Auto Transport 123 Reviews (320)

im sorry you must be confused , your car is on quality relocation truck # **. Your estimated delivery was for today tom or Sunday..

I Believe you have been intouch with [redacted] and we have worked out a discount with the trucking company which broke down?

I have listened to the  where Matt states he can try to have you picked up
On Saturday in no way does he state this will be the only day for pick up and if we do not can you cancel for free or not reschedule another driver... Furthermore you state what my competition quoted you I can get you someone to quote you $25.00 that does not make the quote accurate or mean the company wil provide service at that price. Just because we are a higher priced service doesn't mean we told you that you were being picked up on a single day. As you stated other people told you it couldn't be done on 1 single day as did we. Just because you made the asumption going with the higher price would make that possible doesn't mean you were told that . Nor does it mean we agreed to it had we told you one day it would be out in special terms and agreements and id easily charge our standard expedite fee of. $200 which you absolutely did not pay. Our price for you was exactly as you paid for standard service even our expedite guarantees pick up within a 48 hr window time table. In efforts to resolve this I will either refund 50$ or otherwise allow you to use the total amount taken toward a future transport . If not I cannot keep re explaining the same point this is why we have a contract ..

I apologize for any situation which occurred if you were unhappy with the service provided to you... First of all just to be clear there is $100 cancellation fee to the order one way or another so I'm not quiet sure what exactly that statement means.  Second of all I have the recorded call...

between you and [redacted] yesterday were he tried to rectify the situation for you and even offered a possible solution.  The call ended by you stating you would think about it and reach back out to him today... I walk into my office and this complaint is lodged.  Honestly I do not appreciate that I'd be happy to offer you a partial refund I will absolutley not be refunding more than we took not only is that absolutely crazy I'm offended that is what was requested.  Just to be clear you stated you disputed the charge... If you disuputed what was the result of the dispute?

NO. you signed a contract with us and than cancelled its $100 fee to cancel... Therefore I don;t know why over 1 year later you would request some type of refund because now the file is outdated and basically out of our system.  There will absolutely be no refund set fourth for this customer....

We run a professional business we are not running some sort of outfit where you place an order and cancel 5 days later free of charge.

To Whom it May Concern-Customer placed an order in our office today 9/**/2014 - Last conversation we have with the customer occurred 09/**/15 12:03 pm where Customer advised the following: not canceling for now.. claim reliable offered her 2300 for enclosed... it was explained to...

customer that if she would like to go enclosed, she can be pruced accordingly. Customer explained would like to stay open for now. If she would like to go Enclosed - Customer to call our office back.Based on Revdex.com Complaint filed, we are cancelling the Contract.Regards,[redacted]

Review: I live in Kailua kona Hawaii , I went on the internet to look for someone to ship my car to maracopa Arizona in august ** , after placing the search I was contacted by 3 companies that I thought were car transporters I selected auto transport 123 they sounded ,with all the praise that they will get the car there. I told him I live in Kailua kona and our port is in KAWAIHAE, 30 miles from kona. the price quoted was $1575 delivered that they would hold $400 reservation balance due on delivery. they were actualy the highest price carrier quoted. so far I had no problem .its when I asked them for specifics about time of dropp of ,contact person at port, and name and phone number they told me they would get back to me about four days went by and I called them they still did not have specifics, when I finnaly got a hold of [redacted] MY CONTACT AT AUTO TRANSPORT she made some inquirees while I was on hold and she told me I have to deliver the car 100 miles to HILO, HI. That is on the other side of the island ,and my wife and I are over 70 and the road to hilo is not a hiway.I told her that is not the PORT THAT IS ON OUR SIDE OF THE ISLAND that I cannot drop of the car there. UNDER TRANSIT DIRECTIVES THE PORT IS LISTED AS KAWAIHAE, AND THAT IS WHAT I AGREED ON THE SHIPPING ORDER FORM. I told [redacted] to cancel the shipment of the car if I cannot ship the car from kawaihae. she informed me that if I cancel she will charge me the $400 dollars I told her that I will send a registered letter to confirm my cancelation on account of not complying with the shipping port I read their terms ,reservations are fully refundable at any time if we do not perform our services after 10 business days, today I checked my bank account and they debited $400. of my visa card already .there was no pickup of car no delivery instruction ,no contact person , nothing just talk , and $400. debit I called my credit card to stop funds debitedDesired Settlement: Refund - not to try debit my account and tell people up front where the car is going to get picked up before charging them for service not in compliance with order

Response:

This customer is absolutely ridiculous. We have offered to pick the customers car up from his home at no additional fee to the customer because matson no longer has the port open. The customer refuses to let us do so even though his original agreement was to bring the car to the port which is no longer in service by the biggest barge company in the history of Hawaii auto shipping. It makes no sense the customers dispute department has agreed with us and our contract agreement that if he should just allow us to pick up the car from his phone at no additional fee to the customer we will take the money out of our pocket to make this happen for him... Why would he not want to do that?

