Review: Revdex.com Complaint 12/**/15

About the last week of August 2015 I placed a phone order with Nicole C[redacted] through Auto Transport123.com (an auto transporting company). She explained that they would be picking up my vehicle, 2006 Scion TC from Brooklyn Park, Mn transporting it to Fort Mill, SC on September **, 2015. However on the very early morning of September **, 2015 the vehicle was having mechanical problems so I called AutoTransport123 to inform them that I wouldn’t need their services anymore and that I was having mechanical problems with my vehicle and I wanted to cancel my order. On September **, 2015 auto transport123 took $300 out of my banking account. I spoke to a female associate at autotransport123 (I didn’t get her name) and she explained to me that since I canceled at the last minute that I would have to pay $100 for the late cancelation fee and $200 would be returned back to my card. For 1 month I continued to contact the correct person only to be redirected, then directed to the Washington office and another office they have; no one would give me the actual department in which I needed to contact to resolve this issue. I attempted contacting Nicole C[redacted] by phone numerous of times, was sent to her voicemail, sent her an email and also left numerous verbal messages to her colleagues who insisted she wasn’t in that day(which was ever time I called). 2 weeks later, I was finally connected to a man named Casey J[redacted] who appeared to want to help resolve my issue and informed me that he would straighten the situation out and $200 would be placed back on my card, however I wouldn’t get the $100 back for canceling the day of the pickup. He never worked with me to resolve the issue and he’d return my call but he never returned my call. One time I connected Casey he told me to hold so he could direct me to the right department, and had me on hold almost an hour before I decided to hang up. I really got the runaround every time I called. When I couldn’t contact him by phone his colleagues would just send me to Casey’s voicemail, where I left messages, however he never returned my call. This went on for about a month and a half. Finally in October, I was connected to another associate, Ashley B[redacted], who was very polite also and seemed to want to also help me get my refund back. She finally gave me the correct email address to customer service(something no other associate did), told me what to write to customer service and the person to contact which was Keith. I emailed my order number and explained my situation on October **, 2015 which Keith should have received. Since then, NO ONE has responded to my email and it’s been over 2.5 months since I’ve sent this email. Everyone at autotransport123 is blowing me off and basically telling me I took your $300, ‘go away’, we’re not giving you anything back. Well, this isn’t how a business works. You follow-up with your customers, don’t ignore them and take their money. I want my $200 back, which they guaranteed. I will never use their services again nor will I refer anyone for business with them. I’m hurt more than anything that they think they can get away with taking peoples’ hard working money. My aunt told me to contact the Revdex.com and that’s what I’m doing to resolve this matter once and for all. If at all possible, I would like my entire $300 back, for the disrespect and nonchalant business attitude of the entire autotransport123.

Here is the email Ashley sent to me, an example email to head manager Keith at autotransport123 customer service to resolve my issue.

However for the rudeness, blatant disrespect from the company, lack of decent customer service, lack of empathy and the lack of wanting to resolve this issue at any degree, I would like my ENTIRE $300 back. I've never dealt with a company of this kind.

Review: I called for quote to transport our car from [redacted] to **.I did not have exact date as house had note closed yet. I was given a basic estimate. I called around to other co also. This co123 kept calling for a date wanting me to fill out paperwork after 4or 5 calls I finally said ok the sales guy said just a formality so when ready to go no worries. I had to sign a lot of times I should have known it was a scam right then.

I did not know how longmy husband was going to work so the guy said we will put a late date I guess so Jan2015 I moved in August 2014. We did not ship car decided to drive. I left a voice mail on salesman machine to cancel .with the moving stress did not read you had to send certified letter to cancel. I got a confirmation call from driver in Jan and I explained I cancelled, they are still charging 225 dollars I am on social security that matters.these people wore me down and bulliedme into signing at a very stressful time in my life I want my money returned I want a big black mark against them so they can't hurt anyone else thank you.I had my credit card company call them and they would not give me a prnneyDesired Settlement: I want 200 dollars back they can keep 25 for the inconvenience of the no letter

Good Afternoon-I am writing in response to the complaint filed by a [redacted]. I have included the signed contract dated 6/**/2014.We did not receive a cancellation notice, the order was dispatched with a carrier per our terms and conditions. The driver made multiple attempts to reach the customer to confirm pick up arrangements be finally be advised that the vehicle was already transported. Customer also contacted her credit card company [redacted] to do a conference call regarding the terms and conditions and reason for charge 2/**/2015 [redacted] where customer was explained that reservation is non-refundable. I'm not sure as to why customer is filing a Revdex.com Claim against Auto Transport 123 when we did as we promised, and were not advised otherwise that vehicle already moved, nor that order was cancelled. We have processed the Reservation fee in the amount of $225.00 in which is non-refundable. Customer can utilize towards a future transport at any time, however we are unable to process a refund.I have attached the dispatch confirmation, as well as the contract details for your reference.Regards,[redacted]Tell us why here...

