The first representative that I spoke with (female) specifically said that I would have to contact the credit bureau to have the entry removed from my file, which I did indeed doHowever the entry was not removedIn addition I have not received any notice regarding the supposed debt nor did I receive any phone callsI have only one phone number and have access to review my incoming call recordsI advised the representative that the first time that I saw the information was on my credit reportAs I mentioned as well, I have medical insurance and pay all my payments at the time of service so there should not have been any amount owed to anyoneIf you in fact have the ability to report negative information on my credit report I ask that you furnish me with a copy of the billing for services received and your right to report said debt Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2015/06/29) */ As previously stated notification was in fact madeIt was also made by the original creditorIn addition we have reviewed the recorded callsAt no time was the complainant told that we would remove from her creditWe did direct her to where to go in the case that she wanted to dispute this charge on her credit, but we never indicated that it would be removedWe are required to comply with the FCRA in regard to our credit reportingThis account is valid and is paid in fullIt is being reported as paid in full as wellWe have verified this through the CRA'sWe will mail another copy of the itemization to the complainant per her request

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2014/03/03) */ We have already placed this account on hold in a dispute statusWe have also requested the documentation from the School that is owed for this debtWhen this information is received it will be issued to the debtor for his review The account is currently on hold pending the validation paperwork from our client Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (4200, 11, 2014/03/13) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) To date, no documentation has been received Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 13, 2014/03/13) */ The account is still on hold and we have removed from credit pending the documentationAs soon as the documents are received they will be sent to the complainant or uploaded to the Revdex.com for review by the complainant To clarify again the account is on a hold status on no action is taking place while we wait on the documents Consumer Response / [redacted] (3001, 19, 2014/03/27) */ I have received the documentation from this companyAfter reviewing the documentation, I do not consider this documentation sufficientI therefore demand that under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, this company cease and desist all communication with me regarding this matter Business Response / [redacted] (1001, 22, 2014/03/27) */ We will not make any more contact other than mailing the documents via certified mail to the consumerAs these have already been mailed to confirm the balanceIf there is documentation that the consumer feels would validate this beyond what we have sent we can do thisWe are unaware of any additional information that would be needed in order to validate this in the view of the consumerTypically a signed application and itemization would suffice

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted] ***

They always issued me monthly statements reflecting payments with balances and the same account numberThe last statement was for the amount of less than $Now they are stating I have an outstanding balance of almost $yet the refuse to provide me with any detail statements showing what this "new" balance and supposed "new" actI gave authorization for withdrawals on the old actsNever was I informed of this new one yet its coincidental it arise as I just paid of the debtI do not authorized no withdrawal from ATG in any future accounts Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2015/09/04) */ We do in fact have authorization on file for the previous payments We are happy to provide details as well but due to the HIPAA and privacy requirements we would need a patient authorization form signedWe would suggest the consumer contact our offices directly as there seems to be some confusion as to these chargesWe are happy to assist our number is XXX-XXX-XXXX and she may ask to speak to a manager

We are not allowed to disclose anything on an answering machine including the Mini MirandaWe only leave name and numberThis is to avoid any claims of third party disclosure and the policy is in compliance with the CFPB requirementsWe have noted the complaint

The complainant would not have a contract with our company as we are the collection agencyWe have a contract with Career Education Corporation for an unpaid bill thru [redacted] Technical University OnlineWe have responded to previous complaints made thru the [redacted] portalWe will request a copy of the consumers signed enrollment agreement and her ledgerthese will be mailed to the consumer.? If the consumer has any other questions she can reach us directly at [redacted] We have had no success in our multiple attempts to make verbal contact and we are more than happy to assist her if she would like to contact us.?

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I do not owe this company a penny and will pay for a service I cancelled and will talk with a legal counselor if this is settle till I am satisfied

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2014/08/04) */ This is an account with [redacted] for [redacted] houseThe account was charged off in 10- Due to the age and balance size we are returning the account to the original creditor We take no position on validity and are simply closing the account

This account has already been closed and returned to our clientThe account was submitted for deletion from the credit report on 10/4/If this is still reporting in days the consumer should contact our offices and speak to a manager [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me The agreement between myself and the business: Removal of collection from report Letter stating debt is paid Letter stating debt has been removed from report Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This debt was not paid to your organization, no itemized lists were provided upon asking, debt was not validated as per the request of the customer, refusal to discuss debt, refusal to contact customer or accept calls from customer violates the FDCPA Act under inability to validate debt, original creditor, and lack of written verification of debt upon dispute of the report. The collection report under the credit bureaus is falsely reported under these circumstancesPlease move forward with removing this report, as the balance was not paid in full to your organization Sincerely, [redacted]

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2014/06/10) */ We have reviewed the file and the call recordingsOur reporting on credit is an automated processWe do not nor can we report due to someone paying directly to our clientIn fact, we are very good with paying the client directlyThis does not affect us in anywayTherefore even if our system was not automated we would have no interest in reporting someone due to them paying a client directlySo this assertion is completely false The account was reported at our clients request and in compliance with the FCRAWe explained in the call that we cannot remove as we must follow the proper regulationsThe only way to remove from credit would be if the original creditor has asked us to do this We have reached out to the original creditor and have been able to get them to agree to remove as a courtesyThe account has been removed and the AUD# [redacted] We take no position on validity and are doing this as a courtesy

We have reviewed the accountThe reason that we cannot discuss the account with the complainant any longer is that she indicated she was recording our calls without our permissionThat being said the account has already been returned to the original creditor and the account has been requested to be deleted from the credit bureau as we are returning it? If there are further questions or concerns the complainant may call our offices at 800-969-and speak to Eliot [redacted] .?

The information provided by the consumer is not adequate in order for us to access his accountWe need a SSN or Account number in order to adequately identify the accountHowever based on the complaint and request we would not be able to simply return the account to the original creditor and remove from creditThe information provided by the consumer indicates this claim dates back to and therefore we would not be able to process his request

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We have reviewed the account and the recorded calls conducted with the complainantAt no time did anyone tell the complainant this would be removed if she paid itThat is a violation of the FCRAThe account has been updated and now reflects a zero balance We cannot simply remove from
credit as this is a valid debtTo reiterate it has been updated to reflect its paid in full status

The complainant has spoken to us about this debtSo we assumed she was aware of the creditorIn this case the creditor is *** *** ***Due to our prior calls we have confirmed the balance with the original creditorThey have re-affirmed the debt as being valid The complainant can contact us again if she would like at 800-969-4523 Thank you