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because,

I am a customer ,and not ridiculous ,as they describe me. I am 71 years old and having to drive my car,2 1/2 hours clear across the island of Hawaii is ridiculous, its not a highway its ,its a narrow 2 lane road

also we have been under a hurricane warning heading for hilo again we just had Flossie A WEEK BEFORE THAT .I wrote to the AUTO TRANPORT123 on AUGUST *, 2013 WITH A CERTIFIED LETTER

THAT I NO LONGER WANT TO SHIPP THE CAR, AFTER I REFUSED TO DRIVE THE CAR TO HILO

AFTER WHAT THE DID TO ME AND MANY OTHER DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS WITH AUTOTRANSPORT123, WHY SHOULD I TRUST THEM ONCE THEY HAVE MY CAR .I READ THE FINE PRINT

IN THEIR TERM AND CONDITION, all orders must be canceled in writing and delivered by us registered ,or certified mail returned, reservation are fully refundable if we do not perform services

I have send them the letter and they have received the letter. AND THEY REFUSE TO RETURN THE $400. ON WHAT GROUNDS

also auto transport123 is not held for any natural disasters, and if they have to broker out service they are not responsible for their negligence

again, they have not done their job,I have seen nothing in writing that I would ever trust them. in their advertisement they have a carrier come to your house to pick up your car ,later they tell me to drive my car 95 miles to hilo

in the first e-mail I received they say WE ARE THE ONLY COMPANY RISK FREE W/NO MONEY UPFRONT AND WE WILL HAVE AN OPEN CARRIER IN YOUR AREA ON 8-**-2013 THAT WAS A LIE

I HAVE SAVED ALL THE E-MAILS AND DOCUMENTS AND ITS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY ITS ABOUT HONESTY THIS COMPANY IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Response:

your age has nothing to do with the agreement you signed. We have a booking made with matson port which costs us money to make. With international orders as you were prompted on your initial calls the $400 reservation fee is nonrefundable due to us making a reservation with our port. The reason I call you ridiculous is the fact that after your own credit card company told you , you couldn'twin a dispute nor dispute the charge because we are right, you are continuing to call and email us about this. [redacted] a rep from our company has on numerous occasions offered you at no extra costs to not even have to leave your home at all to bring to any port! No other company in the world would take the costs out of their pocket to try to make this situation work for you, so you can see the irony in what you have written about dissatisfaction. It seems you ve spoken with competitor companies and that is why you have based your decision against us. AS YOUR BANK HAS TOLD YOU, AS WE HAVE STATED TO YOU , AND AS WE HAVE BEGGED OF YOU JUST LET US PICK YOUR CAR UP AND TAKE CARE OF THIS FOR YOU..

Review: I signed a contract with *uto Transport 123 (*T123) to transport my car from New York to Texas. *long the way, the driver damaged my car and I began an insurance claim. The insurance settled with me but the driver/*T123 had to pay me $2,500 deductible. They refuse to pay the money saying the insurance "over estimated" my car's value. Meanwhile, this is THEIR INSUR*NCE and they refuse to pay me. I just moved to this new area and I am without a car for 5 weeks. They refuse to help me and verbally abuse me when I call. [redacted] (their customer service rep and apparently their legal department as well) said to stop calling her, she does not want to talk to me ever again and thought me "tough luck but I cant help you." *CE North *merican Claim # is [redacted] and this is their insurance info. Since I contracted with them and their driver refuses to pay, They should be held accountable.Desired Settlement: I want my money. You damaged the car, your insurance settlement with me and now you should pay the deductible.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The business is pathologically lying and has a history of fraud. [redacted], the ACE North American Insurance agent who handled this insurance claim, can tell you that the ACV of the car to include sales tax is $4,688.81. The insurance agent broke down the cost this way:

