Review: At123 told me on Oct ** they had a three day window (Nov [redacted]) to deliver a trike to my residence by Nov * at the latest and that if I canceled they would charge me $100.00. Agent Aaron strung me along for a week with various excuses and finally wanted more money to transport my trike. I canceled and they put a $175.00 charge on the credit card. I had left several messages but never returned my calls. I finally got another agent on the line and they told me they would cancel at no charge since they did not fulfill their contract. On Nov * agent Aaron called and said they were ready to ship the trike. I explained that I had canceled and another carrier had already delivered the bike and that I had canceled the order since they never fulfilled their contract. He said they would charge me $100.00 but on the credit they charged $175.00. The agent lied to me on just about everything. Now it seems like they only wanted to extort more money from me.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the $175.00.

Review: I contracted with Auto Transport 123 (AT123) to pick up a vehicle in [redacted], ** and deliver it to my home address in [redacted]. AT123 contracted a carrier, [redacted] ([redacted]) to pick up and deliver the car. Once the driver arrived to pick up the car, he indicated that he would not deliver it to my home address, as stated in the contract with AT123. He would instead drop it off on a major highway about 50 miles away. I told him that this was unacceptable. He stated that for an additional $150 in CASH, he would deliver he vehicle directly to my home. When I rejected his ransom request he refused to pick up the car.The contract number with AT123 is [redacted].I have made 30-40 calls to AT123 and have yet to speak to a real person. I leave voice mail messages that are never answered. I input the contract number into their vehicle tracking system and the system does not give me any information regarding the status. I try emailing AT123, and get no response. When I first spoke to the representative from AT123, he indicated that my car would be picked up the very next day and delivered within 4 or 5 days. The [redacted] driver showed up 5 days after the contract was electronically signed and refused to pick up the car unless I paid a cash ransom directly to him.I can't get in touch with anyone from AT123 or [redacted], other than voice mail.Desired Settlement: Pick up and deliver my car per the contract agreement within 2 days of this Revdex.com complaint being filed (which is one week later than the promise date).Deliver the car within 4 or 5 days of the pickup date, as promised. If the vehicle is not picked up by 4/**/15, I would like a full refund.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and much of what is written is grossly inaccurate and apparently does not apply to my vehicle. But, the transport company did assign another driver from [redacted] to transport my vehicle and the vehicle arrived on Friday, April [redacted].I paid the amount that was agreed upon in the original contract. The driver of the transport truck, [redacted], was very professional and I was very happy with the ultimate outcome of my business transaction with Auto Transport 123.

Sincerely,

Review: This company uses high pressure sales tactics and half truths to get you to agree to a contract and then charge you a cancellation fee when they fail to deliver what was promised over the phone. This company will tell you everything you want to hear over the phone but trick you into signing a contract on the computer while you are on the phone with the sales rep.

This company is very difficult to work with, they do not communicate and after agreeing to the contract, I never heard from an employee of auto transport 123 again. I eventually had to cancel because they did not deliver on the 3 day pickup window that was promised over the phone. The company then proceeded to charge me $100 despite cancellation fee despite not delivering upon the agreed upon pickup window.Desired Settlement: I would like the cancellation fee removed.

Review: The customer service department and management was non-responsive to multiple request for status updates for the location and delivery time of my car. There was guaranteed “door to door” tacking that was not provided by this company. They arrived a 1 day late to pick up the car and never delivered it to me. I had to tack it down to packing lot 11 mile from my home and wake up the sleeping driver and have him unload it right there in the parking lot. I was guaranteed that only one truck would move my car and that I would be provided with the drivers contact information. There provided me with 3 numbers none of which went to the actual driver but rather to a series of dispatch centers.Desired Settlement: I would like a full 50% refund to reimburse me for the additional days of rental car usage as well as the cab fair to get to the truck and also compensataion for lost wages.