[Your Answer Here]

I most certainly did speak with the driver and informed him I did not need car moved. I had same phone number as to their response tried to reach me many times . There was not one message on my cell phone which was only number I gave them. I did not send letter to cancel did not read contract well. I left phone message on [redacted]'s cell phone.I blame the salesman for pushing me so hard to sign . I did not want to and he kept after me call after call how I needed to lock in a rate. He told me just sign contract with any date will push date way out. With all stress of moving to new state when my husband changed his mind and decided to drive I called and never remembered letter. I have read of all the other cases where they have done same thing with the hard sell. They are liars the driver knew we did not need him I don't care what they say. I would never use their service even if it was free so a 200 dollar credit is no good . I want my money back.any reputable company would give a refund. When I said I did not want to sign they should have accepted that I did not know date if date was wrong contract was void anyway. They made up a date.

Review: August [redacted] hired 123 autotransport to transport my 1986 gmc suburban from new jersey to georgia. It was verbaly stated and stated on the contract that my vehicle will be picked up on tuesday the [redacted] of september. signed a contract entered an agreement based on this.september [redacted] came and went. called company to get info about vehicle being picked up. I started getting the so called run around. No one would answer questions they started using evasive language and illuded to me being a crazy customer. I have a contract and emails to prove it.What they actually did was have me enter an agreement without the intent on moving my vehicle and blocking me from getting services from any other company. I actually need my vehicle moved I didnt hire there folks for fun.So I cancelled the contract. I read the agreement they actually didnt fulfill what they stated in the contract truck was to be picked up on september [redacted] I gave them until cob on [redacted] of september to get my truck. They refused to answer anyquestions. I spoke with the lady [redacted] who was handling my file. I explained to her that she hasnt done what she said . she began screaming at me trying to intimidate me.By the way all these conversations are recorded by them. She stated she never said they were picking up on the [redacted] my witness whos on my contract is my sister she was told the same thing by monique or sales lady. This is a family owned business im guessing most employeees are family. So they went into my account and took 100 dollars for a made up fee. They never performed a service never sheduled a truck and noone was dispatched to get my vehicle. found this out from another company who refused me service because of whats going on. no noone will toucj my vehicle.Desired Settlement: id like my 100 dollars refunded. And id also like 100 doallrs in storage fees becasue of these folks my truck has to stay indefianately ins torage id also like whatever block these folks ahve placed on my vehicle lifted so I can obtain service from another company.

No On the [redacted] when you demanding via email your drivers info although we told you that would be your first available date as we stated in your order form I billed you $100 for your cancellation. You were already in cahoots with other companies as you wrote to me and your threats of us making us a guarantee you a date is not how we worked. I asked you to be patient as you continued to banter me the president of the company and refused to allow us to just be honest with you I cancelled the order. We do that route from Atlantic city to Atlanta once a week you refused to allow me to be honest with you to schedule a carrier so you were billed $100 and your order was cancelled. It states directly in our terms and conditions that is our standard order process. Furthermore from the first time you emailed me I just asked that you allowed us to do our job honestly. You continued to force my hand into guarantees and unfair windows

I reject that response. Please understand that I cannot force a business into anything. It was stated that my vehicle would be picked up on september [redacted] end of story.I have emails with real evasive language regarding the terms once I verbally agreed. after I agreed to my vehicle being picked up on september the [redacted] company language and phrasing began to change from so called upfront to illusive. Im not in the buisness of poilitics I explained to these folks im a simple man. I need my truck picked up by this date they agreed. Pay for services and products never rendered?? I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]the so called contract that doesnt actually have my legal signature on it. It was said verbally that my vehicle would be picked up on the [redacted] of spetember. you worded the contract to say the first available date is the [redacted] of septemebr so it can be determined however u want to spin it. I was told it would be picked up on september the [redacted] I have a witness who was told the same thing.Your company did not perform that. if you read the bottom of your so called contract it staes that fees only occur if u dispatch a truck and you folks did not nor had intentions to do so. found this out from other companies who werent even employed by me at the time. lastly your company cost me an additional 100 dolars for storage fees. if 123 autotrasnport continues to persue my 225 dollars I will hire a laywer and we will go to court and I will sue for damages. I hope you folks bring that contract and the recorded conversation then we will see who the bad guy really is.