$4,688.81 ACV including sales tax

$1,200 Transportation costs

($550) Salvage bid

Review: I requested shipment for my Honda Civic from CA to Albany,NY with Auto transport 123 on July ** evening and cancelled it on next morning, within 24 hours before they have find a truck or driver. I cancelled it by phone and e mail. Richelle send me e mail on July [redacted]my credit card was charged for $225,I need to call accounting to get refund. I called and talked to Casey,he said,he lost my credit card number,I need to read out my number again on phone,so I did. My card was charged $100 on July **,after talking to Casey, not before and no $225. This is fishy. I made follow up phone call on 7/** to Casey and Richelle. They said they never get cancellation, changed story every time. I did faxed my cancellation by fax on 7/**. They are refusing to refund $100. This is dishonest and ripoff.Desired Settlement: Refund $100 to my credit card as soon as possible.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Sincerely,

An exceptionally terrible company in an industry chock full of weasels. Just look at their record here, one of the worst ever. Lied about the time and fact that my car was actually picked up providing a fake drivers name and number. Once I talked to the driver who had no clue about my car I called & Emailed to cancel our transaction and the bitter cow that works there threatened me that she was still going to charge me the full amount. Sure enough she tried and that was waived by my credit card company. Then the bovine sneak tried to run the charge again TWO MONTHS LATER! That of course was also waived and a complaint was filed. These is are truly the worst of the worst!

Review: I am an active duty service member soon separating from the Army. I was looking to relocate to the Houston area, as I was preparing to ship my vehicles there my employment opportunity came into jeopardy. I called Auto Transport 123 to potentially cancel the service and was notified that I would be charged $200 ($100 per vehicle) since I had agreed to have them locate shipping. The customer service department (Casey) was not helpful at all and never returned my follow up emails about reparations. The sales guy NEVER mentioned this practice (naturally) prior to agreeing to the terms; and was very quick to transfer me once I initially agreed to use their services.Desired Settlement: I would like my $200 refunded.

Review: TODAY I SUBMITTED INFO FOR COMPANIES TO SHIP MY CAR FROM VA TO KS AND AT123 CALLED ME AND I SPOKE WITH A [redacted], WHO WAS REAL PUSHY FROM START ON WHY I SHOULD GO WITH HIS COMPANY. HE KEPT TELLIN ME HOW THE COMPANY IS FAMILY OWNED AND THEY OWNED THEIR OWN TRUCKS...AND THEN EXPLAINS TO ME THAT I NEEDED TO SIGN A CONTRACT ONLINE WITH A DEPOSIT OF $225 THAT WOULDNT BE CHARGED UNTIL THE DRIVER PICKED UP THE CAR HE EXPLAINED THAT IT WAS SORTA LIKE A HOTEL RESERVATION THAT I WAS HOLDING A SPOT ON THE TRUCK BUT HE NEVER MENTIONED ANYTHING BEING CHARGED FOR CANCELLATION...SO I WENT AHEAD AND SIGNED THE CONTRACT AND GAVE MY CREDIT CARD INFO AND WE DID THE CONTRACT.....AFTER I GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH [redacted] I STARTED LOOKING AT THE REVIEWS AND Revdex.com COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE COMPANY AND THERE WERE OVER 50 COMPLAINTS, SO I CALLED AT123 BACK WHICH WAS ABOUT 30MINS LATER TO CANCEL AND THEN THE FUN BEGIN..I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 15MINS, DISCONNECTED , TRANSFERRED TO 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE BEFORE I WAS RE-ROUTED BACK TO [redacted]. THATS WHEN HE TOLD ME I WAS GOING TO BE CHARGED A $100 FOR CANCELLING CAUSE I HAD ALREADY RESERVED A SPOT ON THE TRUCK. I EXPLAINED TO HIM IF ITS A RESERVATION I SHOULD BE ABLE TO CANCEL WITHOUT BEING CHARGED AND THATS WHEN HE SAID IT WAS COMPANY POLICY. NOBODY SHOULD BE CHARGED FOR A CANCELLATION IF THEY CALLED ANY COMPANY BACK WITHIN 30 MINS TO CANCEL NOT EVEN 5 STAR HOTELS OPERATE IN THAT MANNER. AFTER ARGUING WITH [redacted] AND TELLING HIM TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT HE WAS STILL PERSISTENT IN ME GOING THROUGH WITH THE CONTRACT I REFUSED AND THE CONVERSATION WAS OVER. I THEN CHECKED MY ACCOUNT AFTER THE PHONE CALL AND AT123 HAD ALREADY DEDUCTED THE $100 FROM MY ACCOUNT. NOW I GOT CHARGED BY THIS COMPANY JUST FOR GETTING A QUOTE AND THEN CANCELLING A RESERVATION. AS A ACTIVE MILITARY SOLDIER I FELL ITS A TRAGEDY THAT THIS COMPANY IS STILL BE ABLE TO CONTINUE TO OPERATE AND TREAT, MAINLY CHEAT PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY WITHOUT PROVIDING ANY TYPE OF SERVICE!!! I BASICALLY JUST GAVE THIS SLEAZY COMPANY $100 FOR NOTHING!!!Desired Settlement: I WANT MY $100 REFUNDED TO ME AND THAT IS ALL THAT I WANT.

