We have reviewed the notes and recordings on this accountWe have spoken with the consumer on more than one occasionThis account is for *** Technical University and we have in fact validated the debt on more than one occasion as wellWe will re-request the documentation from the creditor
and resend the information to the consumerIN addition the account has been updated again to show that it is in dispute while we gather documentation and reissue this to the consumer

Since this account is in someone else's name according to the complaint there is no way for us to locate the account in question and respondWe would recommend the consumer either contact our offices and ask to speak to a compliance manager or she can dispute these charges through the credit
reporting agenciesWe simply cant adequately respond without knowing the account in question

I HAVE asked for documentation several timesI know of one exact date that I did ask for it, but the lady I spoke with said no that they had nothing they could send me nor email meI asked for any kind of documentation...how much I owed, a statement, and something showing atg policy of interest they have added on thereThis specific date was on april 19th at 5:pm, according to my phone log we were on this call for min and secFrom here on out, I want to receive a monthly statement showing my debt and the payments that are paid, for I now have a biweekly plan set up.

Numerous attempts were made to the consumer prior to reporting by ourselves and our clientHowever due to the small balance and as a courtesy we are removing this from credit

We have reviewed the accountThe reason that we cannot discuss the account with the complainant any longer is that she indicated she was recording our calls without our permissionThat being said the account has already been returned to the original creditor and the account has been requested
to be deleted from the credit bureau as we are returning it
If there are further questions or concerns the complainant may call our offices at 800-969-and speak to Eliot ***

When an account is reported to collections it cannot be removed due to paymentWe do update the account to reflect it is paid or settled in full depending on the resolutionThis account appears to be settled in fullAt no time was the complainant informed we would remove this from credit

Whether we were paid or our client was paid directly the facts are still the sameThe debt is paid now and the paid in full status will be reflected on this accountWe are unsure as to what else the complainant wants from us? Since we are updating and the account is paid we believe we have resolved the issue at hand

We have reviewed the account in question and would like to clarify a few points1.) We have not purchased his debtWe are simply servicing the debt for *** Bank2.) We have not called the consumer every day 3.) We have not received feedback from the consumer that he wouldnt be able to pay anything
until he is discharged until now4.) We record all calls and notations in our system and we have repeatedly advised the consumer of this5.) We are allowed to call consumers between the hours of 8am and 9pm and have never deviated from those times6.) We will stop any further calls to the consumer since he has requested to have no calls from us.7.) We will follow up with the co-debtor from this point forward as he is equally responsible for the defaulted loan and has requested us to follow up with him as he is responsible for the debt. If the consumer has any other concerns he may contact us at any time

We believe the consumer is misunderstanding our responseWhen we say we are removing from credit that does mean that it will be "completely erased"This was requested to be done on 10/30/
and the credit recipient agencies should have already processed this requestIf the tradeline is still appearing the consumer should contact the Credit Reporting Agency to dispute and can contact our offices to receive an AUD# verifying the removal

We have responded several times to this same complaintTo be clear the debtor would not need a contract with us in order for the creditor that was unpaid to use our collection services. Please understand we are hired not by the consumer but by the creditor that went unpaidIts counter intuitive to think we would need a debtor to agree to use our services in order to collect a debt from themI am unsure as to why we are still getting this response and hope the Revdex.com will look into the logic of this complaint prior to asking us to continue to respond.

The arrangements made on this account were set up by the consumer in 11/Each month payments were debitedBear in mind the arrangements were made on a recorded line and we have confirmed the validity of these arrangementsIn addition to the call where the consumer set up the payments we
issued notices monthly to remind of the deductionThese payments are for a defaulted medical debt

While we empathize with the complainant, she did open the loan and agreed to repayment of the debtThe complainant has paid $and her balance is $76,We do not dictate settlement terms those are up to our clientHowever our client would not be able to settle this debt for the amount
paidWe are happy to discuss repayment however there are limits to what is acceptable to our clientIf the complainant would like to discuss this account she may call our offices and speak to a member of our management team, but she must be realistic in her expectations for adequate repaymentThere isnt a way to settle the debt for 3% of the overall balanceAgain we must take our clients best interests into consideration on any repayment plan

The complainant was issued a notice on 6/24/On 8/18/we recd a notice from the consumer that disputed the balance and stated the account was paidWe verified with our client that the balance was still due and responded to the consumer

Despite these facts as a courtesy we will request this to be removed from the credit

I owe nothing on my *** Auto account *** amount due $ you list this account number as *** *** Bank NA -- please note *** *** bank NA was *** Auto bill collector for all their customers. My account with *** Auto/*** *** Bank NA is current and paid in full Pleaseonce again send me a bill listing date and amount due