Response:

Again we ask for the letter of cancellation or showing the receipt of US certified resisted mail showing it was sent in!? Furthermore that's that are stated verbally are here say if we guaranteed you a so called date why would it not be stipulated in our contract? I'm sorry but this is all falsified unless this customer can provide any evidence or concrete paperwork. Him threatening me to take me to court is absolutely not a piece of evidence or reason for rejection.

Review: I was quoted $825 for the shipping service by [redacted]. The contract said $225 for reservation and a $600 balance, Auto Transport 123 charged me $240 for the reservation and the carrier company, Charles Bough LLC, charged me $625 upon delivery of the vehicle. When I questioned the driver of the Carrier Company, [redacted], he said that I needed to contact Auto Transport 123 and ask for a refund of $40 because what he had on his paperwork told him to charge me $625. I contacted Auto Transport 123 twice in one day about the issue, the last time I called was 15 minutes before their closing time, and the customer service representative told me my issue would be relayed to the managers and that I would receive a call back as soon as possible, at 7:45pm when they close at 8:00pm. I told the representative that you guys were closing soon, and she responded "I do not have a watch on me so I don't know"Desired Settlement: All I want is my $40 back in a timely manner.

Review: On August *, 2015 Dan F[redacted] (phone ###-###-####) from Auto Transport 123 contacted me about transporting my daughter's 2011 BMW from Shamong, NJ to Sacramento, CA. He stated that he would be able to pick up the vehicle on Monday, August **, 2015 and get the car to Sacramento by the following weekend - August ** - **, 2015. He said that a deposit of $225.00 would be required when the vehicle was picked up at our house.

He asked me to sign a contract (no money required), but since I was not home I told him that I was not comfortable signing a contract on my iphone. Dan, who was pretending to be the owner of the company, asked to speak to my daughter, Jennifer to get her address and phone number in Sacramento. He used pressure tactics to coerce her into signing the contract (which was in my name) and to give him a credit card number to hold the reservation. He insisted that no money would be debited from the account, and that it was illegal to take money until the truck came to the house.

On Sunday, August *, 2015 I saw a shipping order form in my email. The dates were not the ones promised, and the vehicle was not going to leave until August **, 2015, and had a delivery date of August **, 2015. Since this was not a legal contract ( I never signed it), and the dates were unacceptable, I immediately emailed Dan and informed him that I was cancelling the contract. My husband and I called numerous times, and left messages that we were cancelling the order.

Since I was uncomfortable with the company not responding to my emails or phone calls, and the pressure tactics used on my daughter, I went to the bank and cancelled my debit card. On Sunday evening, August *, 2015 a driver from [redacted] called to make sure that we didn't change our mind about transporting the car with Auto Transport 123. He was informed that the order was cancelled, and also told us that he was asked to bring the car to a warehouse to sit for a couple of days until a driver could be dispatched to Sacramento. We told him we were not going to transport the vehicle with that company.

The bank informed me that Auto Transport 123 tried to debit my card numerous times throughout the week, even though the order was cancelled and they were informed immediately. I received a "threatening" email from Hecht, the real owner of Auto Transport on Thursday, August **, 2015 demanding payment of $275.00 (original amount was $225.00) for Breach of Contract (which I did not sign or agree to), and fraudulent credit card. The card was a debit card not a credit card, which was cancelled because of no reponse from Auto Transport about the cancellation.Desired Settlement: No further contact by the business. This company should not be allowed to use pressure tactics and lies to obtain business. I want to make sure that no civil suits are filed against me, and that other consumers are warned about this company's tactics.

