I contacted at&t they offered me direct tv and home phone,internet and wireless everything for or [redacted] a month months ago I was offered everything for or [redacted] a month all my services they told me it would take days to get a bill all together its been months and instead of the [redacted] or so under my contract I signed with at&t and direct tv they are all billing me seperate for closer to a month then when I complain they force me to make a payment or they will shut me off I signed a year with direct tv and one year with at&t at the low payment,they told me to get on my account and bundle it for months I tried and called and tried and called and went online to the website it never allows me to bundle the accounts it keeps taking me back to sign in instead of bundleing it I want what I paid for and the contract I SIGNED FOR!!!! not a month but ***???

BEWARE OF WHAT THEY PROMISE YOU!!! BEEN WITH AT&T FOR MONTHS AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE REBATES I SIGNED UP FOR NOW I'M GETTING THESE OUTRAGEOUS BILLS PAID WHAT I WAS TOLD TO PAY AND NOW MY SERVICE IS SUSPENDED DO USE AT&T!!!!!!!!!!

I have attempted to contact someone about an overpriced landline for the past week Each time I call the number on the bill, I get someone in Asia who proceeds to look into the bill only to find out they only have access to the internet portionAfter hour with this, I am transferred to a "number" which they cannot give me only to hold and never get anyone on the phone for another hour All I want to do is to change the due date on the bill and talk to someone This is unacceptable! They need someone in customer service who will pick up the phone and the people at the number given for service need to be able to help with all of att's services I have been with them for over years and this is the worse company for customer service Also when they call they need to leave a direct number where I can reach them

I am so fed up with ATT it makes me shake! I am copying another review because it is exactly what my complaint is PLUS when I was just on the phone with att, a gal named Sunshine seemed like she was going to FINALLY help me and I was disconnected!!!! I have had nothing but problems with AT&T When I moved from my house and had my service disconnected until I got in my new house, AT&T disconnected my mother's service My mother is years old and she had no phone After many hours on the phone, I thought I had every thing worked out...my service disconnected and my mom's service back on They turn her service off again I gave them my name, my address and my account number for the disconnect AT&T said that the cell phone number on both accounts was the same so they used that to disconnect the service...really!? After many more hours on the phone and writing to the Revdex.com, I got a call from someone in the president's office She said that because of all of my troubles, when I reconnected my service I would only have to pay a hundred dollars plus tax for my tv, phone and internet and I would get all new equipment and $dollars in a gift card I moved in this July 8th and I got old equipment..one box has already had to be replaced...only $gift card and $bill!!! I called and was told that this is the best that they can do I based my decision to stay with AT&T on what I was told This seems like a bait and switch scam to me I called AT&T last night The young man I talked to was very nice, but he couldn't do anything I asked to speak to a supervisor He said that she was in a meeting and she would call me back in minutes I still haven't gotten that call This isn't the first time time I have been told I would get a call back and the call never comes AT&T lies to there customers They trap you into a year contract and you have to put up with they lousy service or pay an exorbitant penalty I want what I was promised or out of the contract

3/4/I transferred my services to another locationThis caused MAJOR billing issues which required me contacting AT&T on a monthly basis to fix When I transferred my service, AT&T dropped my internet speed from the highest to slowest and simultaneously increased my wireless bill from $30/mo to $80/mo When I called to inquire the reason I was advised that the speed was not availableI then requested the $30/mo fee be reinstated since the reduced internet speed was beyond my control I was advised that this was not going to be possible and I escalated my concerns to a manager The manager advised they would correct the billing issue, but it was not fixed In fact, I had to call every month spending hours at a time on the phone each time having to explain why I was calling Any time I was promised that the issue was fixed, my next billing statement would show double sometimes triple the amount I should be paying I finally cancelled my services this month after fighting eve

I pulled my credit report and saw that I was charged dollars for equipment that was returned when I moved and unpaid balance I have services on at to different homes I moved out of second home and maintained at&t services at my main homeWhen I moved I returned equipment and paid remaining balance form second homeI still have att at main home and have never had my services interrupted or received mail that they did not receive equipment back or that I still owed a balance on the other accountI pulled my credit report today and noticed there was a balance of unpaid owing to att I called and asked creditor what is this as I still has services on my main account and there as never been any notice to me that I owed any thingI want theses items taken off my credit report immediatelyI have always paid my bill and if there was a balance owing I have never stopped services at my main homeThis is the time I have had to put in a complaint with Revdex.com because of ATT b