Business

Response:

I do not want you to feel that way. We do operate just like a hotel, in the event you cancel their is always a fee as we do not work for free. I would like to make you feel better about the situation what happened that your not shipping the car and I will see what I can do for you..

Sincerely,

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]

[redacted],

Sir, AT 123 charged me $100 for cancelling the shipping order after 30 Mins when I called [redacted] back. If I were to make reservations with a 5 Star hotel and cancel within the recommended time I would not be charged for anything....I think you know this!!! I should not and I am not going to give you a reason why I am not going with your company to ship my car, so if you really want to make me feel better and do what is right refund me my $100. Thank you.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Response:

Im not sure what went on here we release all of our terms and conditions to our customer prior to having you sign., We do not even allow a customer to sign until they click a check box confirming they have read our terms and agree to them..? I would refund you 50$ just out of sheer decency but I'm not sure what went on here or where signals got crossed. This is just like a hotel , but if someone tried to book your hotel room while your room was reserved free of charge there would be a fee. Exactly as we operate. I realize you decided only shortly after which is why im making an offer for $50. I hope that suffices. Otherwise you can use the full $100 towards any transport of your choice.

Review: On * July 2014 I called and contracted for $995 for the transport of my 2010 Honda CRV vehicle from [redacted] to [redacted] in conjunction with my military permanent change of station. This included a$225 deposit to be paid upfront and the remaining $770 to be paid upon delivery of my vehicle. [redacted] was the sales representative I spoke with while working out the details of the contract and my shipping requirements. I explained to him during our phone conversation on both * and * July 2014 that I could not receive the car at the [redacted] destination until at the earliest, the afternoon of Monday ** July 2014 since I was departing [redacted] on ** July 2014 by another car and it would take me that long to arrive in KS. [redacted] understood my situation and said to me that he was putting in the notes for dispatching the earliest available date for the car to be picked up would be ** Jul-** Jul 2014 and that the car would require delivery no earlier than ** July 2014 so in his words “ I would not have to worry about trying to rush to receive delivery of my car.” In addition, following signing of the contract on * July at 9:53 am EST, [redacted] contacted me again by email at 1:49 PM stating,

[redacted], sorry to bother you can you call me back please for some reason the system didnt save the cc info and the drop of address I need all that stuff to finish the paperwork. ###-###-####

thanks

Upon receiving the message at work, I promptly called him back so he could run my credit card again for the $225 deposit. [redacted] stated that I should hear from someone between [redacted] July with the details of my order.

On ** July 2014 I received a dispatch email to have my car picked up on ** July by RG's Auto Transport LLC but the delivery would be on ** July 2014. I contacted the driver from RG’s Auto he he said he would call be back later in the afternoon to work out the details of the pickup. When I talked to him later in the afternoon he said he knew nothing about delivering no earlier than ** July as agreed upon between the Auto Transport 123 Sales Rep ([redacted]) and myself. He also stated he couldn’t wait for me to arrive in KS. I again promptly called the Auto Transport 123 Sales Rep ([redacted]) to determine why the company was attempting to dispatch my vehicle for the incorrect dates agreed upon. The sales rep again looked at his notes with the dates we had agreed upon and didn’t know why my vehicle had been incorrectly dispatched because he didn’t work the dispatch piece. He said he would look into the situation and call me back. The sale rep called me back and stated that for some reason the notes didn’t make it to dispatch but because I wouldn’t arrive in KS until after the delivery he said I could pay the driver up front and the driver would just drop off the vehicle in the parking lot of the temporary lodging I was going to be staying at locked and I could just pick it up when I arrived. I told him I was very uncomfortable paying all of the money upfront. He assured me everything would be ok because the transport company was a reputable company they used all of the time. However, I again told him that I did not desire to pay the driver all of the $770 up font prior to receiving my vehicle.