Review: After inquiring online about transporting my vehicle I was contacted by Auto Transport 123's Dan F[redacted] several times. His calls became so annoying that I finally answered and heard him out... he gave me the lines of "being the owners son," and giving me the best deal. He convinced me that his sisters, brothers, mom and dad are all in the office and they would take extra special care of me... so I booked 2 months in advance. As the day of my car pickup (June [redacted]) approached I called several times to confirmed that all was still okay. Suddenly, Dan was too busy to talk and everyone else promised me everything would be okay. The week of my move I took off from work (thinking I would no longer have a car). The car was to be picked up on Wednesday it was not... my flight was leaving on Saturday evening. From Wednesday to Saturday evening my calls to AT123 went unanswered... I guess they could see it was me and my call would sit in the queue for hours... I would go from being the next person to be answered to being the 5th person all in a minute. The few times I did get through Dan F[redacted] was too busy to talk to me, everyone else was rude and completely uncaring. After having my CC# on file they never helped, never picked up my vehicle, never called to say that there was a problem, never called to apologize that they promised for days and days. I was left stranded with nothing... I had to wait to get to my destination, leave my car with someone that was practically a stranger and have another company (National Transport) complete the job... seamlessly. Auto Transport 123 is the WORSE company I ave ever dealt with. Dan F[redacted] is a lair and a fake. The company cannot be built on family value... it is a scam. During one call a guy name Keith answered, thought he put me on whole and had a whole conversation with Dan F[redacted] about how "upset this lady on the phone is at him." Dan told him to send me to his VM... when he came back to the phone I told him I heard the whole conversation and wanted to talk to Dan... he said, "Dan's not in the office." I laughed and said. "I just heard you talking to him, I want to talk to him." Moving and having your car shipped is a BIG DEAL and AT123 does not help to make this process any easier... they add to the stress... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Desired Settlement: 1) I want an apology from the company and Dan F[redacted] personally.

2) I want to ensure that either of my cards were charged.

3) I want people to know what they are getting when they use this company... nothing.

Review: we set up a contract on 3-**-15 for a vehicle to be picked up in Aurora, CO around 3-**-15. The gentleman who was selling us the truck took the day off of work and waited all day for a driver to show and he never showed. I was in contact several times that day with a gentleman by the name of [redacted]. THE DRIVER DID NOT SHOW AT ALL AND [redacted] TOLD ME HE WOULD CALL ME BACK BY END OF BUSINESS DAY AND HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I called the following business day and with several apologies made to me from Auto Transport 123 the matter was resolved and we went with another transport company. On April [redacted], almost a month after the initial contract, we noticed that our credit card had been charged $100. I emailed [redacted] on May **, 2015, and received no email back. I have called several times and they keep giving me the run around or putting me on hold, I am at work and cannot hold for long periods of time. My wife called on May **, 2015 and after being on hold for 7 minutes spoke with a [redacted]. She explained the whole situation to him and he said well the driver tried to contact me on April *, 2015, and he could not get a hold of me. My wife explained the pick up date was suppose to be March **, 2015, so why would you call us on April [redacted]. [redacted] noted that all of the calls had been put into their system. Before my wife could say anything else he said we will give me a full credit back on our card it will take 24 hours. It of course has not been 24 hours but with everything that we have been through we do not want someone else going through the same situation we did. Almost a month had passed and out of the blue you charge our credit card $100 saying that we cancelled and we did not even cancel your driver did not show up.Desired Settlement: Credit the $100 back to our credit card we did not authorize for you to put that on our credit card almost a month after the contract/pick up date.

Review: I entered into a agreement/contract to transport my car from Bohemia, NY to California. During the sales discussion I was told the following: $275.00 deposit, Auto Transport 123 owns their own trucks and would transport my car door to door on a transport truck and there would be communication from the driver frequently. I am sure that all calls are recorded so this can all be verified. As it turns out none of the above was true. The deposit was $475, Auto Transport 123 does not transport the cars as their website indicates with the truck pictures, and my car was not transported door to door on a transport truck. My car was dropped of in Tucson, AZ where another transport company S&M Transport drove my car without my authorization to California. Please also note my car was transported from NY to Tucson by a company called United Auto Transport. In addition, there was no communication I had numerous calls, texts and emails unanswered. When my car was dropped off on 7/*/14 I immediately noticed the car was driven, first off the gas tank was empty to the point I had to walk to the corner gas station and get gas in a can. The odometer had hundreds of additional miles. I put a half a tank of gas in the car right before it was picked up in NY (receipt provided to auto transport 123 and picture of the gas tank indicator). In addition, seat was pulled up, mirrors readjusted, and as always the OnStar system tells it all- the care was drive approximately 440 miles. The exact mileage from Tucson, AZ to [redacted] were the car was dropped. And as I have to say the cherry on the cake was the urine smell, and the Snapple bottle found rolling around under my seat filled with urine ( I sent a picture of that also to Auto Transport 123) I spoke with both the Tucson and Fontana Police Departments, in addition to my attorney in a nutshell driving the car without my authorization is a crime so I can if I choose to do so I can file charges. I also have a civil case as what I was promised via a contract was not delivered in full. As you can see from the above I have concrete proof my car was driven and not transported all the way. This is a concern as I have no idea who drove the car or what they did, did my car get pulled over for speeding were tickets issued? Was a crime committed? I have no idea what happened. So, at this point I will assume it was driven without any issues. With that said, I have my car.... no damage other than someone [redacted]ing in it. So, I ask at this point provided no tickets show up in my mail or police because a crime was committed with my car for simple fairness. A partial refund, an apology.... that simpleDesired Settlement: In fairness I should be reimbursed for the mileage, gas and detailing needed to clean my car and that amounts to $415 in total. I have disputed the $415 on my [redacted] card, and asked that Auto Transport 123 allows the credit to post back to my [redacted] card

