is not happy with the results however after an exhaustive review we have determined that our representative acted professionally and appropriately

This account was closed off our system on 11-28-due to a dispute issued by the consumer through the credit reporting agencyWe have updated the credit report to reflect this and it should be removed

We have reviewed the account and the notesWe do not nor have we ever had a policy of pay for deletionThis would violate the FCRAWe have reported both of the accounts as paid in full to the credit reporting agenciesIf the two account numbers referenced are not reflecting this the