Sincerely,

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I had never had someone yelled at me on the phone before, much less than someone who I am paying to provide a service. They are awful. They sell you one thing or omit to tell you certain information. I called Auto transport 123 on 9/*/15 after seeing their excellent reviews on transport reviews.com. They sold me the same thing people stated below, that they are a family owned business and are NOT brokers. The guy who helped us, Danny B., was so nice and sugary on the phone. My husband and I having no experience in shipping cars across country fell for it. I do also take some responsibility for not reading the contract more throughly once I signed and received it. I then noticed that not only are they brokers, the amount that they said they take for deposit was much higher than what Danny stated on the phone. At this point, trying to coordinate our move across the country amongst other things, I let it go. I didn't hear from anybody for two weeks. Fast forward to two days (9/**) before my car was supposed to be shipped (9/**), a guy from Rapid Transport called and states that he was the person picking up my vehicle and if the car can be picked up earlier on Tuesday, I stated no, that I had to work and I had told Danny I needed my car until 9/**. The RT guy states ok fine we will pick it up on 9/**, I'll call you back with a time and hung up. The next day 9/**, he called again and I told the guy that I am working on a very strict timeline as I had told Danny the first time we spoke. I had to vacate our apartment at 6pm and was planning to drop the car at their yard (which Danny had stated was in Tukwila, about 15 minutes to SeaTac Airport.) At first I thought great, I can just catch a cab from the yard which will probably run me no more than $20. Well when the guy from Rapid Transport called, I asked if that was still the option, he states sure but we are in Fife, 35 minutes from airport which is the total opposite way. At this point, it was 3pm the day before I am supposed to fly out across country. I am freaking out and called Danny at Auto transport. This is where it gets good, all that niceness and sugar talk DISAPPEARED. He started YELLING at me, I had to tell him multiple times to stop yelling since he had been yelling for the past 10 minutes, he says in a very condescending way "well ma'am the call has only been going on for 5 minutes 47 seconds so I couldn't have been yelling at you for ten minutes." He then proceeded to tell me that I am "making mountains out of molehills," that he has been in this business for 11 years and that I should be grateful that they even got me in on the day that I asked. By this time, I am close to tears. But to add a cherry on top, Danny B. then threatened to cancel my order, "do you want me to cancel the order? Is that what you want me to do?" repeatedly. When I asked to speak to the manager, he states "actually I am the owner of this place." He then asked me again do you want me to cancel your order. I told him that I am flying out the NEXT day and that I really have no options but to go with them. He also informed me that rapid transport had changed their yard's location 5 days ago yet nobody contacted us to inform us of this change. I hung up quickly because I was tired of being verbally abused by Danny. I called my husband who was angry to say the least but again we refrain from calling again as we were worried that they would really cancel our order and we would be stuck with a car and I had a flight to catch. The only one upside to this whole thing was Rapid Transport did pick up our car on 9/** and did deliver our car within the agreed timeframe. Oh and here is another kicker, Mr. Danny B. never told us that when we get our car delivered, that we had to pay the guy in cash, cashier's check or money order. He told us that the deposit is charged on pickup and the rest will be charged upon delivery. NOT THE CASE. I only found out because I asked the guy who called me to inform me that my car was here. I had to get my husband to go to the bank before it closes so that we can get a cashier's check. In the end, we paid Auto transport 123 $395 (Total $1395) for basically doing nothing. They were actually the highest of all the places we called but went with them because we thought that they owned their own trucks and family owned. The next time, I rather push my car across the country than to be verbally abused by them again. I can also provide an order number if needed to prove that I am a real customer.

Review: I hired Auto Transport 123 to ship a motorcycle from [redacted] to [redacted] on March [redacted] with an early pick up for Friday March [redacted]. I was told the earliest the bike would be picked up was Friday march [redacted]. After giving up my card information and reserving that specific pick up date I was in contact with my brother [redacted] who sold me the bike and he had not been contacted by the transport company over the duration of that time. I did not receive a call from the transport company till the following Friday on March [redacted] to arrange the billing. At that time the transport company could give me no definite dates of which the motorcycle would be picked up. They could only tell me it would be sometime within a week and a half and could take up to 28 days for the entire process. Non of these conditions where explained to me when hiring Auto Transport 123 to ship the bike. Only that I was reserving a pick up date of Friday March [redacted]. My brother is active duty military and spends a lot of time training in the field. Making arrangements for the pickup was not suitable with such limited information. I canceled the order with the transport company and explained the situation. I got a follow up call from [redacted] at Auto Transport 123 a few days later confirming the pick up at which point I told him I canceled. He tried to make arrangements with me to reschedule the pick up for the same date. They couldn't make it happen so I continued with the cancelation. A few days later I noticed a $200 charge on my card. I called and spoke with [redacted] and he told me he would send over my information to his finance department and get that money refunded to me since the service was canceled. I was lied to, and told that the transport company is new to them and has not proved themselves, and are not the normal company they usually use, and was apologized to about the lack of information I was receiving. After getting the run around, and being told I would be receiving a refund of my $200 for a service I did not use I expect to get my money back. I got an e-mail from [redacted] today on the [redacted] of April saying I would not be receiving a refund and the charge was for canceling.Desired Settlement: I want my $200 refunded to my visa debit card.

Response:

After reviewing the complaint we can certainly understand the customers concerns, however I would like to point out a few key points. · Customer contacted us to Transport a Motorcycle at a reduced rate of $775.00 with the understanding that pick up dates were flexible. We scheduled a Carrier within 3 days of the First Available Date: 03/**/2015 [redacted]