Response:

If this customer can provide concrete proof the car was driven any mileage at all we will have the driving company refund the money due to mileage on car. At the same time these are very serious accusations. Your gas level bears no means. So the truck travels with less weight often times the carriers will release-the gas prior to beginning their route.

Also we have heard similar reading based off your cars system often times when on the truck it gets tracked much like a EZ pass would if the pass is not removed. We do not own these carriers or trucks and you are our customer , if these things did happen we are here to help you. IF you can provide true factual details about this happening and not just did he get pulled over ? or did he get a ticket? I will be happy to get you a refund and help you fair enough???

[Your Answer Here]

The gas tank level bears no means? The bottom line I have provided you proof I put gas in the car within 30 minutes of the car being picked up at the same location. I spoke with the driver [redacted], who picked up the car and told him I put gas in the tank he told me that was fine, "that you will need gas on the other side". We also joked about the fact that it was good I put gas in the tank in NY vs. CA due to cost. Even if that weight was a factor, a gallon in gas weighs 6lbs. what is the vs. a 2 ton car? In addition, if this was the case why was I not told the gas would be dumped? No one, and I mean no one had the right or my permission to dump gas. In regards to the tracking, well if that was the case how come the OnStar tracked only from Tucson to California? You do not address the fact that all items that one uses to drive, seat position, mirrors, car radio were all completely altered. One does not alter these to drive a car onto a transport, they alter when they are driving the car a distance.

You also do not address the bottle of urine in my car, why in the hell would I leave a bottle of urine in my car? Why would any decent person [redacted] in their car and leave it there? I am not one of these animals that drove my car, Here is what happened the car was transported to Tucson, where this S&M Transport took over and were running behind schedule or had other deliveries and drove my car to the final destination in [redacted]. As soon as I opened the door of the car I knew right away it was driven. I also really do not care if you think these are serious accusations, these are not accusations they are facts- period. I feel completely violated that someone drove my car and took a [redacted] in it!!

I have provided the proof, I contracted with Auto Transport 123, your sales rep [redacted] told me that you have your own trucks and transport the cars yourselves. Look at your website you have transport trucks with your business logo on it. The bottom line is my car was driven, I am owed the mileage, gas, and the detailing to get the urine smell out of my car. I contracted with you who you handed off my car to is your problem, Auto Transport 123 is responsible for refunding my requested amount. I have provided all the documentation to [redacted] to support these events. I am not asking for the full amount back, I am being fair and requesting the mileage cost, gas and detailing. I have my car with no damage other than the urine smell and 450 plus additional miles. Own up to what happened and do the right thing.

