I am rejecting this response because: I have never received anything validating this debt, so if you claimed you sent anything I will be waiting for it In the mail, and when you spoke with me or you claim to do so on a recorded line, you were told this was not my debt so again send validation since you claimed to do so from the beginning

We were able to confirm the payment was made directly to our clientThe balance is reflected as paid in fullThe account is now resolved

We have reviewed the accountThe reason that we cannot discuss the account with the complainant any longer is that she indicated she was recording our calls without our permissionThat being said the account has already been returned to the original creditor and the account has been requested to
be deleted from the credit bureau as we are returning it If there are further questions or concerns the complainant may call our offices at 800-969-and speak to Eliot ***

Whether we were paid or our client was paid directly the facts are still the sameThe debt is paid now and the paid in full status will be reflected on this accountWe are unsure as to what else the complainant wants from us? Since we are updating and the account is paid we believe we have resolved the issue at hand.

We have reviewed the account and the notesWe do not nor have we ever had a policy of pay for deletionThis would violate the FCRAWe have reported both of the accounts as paid in full to the credit reporting agenciesIf the two account numbers referenced are not reflecting this the complainant
should go directly to the reporting agencies in question to dispute theseHowever the confusion may be that there are other outstanding accounts in our office that are still unpaidThese are a different account number but may be the cause of confusionThe complainant can call our offices at *** and speak to a managerThe manager that the complainant spoke to in the past was *** *** *** We do not have an employee named ***Thank you

We have reviewed the account and all of the notes and recordingsWe have only spoken to the complainant onceThis call occurred on 11/23/He advised that he felt the GI Bill should have covered this billWe advised him that it did not and this balance is still outstandingHe hung
up on the rep when he was advised of thisWe will send him another ledger card that will detail the charges that is still outstanding.

We have responded several times to this same complaintTo be clear the debtor would not need a contract with us in order for the creditor that was unpaid to use our collection services. Please understand we are hired not by the consumer but by the creditor that went unpaidIts counter intuitive to think we would need a debtor to agree to use our services in order to collect a debt from themI am unsure as to why we are still getting this response and hope the Revdex.com will look into the logic of this complaint prior to asking us to continue to respond

We understand the consumers frustrationHowever he states he sent us copies of cancelled checksWe simply do not have theseIn fact he stated he sent these initially in 2011, but we didn't receive the account until 6/12/and the last purchase was in 10/2012, so we couldn't have received this informationHowever if we can get this information from the consumer we are happy to bring this to the bank so that they can resolve thisWe want to work with the consumer despite his statements but we do need some documentation showing this was resolvedIt should be possible to get a copy of the cancelled check showing this as resolvedOnce we receive that we will do whatever we can to get the bank to resolve this debt. If the consumer has any other questions he can contact our office at *** and speak to a compliance manager

We have reviewed the account*** *** was not the collector for *** auto they are the lenderNo monies were borrowed directly from the merchantThis was a private label account. We are simply closing and returning the account to the creditor to pursueWe are closing this on our system and deleting from creditHowever to be clear that does not mean the debt is not owedThe debt is being returned to the original creditor to pursue as they see fitWe no longer hold the account and any further correspondence should be directed to the creditor

I am rejecting this response because:
This is exactly what I'm talking aboutThere is no way the company has mailed me "letters" (which was what I was told) and I not receive one when we live in the same cityI get literally everything elseHere they also state for me to make online payments which I have stated numerous times I have no interest in providing my personal accounting information onlineI'm just not comfortable with itSince there is an issue with the mail, I'm not seeing an issue with making payments inside the establishmentI have no problem taking the time out of my busy schedule and the effort to commute all the way there to make my paymentsNote: this is me trying to make a solution to the problemBut they keep saying they don't take payments that waySo if that is the case, there needs to be another solutionIt's starting to come across like a scam because of the fact that I'm not receiving any mailed letters, they are refusing payments other than online or over the phoneAnd yes, I've made two payments so far (by check in the mail), that doesn't mean I'm not getting scammedI don't even mind if they email me a statement, but they claim they are emailing as well, but again I'm not receiving emails from them either except the one where I was literally on the phone with them as the email came throughSo I know they have my correct emailIf someone calls and tells me that they are emailing the statement right then and I can physically verify that it came through, I'm game for that as wellI owe over $and I've never had to fight so hard to give that awayThere has to be a solutionI'm willing to work with the company, but I only ask they respect my wishes to protect my accounting informationI will not, will not put it online or hand it over the phone.