I then received a call from another Auto Transport 123 Rep ([redacted]) late in the afternoon on ** July. She agreed to try to re-book my vehicle for another pick up so that it would arrive no earlier than ** July 2014 as agreed upon. I discussed with her that I need to know something no later than 1 pm the next day (** July) since I was departing on the [redacted] and needed to ensure they could pick up my vehicle. I even discussed that the pickup could be after I left as I could leave the vehicle with a friend of the family. I also said if they couldn’t give me a new dispatch that I would have to Cancel and go with another company. The Auto Transport 123 Rep ([redacted]) agreed to try to rebook my vehicle and call me back by 1pm on 24 July either way.

The 24th came and went and I did not receive any contact from an Auto Transport 123 Rep. Just in case, I decided to leave the vehicle with a friend in the event that Auto Transport could inform me prior to my departure for KS they could ship my car. Ultimately, after 14 business days on the board I canceled and contracted with another company, the vehicle was moved and arrived on ** July 2014. No money had been taken out from auto transport 123 at this time.

Upon arriving in KS on ** July 2014, I received an email at 3:46 pm CST from Auto transport 123 again trying to dispatch my vehicle for pickup on 28 July, the same day. I did not receive any phone call. I immediately called the contracted carrier, Nick's Transporting LLC to inform him that my car had already been shipped and was arriving the next day and I don’t understand why Auto transport 123 tried to book him. He said that dispatch at Auto transport 123 had informed him that they had spoken to me and confirmed the pickup. I informed him that I was not in contact with auto transport 123. He responded by telling me that this is the second time in a week that Auto transport 123 did this to him.

I then determined that Auto Transport 123 had also charged my credit card $270 even though the original deposit was supposed to be $225. In addition, I had already cancelled my services with auto transport 123 following 10 business days and since I received no further information from them as agreed upon by ** July 2014. I again called Auto transport 123 and left a message with customer Service explaining all of the above and requested a refund of my deposit in accordance with the contract. They only refunded $45 since the charged my credit card too much.

On the morning of ** July I received call from customer Service rep from auto transport 123 who stated that I needed to read my contract and they were not responsible for any information that the sale rep failed to pass over to dispatch. I stated that I did read my contract and that Auto transport failed to uphold their end of the contract. I further stated that their company was praying upon military personnel and it was amazing how all of the information miraculously disappeared and no one knew anything about my situation.

She informed me that I would not get a refund and I need to read my contract. Since they broke the contract by failing to take the difference out of their deposit, nor did they ever provide the service for my vehicle.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund by check of the full deposit amount of $225

07/**/14 4:17 pmCalled customer re: customer can't take delivery until [redacted] see if he can pay upfront so its waiting for him no ans LMOM.

The customer couldn't work with this request.

We then scheduled another driver for his specific dates.

IN this matter of time the customer contracted with another company and got picked up. We were never told or cancelled with. The customer told our driver it was already delivered by a different company with zero communication. Furthermore this customer claims to have spoken with [redacted] in sales yet we have no documentation of that call ever happening. We refuned an overages that were taken so if it was $270 it was refunded back to be doing $225 our standard dispatch fee... Why would we refund you?

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

As stated in my original complaint, the car was on the board for well over 10 days and the company failed to uphold their end of the contract as agreed upon with the Sale Rep. Company failed to make contact following conversations on ** July even though reps agreed to contact me reference their ability to transport the car prior to my military permanent change of station. Auto Trans 123 Rep agreed to cancel if she could not book car prior to 1 pm on 24 JULY. All information was previously given to Auto Trans 123 and only now do they claim to have no record of any conversations or agreements. Company continues to misrepresent the contract and the agreement.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Review: They told me I signed a contract online to have our car transported from Ga to Wv. We were only asking for a quote and when they called me the next day they gave me a credit

card number that was suppose to be mine. After a lot of conversation they told me that I would be charged $200 on my card even if I cancelled. I got all confused and ended up giving them a corrected card number. They charged my card and told me they would charge more if I tried to cancel. I cancelled my credit card so that they couldn't charge on it anymore. They gave me a real hard time on the phone calling and calling me over and over and being threatening. I told them about their rating and they told me that it was not them and that they were not out of New York. This company is very nasty to talk to and they are only after your money with no service.Desired Settlement: I want the company to refund the $200 because they didn't do any of the service that was to be done and the service was cancelled ahead of any service . I have contacted the credit card company and have filled out a form to have my money returned.