Review: I purchased a vehicle in another state on Dec [redacted] of this year. I wasn't able to go to that location and transport the vehicle to my location. Time has been very important in this matter. I had previous agreed on December [redacted] to use another company. On December [redacted] a man by the name of [redacted] called me from auto transport 123 and asked if I had gotten my vehicle transported yet. I told him no and he said he could get it home by Christmas. They had my information because I had days ago submitted for a quote with their company. I told him I had already chosen a company and should just stay with them. On December [redacted] my car had still not been transported after 10 days so I cancelled my agreement with no problem with that company and called [redacted] back up. I explained to him the time constraints I had and told him that I needed the vehicle transported immediately. His exact words to me were "If you can get this contract signed quickly, I might be able to ship it today but Monday at the ABSOLUTE. Latest. " obviously this is what I needed to hear. I specifically asked if they were a broker and he said no they only use their own drivers. He told me he needed a credit card on file but that it wouldn't be charged until my car was picked up. They claim all of their calls are recorded also so I stand by everything I say 100% and ask of them to please bring out the recordings. About an hour later I got an email saying my car would be picked up the [redacted] of Dec and dropped off in tn the [redacted] of Dec. I was more than pleased. After a few hours around 6pm I hadn't heard from anyone regarding the time the car would be picked up. I called the drivers # they supplied me in the email and he said he cancelled 20 minutes after they gave him the order. So I've now found out my car wont be picked.up. I looked at my card activity and I've been billed $225.00 which is what I want to needa credited back. I've had nobody call from auto transport 123 to update me, no emails, my car is sitting, and I've been billed. Also they subcontracted it to another company because they ARE a broker. I've asked them to cancel our botched agreement and refund me my money WITHOUT cancellation fees and my requests are denied. After receiving my money [redacted] has disappeared and everyone is telling me different stories. The latest story is supposedly im still on some "board " with another company and that's why they can't go get my car. If that were true they couldn't have dispatched the first company that cancelled. I called the company that cancelled back and asked them why they cancelled and they said $600 (which is what I would be paying them at drop off) isn't enough money for that route and where they were going. It has been a horrible experience. They claim they are there 24/7 but would not take my calls at all over the weekend. I've tried getting in touch with the owners and been unsuccessful. They will tell you anything to rush you into signing their contract, then do not follow through at all.Desired Settlement: Refund my card $225.00 do not charge anything else to my card and cancel the agreement.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Sincerely,

Review: I contracted AT123 on 01/**/2014 to ship my vehicle from [redacted] to [redacted]. The original email they sent me said they had a truck in the area with limited space. I called them and spoke to a person named [redacted] and was told he spoke directly to a driver before giving me a quote. I was also told that most vehicles are picked up in 2-3 days but mine could be as much as 10 days due to it's pick up location. Eighteen days later I called to cancel my order and was told that I would be charged $100 because it was my fault the vehicle wasn't picked up. They told me since my vehicle was on the board with other companies that drivers didn't want to pick it up. I actually was only listed with one other company and have documentation to prove so. There contract states nothing about already being listed with another company, it only states about signing with other companies after a contract has been signed with AT123.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my $100 taken from my account. I was not provided with an auto transport and waited well beyond the 10 days the contract required to cancel my order.

Business

Response:

As discussed with [redacted] at the time of placing the order and cancelling. For us to provide our service we need you to be off the board with any previous or future shipping companies. I dont claim its his fault and I apologize that it happened this way but we have been trying to work on this order for him for 2 weeks and this information is still listed here. This has left us no ability to work on the order. IN most cases like this and via our terms and conditions it states we can charge $225. We only billed Ryan $100 for cancellation because I do not believe this was his fault. Below is the order posting please let me know if you would like to see the contract signed with terms and conditions I mapped out above.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

It absolutely does not say anything about being on the board with an existing company. It states that I can't go into contract with another company after I signed with AT123 or three days after cancellation. It also states that " If an order is canceled due to something out of AT123's control the reservation fee or $100 will be charged and either put on file or be deemed nonrefundable on a as per situation basis." If being on the board with another company was something AT123 deemed reason for being unable to fulfill my auto transport they should have never accepted me as a client until after I was off the board with any other company. The fact that they chose to accept me and weren't forced to do so means that it wasn't beyond their control.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Business

Response:

It specifically states why my cancellation fee was charged but im not gonig to keep fighting back and fouth over 100$ , [redacted] you were just refunded. If you feel no one should be paid for their time and we should work for free no problem.

Consumer

Response:

While I think the company's last response was ridiculous and half childish, I received my refund in my account on 02/**/2014 and that ultimately is all I wanted.

Sincerely,

Review: I signed a contract to have this company ship my 2005 Ford F-250 truck to Anchorage, AK. We spoke about shipping my 2013 Highlander at a later date but no contract was signed to this affect. The business then proceeded to debit my bank account for a reservation fee on the highlander with no signed agreement to this affect. I tried to resolve the issue with the business, but they were not interested in resolving it. They went further to say they even had a signed contract. I have the signed contract that only has my 2005 F-250 agreement for shipment.Desired Settlement: Refund

[redacted] we apologized yesterday ... As this was a internal error and we have refunded [redacted] and apologized for any inconvenience.

