I switched to DirecTV and AT&T Internet on OCT what a disappointing Experience they Lied about the Reward card, never send itthey lied about refunding my Credit Unlocking refund (had to unlock my credit twice) and every time they promised to refund the charge but never didevery time I called to ask about that, they would say, I will put the request for you and fill the form for younever gave the correct number to call until they made sure days passed and nothing can be donehow can a company like AT&T do this and get away with it? shameful what a bad example to be running a Companydeceptions and lies

I was told in the store U-Verse Cable would be around $a month, internet approximately $90, received a bill for $ $of which was U-Verse and Internet....several additional charges I was not told of in the store Customer serv rep mislead me into purchasing something I had no idea We have been customers of ATT for years, pay our bill on time and I feel totally fooled, very disappointing Account_Number: [redacted]

On January changed from Uverse to Direct TV While the tech was finishing up I called ATt to cancel Uverse During the conversation rep mentioned for $per month you get your speed increased twofold She made an appointment for Saturday January between 12p and 3pm for the modem to be changedI have confirmation email indicating the same date and time Today January I spoke with Abraham in Mexico and his supervisor who stated my appointment is for January from 9a to 12pThen I was transferred to the Tech Department Spoke with Rosette rep in Philippines and her supervisor IreneThey stared the same I rescheduled my life to accommodate ATTI am extremely annoyed I was looking not be upgraded the service I have spent 1:19:and still on the phoneI expect to be compensated for my time and disappointment

I contacted att and was promised a creditThere was never a credit placed and my service was disconnected because of it I spoke with a rep online due to my service being going out and I was promised a credit back in OctoberI called in multiple times regarding the issue and my service ended up disconnected because the amount went unpaid due to the credit that was supposed to be issuedI called in and was given the run aroundI sent is a request for investigation by email and still have to received a response

Now a month later my bank account is being charge for a full month of service I reached out through Twitter and spoke with agent Felipe Rios who explain that the full charge was made due to their system pre-charging for service every 6th of the month I was informed by him that a credit will be eventually sent to me via check or prepaid card this is unacceptable and I will like my full amount of money return as their agents are misinformed causing me to be uninformed about the bill

My husband and I canceled service with AT&T Uverse in January We paid our last bill and returned our equipmentWe continue to be billed for services we do not haveI called the 800-288-number and was put on hold Called the 888-993-number and was put on hold for minutesNo helpThe 288-number tells us we can not speak to customer service until we pay them money we do not owe themI have all my receipts from UPS that shows everything was returned on timeThis company wants to scam people!

The following review is my opinion of ATT, based on my more than years as an unvalued customer of theirs: Att has done away with any and all incentives to stay with them, jacked their prices way up and added ridiculous feesTheir service is poor and they customer service is disgustingThey lie and make empty promises all day long, and their advertisements are misleading and they ultimately take advantage of their customersATT used to be a decent company, now their greed has just taken over completely!