Business

Response:

I will try to keep my personal feeling out of this... So you gave your credit card to try and receive a quote? you signed 2 different contracts with us for that quote lol...? Please write back something substantial because I dont even think business time should be wasted responding to this.

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I did sign the first, but was left to think I had to do that to get the quote from there shippers as to price for the job. Then they said they had my credit card number and I did not think I gave it out but they gave me a number that supposed to be the number. That # I said was wrong, so like a dumb but I read off the # and then they had my # plus they said that I could not cancel and that I was to sign this new contract because they had my Card # and I could not do anything about it then, the order was in. I tolded them with in just 1 or 2 hours that I wanted the order stopped. Why to stop, the Revdex.com was contacted and they said the rating on them was F. with a lot of complant when they said they had an A, so I changed my mind, the contract did say ,up till the car was on the Truck I could cancel....

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Response:

Why to stop, the Revdex.com was contacted and they said the rating on them was F.

YOU GUYS THE Revdex.com ARE LOOSING ME BUSINESS because of my reputation with you guys!!!! because you guys give me negative ratings from customers who have scammed me. HOW ABOUT THIS [redacted], everything you just wrote makes absolutely no sense. So your telling me you gave us a credit card signed and order form that mind you we take an Ip tracer to gaurantee it came from your computer. You signed into an agreement requesting for your car to be picked up , you then called us told us another company called you , told you that we were gonna raise the price on you. So we scheduled a carrier at your price for open carrier. then we offered you on top of it an enclosed carrier. After speaking to the driver confirming all of what I said above you told us that now you wanted to cancel because we have an F rating with the Revdex.com. ON TOP OF ALL THIS I HAVE A recorded call of you stating on your first call the reason you wanted to cancel was because you weren't buying the car. So far we are on the 4th story of why wanted to cancel... The agreement which you never claim to have made. I'm a business owner, an honest one at that. You honestly are disgusting. I've had it with your lies. Your making me an honest business owner respond to this crap.

FACTS:

you did sign a contract

you did give your credit card

you then signed a second contract

provided a 2nd credit card

then said to cancel because of a Revdex.com rating. You will absolutely not be granted a penny from our company. I also have a recording of you posted with another company the other one who bad mouthed us, who made you cancel with us. I dont do this petty compete with low class companies to beg for your business go with your other company the reservation fee is non refundable.

Review: Called this company for a quote to transport a vehicle. They proceeded with there spill and gave me the quote after they had me sign for the quote. I had to give them CC info and they charged my card 400 dollars after I called back and cancelled with them for I didnt need there services. Now they are not only harassing me but the are harassing my mother. Calls every 15 mins. These people are crooks and they tried to tell me they were going to have the driver sit in my yard until I paid. Now they are also saying the are taking me to collections for the transport plus an added 1500 on top of that.Desired Settlement: Would like to get my $400 back that they said they wouldn't charge and the telephone calls to stop.

07/**/14 2:57 pmcustomer told me they would be filling up their cc w/ money prior to transportation!

We sent a driver to go pick up your car. Provide a letter of cancellation. ITs so unethical and deadbeat status that you cant even pay your bill but go to the Revdex.com demanding to stop being called?

We will constitute to call until we receive payment as is our right as a NY state company.

Review: On ** August 2014 I contracted (#[redacted]) with this company, to provide the transportation of my 1956 Lincon Premier Show car, from [redacted] to [redacted]. This pick up was to happen between October ** and **, 2014.I have made dailys attempts for the last ten days, to contact this company at ###-###-####. Each time I have either been forced to leave a voice mail, or have talked to customer service or dispatch personnel who could only tell me "we're working on it." A unprofessional and unacceptable response. No definitive information was provided to me until this morning when I was told that they could not locate any provider who would come out of their way to pick up the car. That seems doubtful because the car is located less than one mile from US Interstate 94.Since they have failed to fulfill the seemingly "air tight" contract which I signed on-line, I NEED to be released from it. Snow will soon fall in **, and the transport must be completed before then. I need a company that supplies service, not just answering machines and empty, threatning, contracts.I want to beDesired Settlement: I NEED to be released from the contract without any fees or charges for service that were not provided.