Auto Transport 123 was great to work with, I have never transported a Vehicle in the Past and they were really easy. They guided me through the entire process from start to finish.

Review: Low and sttactive price given on 12/**/15 with the promise to have my vehicle picked up by 12/**/15, then on 12/**/15 no-one called me, or attempted to get the car picked up, I have called and manager told me his new employee gave me too low price and that he will get my car picked up on 12/**/15 latest 12/**/15, and that he will do that route at the cost (only if I sign another agreement higher this time, which I agreed to do). It is 1/*/16 already and my car still hasn't been picked up, and now I'm facing nearly $300 in storage fees and no-one wants to talk to me to get the issue resolved.

This is worse company I've ever dealt with. STRONGLY ADVISE NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM !!!Desired Settlement: have the company cover the storage fees as they were the guilty ones of offering too low price in first place, so they did not conduct the pick up on time on purpose making me sign the new agreement for higher price with the promise to get the car moved ASAP.

Review: The company claimed to know about a process for which I hired them to do, and in the end they didnt, they sent drivers who were not licensed to pick up a vehicle for me and they in turn caused me more harm than good. And in turn charged me for their "fees" and double what was agreed per contract. Even though they should not have been paid at all for the services they provided.Desired Settlement: Refund. [redacted] keeps telling me the charges are valid, though they are not. I am now disputing with [redacted].

Nothing as usual I called him back several times after that left several messages and nothing., Left [redacted] several messages as well as the dispatch [redacted] and not one phone call . Meanwhile my husband and I left Cali on the road NOT ONE CALL which I left several #'s which is on the so called contract that I have a copy of ... I Got a credit card charge of $ 1**.00 from Auto transport which now I have closed the account afraid that they would charge my card again. I called them and they said that they came to pick up the car on 4/**/14.so it was a charge for them dispatching someone . which is a bunch of crap because they are suppose to call the customer before comming out and if they called we would have informed them that the car was not at our old location any longer . They give you nothing but lip service here and our scammers. im sure you have alot of complaints about them one resently were the customer was charged as well on her credit card. They need to be fined or closed down and there webiste is faulse advertising as well . We ended up selling our mustang which we had no car in Maine due to the fact that not once did they ever return our calls to have it picked up elsewhere and they lied about calling.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $125.00 by check since I closed my old bank account

Review: on May [redacted] I I got a phone call from auto transport 123 concerning the online quote that I submitted to know how much would it cost me to transport my vehicle with them .

I spoke with [redacted] who informed me that the quote for the process would cost me 750$

Which I thought was very over priced .

he was pushing me forward to sign the deal so I kept asking him -more than 3 times- if I cancel would you charge me anything ??

He said “you will be charged the dispatch fee 225$ if you cancel after we dispatch your car to a driver but if you cancel before dispatching your vehicle you will be charged nothing” and he was specific about it that’s why I trusted him . this was on may [redacted] I asked more specific if I cancel on the [redacted] or before what would happen (because the estimated day for the move was may **) . he assured me I wouldn’t have to pay anything

On may [redacted] I called back and spoke with [redacted] again and told him that I wanted to cancel so he forwarded me to his [redacted] who told me that since I made reservation the day before and wanted to cancel the next day she assumed that I found a cheaper company and that she wouldn’t allow me to do so and she went forward and hit my card with the charge on may [redacted] – although their company states they don’t take money upfront- and their due date was may [redacted] . and after that the payment got posted on may ** and they got 225 $ without doing me any service at all.Desired Settlement: Refund my Credit Card with 225$ payment for not doing their part of agreement

05/**/14 2:45 pm told him to send a cancellation later.[redacted]

05/**/14 2:45 pmi had [redacted] charge 225.00 [redacted]

05/**/14 2:40 pm Hes trying to go with another company .

We never received any formal cancellation. What kind of selling practices did we offer other than the fact that you placed your order and you cancelled to go with another company... If you d like to ship I d be happy to use this $225 towards any order of your choice.

