Due to house damage Had to move and cancel myndled services w/ at&t and direct tv because service was not available in new area!! On may 21st I cancelled my services with AT&T bundled plan because I had to move from the location at [redacted] to [redacted] spring laurel they informed me that the service was not available in new area so I had a credit and they were suppose tocancel service and send recovery boxesALSO THEY TOLD ME I HAD A CREDIT I JUST RECIEVED THE RECOVERY KITAND THEY DID NOT DISCONNECT MY SERVICE UNTIL 6/AND STATES THAT I OWE A BILL

AT&T HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERI HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH THEM OVER THE LAST HOURS AND AFTER SPEAKING TO A 4TH PERSON, THE "MANAGER" THEY SAY, HE STARTS TELLING ME HOW THE LINE KEEPS CUTTING IN AND OUT BUT YET I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH OTHER PEOPLE AND NO ONE ELSE HAD AN ISSUESO HE GOES TO "CHECK THE LINE" HE COMES BACK AND SAYS HELLO HELLO AND THEN "CLICK" THE CALL DROPSWAY TO GO AT&T CUSTOMER SERVICE, ESPECIALLY A MANAGER AT THATIT'S SAD WHAT WE AS CUSTOMERS GET PUT THROUGH AND WHAT WE DEAL WITH TO STILL GET THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDEMY ACCOUNT NUMBER SUPPOSEDLY IS, [redacted] IF THERE IS ANYONE THAT HAS ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE HABITS LEFT, PREFERABLY A MANAGER OR SOMEONE HIGHER, I WOULD APPRECIATE A CALL BACK SO WE CAN GET THINGS STRAIGHTENED OUTTHE SERVICE I HAD WAS TERRIBLE FROM ALL PEOPLE

AT&T is in partnership with my employer and as a result I receive a discount on my cell serviceTypically I would not use them but with the discount I have had incentive to do business with themGoing forward I will do everything in my power to end this! This review is for the store experience: Recently my wife needed to replace her damaged phone and we went into an AT&T location in Laguna Niguel, CA and spoke with a woman who tried very hard to upswell us a product we were not interested inShe told us she could waive certain fees if we signed up for the service she was pitching and even told us she WOULD CANCEL THE SERVICE FOR US BEFORE WE GOT CHARGEDI know they have targets to hit, but this approach was not only abrasive and brash but it was alarming that she would have access to out accounts to make such changes to our plan without our presenceEither this was a lie or a very glaring security lapse This review is for the Customer Service/Billing: I was recently double billedThe first person I spoke with kept stating it was because we made changes to our billWe did notI asked her to share what changes she was seeing and she hung upI never raised my voice or made any rude commentsNothing So I called back and the next person stated that it was because they had made a billing error and didn't charge me for last monthThis sort of makes sense a little bit, and when I went back into my billing(it is autopay) I saw they were rightI did not get any notification that my bill would double, no clarification before they did this, nothingJust a blind charge for twice the price, almost $missing from my accountThis is unethical, especially around the holidaysThe worst part, is they only applied the discount one time to my bill, instead of twiceIf I am getting two months bills, I should be recieving months discounts so they did this and profited off of me for their mistake

Our monthly bills from AT&T arrive in the mail with barely a week before payment is dueWe would prefer bills arrive sooner and not a week before AT&T mails us our monthly bills which arrive only week before they're due We tried switching to e-mail bills, but even they are only sent out within days before they're due I tried calling to complain about the late billing notices, but all I was told that that was AT&T's policy to mail out bills only days before the due date and there was nothing I could change this I do feel that AT&T is trying to use their late bills to pressure us to setup automated payment withdrawal from a bank account All other companies that bill us [redacted] send us bills with at least weeks notice before they're due, so I do not understand why AT&T only gives us a few days notice for our monthly bill It is very stressful waiting to see when exactly AT&T will actually tell us our monthly bill and for us to prepare payment