Dear [redacted]

I am writing in response to your complaint with the Revdex.com. Our intention at Auto

Transport 123 is to transport your vehicle from ** to **. Within our contract agreement, you

provided us the First Available Pick Up Date: 10/**/2014. We do ask all clients to allow a

maximum of 10 business days from the First Available Pick Up Date to have your driver’s details

assigned.

You have made numerous calls checking on updates, where we have explained that we are

working on your driver’s details, and as soon as they are assigned, we will call, and email you to

confirm the scheduled pick up. Based on your 10 business day window, it does not end until

Wednesday October [redacted]. However, we are doing everything we can to get you picked up as

quickly as possible. We ask that you at least allow until Monday October, [redacted] before you are

released from your contract without penalty.

Review: I made a reservation with Danny for a transport of a vehicle from Texas to Nevada. He stated I could cancel up to 3 days before the reservation with no cancellation fees. I called on Jan [redacted] to cancel the reservation on Jan **. I was informed by Ashley that Danny said he never said that. Danny refused to get on the phone. There is something fishy with this business as they say no money down, but this is obviously the catch.Desired Settlement: Refund or do not charge me any cancellation fee.

Review: This company was contracted on 4/**/14 to provide transport of a vehicle from Florida to California. Per their own contract the credit card provided will NOT be charged the reservation fee until the vehile is dispatched to the carrier. This company charged my capitol one credit card on the very same day I signed the contract and did not ever transport the vehicle. When speaking with them on the phone they admitted their error ensuring me the charge would be fixed. They did not credit back this charge for over a month so I cancelled the charges with Capitol One. 60 days later Autotransport 123 disputed my dispute and charged back the $225 fee. They never provided ANY service at all. They violated their own contract on day 1 as well as violating it a second time as per their contract "reservations are fully refundable at any time if we do not perform our services after 10 business days"

.Desired Settlement: Stop disputing my credit card charge back as services were never provided

In Response to [redacted]

I

see where the customers confusion came into play here but when order was sent

out to the customer and the driver It stated that the vehicle was

indeed operational so we sent a driver out to that location, at the time the

driver called to confirm pick up time nobody answered the

phone. Several more attempts to reach customer still no response so

we sent driver out to location anyways. It was at that time when driver got to

destination that it was realized that the car was non operational, at that

point we then found another driver for customer but the customer was already

contracting out other companies which is explained to her against our

contract which is the reason she was charged that and the dry run we sent

a driver out there for. We never want to have unhappy customers but if

your going to ship a vehicle and fail to mention it doesn't run or

fail to answer your phone when a driver is trying to come out to pick up the

vehicle its difficult to do business.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Capitol One has closed their investigation of this case and have refunded the $225 deposit because they determined the merchaint FAILED to provide services (letter attached). Please find attached Auto Transport 123's very own copy of my order specifically stating "just wont start. rolls&steers. no modifications". I told every single person each time I spoke with them that this car DID NOT RUN it is not my fault they are apparently STUPID. The customer service at this company is PATHETIC! They never return phone calls. After the initial dispute came back from my credit card company I called them and they said someone would call me right back-never happened. They refuse to talk to me beause they know they are in the WRONG. The credit card company pulled my money back so they will not profit off this pathetic attempt at a deposit grab. They violated their own contract on day 1 by charging my credit card the second they had the numbers despite the fact the contract states they will not charge until the vehicle is dispatched for pick up which did not happen until 5/*/14 almost 2 weeks after they charged my card. I will advise everyone to stay away from this company! I will also leave feedback on all the transport sites as soon as I have a chance. I saw a few negative comments from other people as well; now I see why! I will encourage others to contact the Revdex.com as well. Thank you for this opportunity to inform others of poor service before choosing their supplier!