Review: We had planned for this company to pick up my Camaro in New York, and ship it to Arizona. This never happened, after we had scheduled the first pick up, the driver never showed, answered his phone or called us. WE had to contact the company and schedule for another pick up. When we had scheduled the second pick up, once again the driver did not arrive, would not answer his phone, and would not return calls. He had given us a time frame of 4pm-6pm. During that time he did not call or anything, we had left the location at 6:45pm giving the driver a little bit of time to arrive, it wasn't until we had left the pick up location at 7pm that the driver finally called and said that he had arrived. We had explained that we had left because we had thought he wasn't coming, he then went on to be very rude and started getting angry with us, for something that was his fault. About twenty minutes later we had received a call from his dispatcher and after a long heated conversation where I also conveyed that I did not feel comfortable with the driver, he told me that the contract was canceled, and we did not need to formally print this. He said that we should go find another company, and then hung up the phone. He was very rude and hostile, for someone who is in the customer service industry he was not very pleasent to deal with.Desired Settlement: The company is demanding that we pay them the money owed. We believe that this is unfair because they did not hold up their end of the deal. We want to be reimbursed for the down payment, and not asked to pay the rest of the payment. We do not believe that we owe the company any money. Why should I pay a company that did not provide me any service besides frustration.

Response:

The customer states right in this complaint we sent a driver... The driver was delayed. It states in our paperwork these times are estimates and we tell all customers if their is an issue with any drivers we will happily send another. We don't have that any money is owed on file if the car was never picked up.. We billed the reservatoin fee as it states in the contract. IF they would still like to ship the car we will happily ship the car for the customer. After he drove away , we never got a call heard anything and this is the first we are ever hearing about any issues. This a local customer to us and wish they would have just called us rather then jump to this Revdex.com complaint. Review: Friday January **, 2014 around 5:00pm: I contacted autotransport123 because I needed to transport a car from Miami to Orlando. I needed the car to be at Orlando on Sunday February *, 2014. The sales person conformed that vehicle could have piked up on Saturday February *, 2014 and delivered by Sunday. Total cost would be $ 375. Sales person also mention that I should receive an email during the next 10 minutes with the information about the driver (carrier). So I signed the contract electronically. I did not received any confirmation email, so I sent and email asking for the confirmation but I did not get any answer. I tried to contact customer support by phone but I always got a voice mail.

I called customer service again on Saturday morning, and got the phone number of the driver doing the transportation. Carrier was contacted by the contact in Miami and agreed on the pick up time. Then, about one hour later, driver called the contact in Miami and told him he was not doing the pick up. I was informed of this an contacted the driver. He stated we was not going to pickup the car and that was canceling the deal with autotransport123. Then I contacted customer support again. Customer support returned my call and I requested to cancel the contract. She said they had 10 days to deliver the car and that contract could not be canceled. She was going to talk to the driver and call me back again. I was never called again.

I had to drive to Miami pick the car up, and drive to Orlando on Sunday. I'm asking autotransport123 to give the deposit back ($275) and they said I can only get $50 .

It is important to say that I contacted 3 companies before autotransport123. All three stated they could not deliver by Sunday but by Tuesday for $250. So I was willing to pay $125 more to autotrasport123 to have it delivered by Sunday. Why would I pay more for having the car delivered 8 days after I need it?Desired Settlement: To get the complete refund of $275 credited back to my credit card.

Response:

Is this a joke? you signed a contract with us on Friday. Here are our terms and conditions the terms were not if your car isn't picked up on Saturday or Sunday you can just cancel the order. Oh you got lower quotes for different dates? and for some reason that should have something to do with our company and the services we give you? We had 2 carriers this weekend this guy drove his car instead of taking our services we provided. ...

Review: On September **, 2015 my car was pick up from Durham, NC to be transported to San Francisco. Mike the transport driver and I spent about 15 minutes inspecting my car. He pointed out scratches all on the car and damage to right back side of the car. He also pointed out to me about my car hood being uneven. Doing all of this there was never a mentioned of a cracked windshield, plus I would have seen it while I drove to meet him. My Car was delivery on September **, 2015 to California with a cracked windshield I have on several time reach out to the compamy spoke to and sent email to Janine H[redacted] Customer Service Manager. Good Morning-While we are sorry that Customers Vehicle Windshield was damaged further. We were able to obtain the Original Bill of Lading - please find attached confirming that there was a Crack in the Windshield at pick up. Unfortunately due to the circumstances and the Windshield being damaged prior to pick up - we are unable to assist further. Customer signed a Waiver at pick up that if further damages were caused during an Open Transport the Carrier nor Transport Company would be held liable. The documentation supplied is the original inspection form at pick up I have circled the Damages recorded.Regards, Auto Transport 123