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Review: On 05/**/2015 we contacted Auto Transport 123 located in [redacted] to request a quote for the transportation of a vehicle from [redacted] up to [redacted] we received it via e-mail that same day, the price quote # is [redacted] for a total of $525.00, this quote was provided at first over the phone by [redacted] from the company Auto Transport 123 ([redacted]) and immediately emailed to us for approval and signature. We immediately approved and signed the quote and sent back to [redacted]. . The vehicle was ready to be picked up on 05/**/15. On 05/**/15 or 05/**/15 (can't recall the exact day) I called to verify why it had not been picked up yet and got transferred to a gentleman called "[redacted]" at extension [redacted], he informed me this service was originally misquoted to us and that the price was wrong, I told him we had received a price in writing and had been asked to approve it before they could proceed and he replied he was sorry but that they could not provide such service at the rate given, he said he had a driver in the area that could provide the service for $800.00 or $850.00 (cannot recall the exact amount), and I did not agree because it was way over our budget. I asked him when could he have a driver that could provide the service for the rate offered and he said that he did would not be able to find anyone that could provide this transportation for the rate of $525.00, so I immediately asked him to CANCEL this work order, we were not going to proceed with his service because he suddenly changed the rate on us. Due to the delay Auto Transport 123 had already caused our customer, that same day (and in a rush) we had to hire another company that charged us $635.00 to provide this same transportation, so we had a loss of $110.00 due to their lack of professionalism and not honoring the rate provided.

[redacted] did cancel the work order but to our surprise on 05/**/2015 this company charged us $100.00 for cancellation fees. Once I saw this charge in our bank account I called to ask why we had been charged such amount and their reply was because we cancelled the order, so I explainer that the reason we cancelled the order was because they were not honoring the rate offered in writing and ever since then I've called over 10 times and sent 5 emails to various persons, been put on hold for +20 mins, been hanged up on, transferred many times, spoken even to the son of the owner of the company ([redacted] / [redacted]) and no one has been able to reimburse our $100.00 or even agreed that we are entitled to this reimbursement. As I am writing this complaint they have had me on hold for over 20 minutes supposedly transferring me to [redacted]'s [redacted] because [redacted] (once again) is in a meeting and cannot take my call.

I find it very upsetting that not only they have charged us $100.00, but that no one in the entire company has replied to any of my emails or even had the courtesy to amend their mistake. This is the reason that I decided to file this complaint, there does not seem to be a responsible person in that company to address these matters.Desired Settlement: We need this company to refund us with the $100.00 that they erroneously charge out company for cancellation fees and to honor us with an additional $110.00 that we ended up loosing on this business because of them not honoring their rate.

Total amount to reimburse to Terra Overseas LLC: $210.00

We need this amount reimbursed immediately. We shouldn't be put in the position of waiting any longer.

Response:

We could like to confirm, we have spoken to the customer, and are agreeing to a full refund. Please see below communication.[redacted]

[redacted] Dear Lady, Thank you for taking the time to call me back in regards to this matter. It is never our intention for any of our customers to be unsatisfied with their experience. However, we do understand that sometimes it happens and we have to work through it. Based on the information I have reviewed I am able to offer to give you back the $100 that you were charged for cancellation. In regards to this settlement I will reach out to the Revdex.com in regards to us offering a settlement amount to mark as a closed complaint. In terms of accepting this arrangement, I asked that you would please respond back that you do agree to the terms specified. If you have any additional questions or concerns you can reach me directly at [redacted] Ext [redacted]. Thank you, [redacted]

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. Today we received a refund of $100.00.

Sincerely,

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. I dealt with the owner Steve who seemed very caring and friendly when he took my order and in a few conversations after. But when it came to actually picking up the car, he could not deliver what he promised and was basically unavailable leaving me to deal with mnic customer service people who could not figure out how to get my car picked up!!!. I told him a three day window when I needed my car to be delivered to my daughter's school. He guaranteed me that this could be done. The car was supposed to be picked up yesterday or today for a delivery two or three days from now. I packed up the car and spent literally all day on the phone with these people. At 6 pm, he finally says that he cannot have the car picked up for another two days which would get it to its destination too late. He did not at all seem concerned and his "customer service" staff were bordering rude and inept. They kept asking me WHY I needed it at my daughter's school on a specific weekend. What business is that of theirs? I signed a contract which specified a service and they could not deliver that service. They are so unprofessional and uncaring that I would never ever recommend them. He was so nice when selling the job then he was laughing at me when I said I was so frustrated. He should not be an owner of any company that deals with the public.