[redacted] Load Estimated: 03/**/15 Delivery Estimated: 04/**/15 On 03/**/15 9:42 am - Customer contacted our office to advise us he cancelled the reservation with the Carrier directly outside of our Cancellation Policy. Cancellation Policy is as Follows: All orders must be canceled in writing and delivered by U.S. registered, or certified mail return receipt requested by Auto Transport 123. Reservations are fully refundable at any time if we do not perform our services after 10 business days. If your vehicle has been dispatched and it was cancelled, your reservation fee will be charged in full. If an order is canceled due to something out of Auto Transport 123's control the reservation fee or $100 will be charged and either put on file or be deemed non refundable on a as per situation basis. We did not receive a letter in the mail confirming order was cancelled, or even that the customer wanted to cancel. We explain to customers we have Customer service 24/7 a week, a representative can help with any questions or concerns. If the customer was unhappy with the Carrier for any reason, he could have called us to get a driver sooner, or to verify dates for pick up. Settlement Option: We would like to extend a partial credit of $50 however, we ask that the customer contact us to issue a partial credit to his account, otherwise he has the option to utilize the full $200.00 towards a future transport. Review: I contacted AUTO TRANSPORT 123 about transporting my vehicle from the Sacramento airport parking lot to my home in [redacted]. The man I spoke with said they could do this for me and have my car loaded and ready to go in a couple of days. I said that would be great because I am in a parking lot that charges me daily. I was told to follow a link in an email he sent so I can be directed to a web page where I can give them the right to perform the job. I looked at the page and it was as he said: It gave them my permission to ship my vehicle. It didnt have a lot of words, and had nothing about exclusivity, and nothing at all about money. It looked ok. I was told to click a green button to sign it and I did. Still on the phone with me, I told him I clicked the button. He said Great or something like that--He then said some things about how his business was a family business. I was then informed about how the payment process would work. I was told that I would have to pay between $225 and $250 when a driver for the job was found and I would pay the difference directly to the driver upon delivery. This person then continued with assurances to me about how I will not be charged until a driver for the job has been found. Then I was asked for a credit or debit card number that the $225-$250 could be charged to when the driver was found. I was told that most companies ask for a payment upfront and that they dont do that thereHe said that we only charge you when we find you a driver. I was again assured of the initial short time frame offer for finding a driver and getting it on the truck. I gave him my debit card numbers. I was then told that they would contact me as soon as they found a driver for the job. Late that night I was emailed a document for me to sign and return that authorized a charge to my bank card for the amount of $225. I did not sign and return the document that gave them permission to make this charge, as I had not been informed that a driver for the job had been found. I considered this to be a harmless mistake if I did not sign and return the authorization form. However, I did check my account online, but saw no charges. I called later that week to ask if a driver had been found. I spoke with the same man. After I asked about the driver for my car and mentioned that its almost been a week, his only response was that I needed to speak with his sister. He transferred me. I told this woman the same thing I had just told her brother. She quickly responded with a question in a rude, annoyed, an aggressive manner. She asked me, what I had been told about their process with an emphasis on the we will call you when we find a driver part. I asked if they had found me a driver again for clarification. In this same manner, possibly worse, she said "No. A week or two had passed and this put them way beyond the time they said it would take to get me a driver. So, I started looking around for another company. I called the number I got off the door of an auto transport truck parked in front of a hotel. I called it and left a voicemail. That same day a driver called me. He asked me what I needed done. I explained the job to him, and he said that he could not get his truck near airport parking and turned down the job. Shortly after that conversation I checked my online banking to look at my funds as I was considering flying to Sacramento. This is when I noticed the charge of $225. I called AUTO TRANSPORT 123 right away and asked why I was charged when I had heard nothing from them about finding a driver. I was speaking with the sister again. She said a driver was found and that he called me today. I said a driver did call me but I believe he was not your driver but one from another company. So, I told her that despite the fact that I received no phone call from anyone at AUTO TRANSPORT 123 to inform me a driver had been foundA part of your process explained to me repeatedly, you did say that a driver had contacted me that day before I told you that one didSo, that may have been your driver that contacted me. I told her that this doesnt matter anyway. I told her that she had no right to charge me because even if that was your driver, your driver refused the job! So the fact is you did not find me a driver! Finding a driver who 100% won't do the job I asked to pay for is not finding a driver. I then asked for the charge to be reversed. I was told. No I demanded and threatened legal action as well as a Revdex.com complaint, and was again told "No" I have not heard from them since and I soon hired another company for the job and they did it. I have recently followed the link to web page with the authorization button I was asked to click while I was talking to the man in that first conversation with AUTO TRANSPORT 123. The link now leads to a AUTO TRANSPORT 123/Client specific documents page. There is a documents awaiting signature part (which is empty), and a documents already signed part. There is one document in this signed document section. The document is the one emailed to me the night after my first conversation with AUTO TRANSPORT 123--The one requesting a signature--The one requesting that it be returned when signed. I did not sign this document. I am positive. There is a forged e-signature at the bottom of this document. I may pursue the acquisition and validation of digital proof that I did not sign and send this document. I am also considering looking into what it will take to have AUTO TRANSPORT 123 charged with a crime.Desired Settlement: Refund an unauthorized charge.

Review: I was moving from Los Angeles C.A. to East Orange N.J. in the beginning of November this year. I was looking to have my Jeep shipped across country with a most of my belongings inside, so I started looking into truck shipping companies.

I was contacted by [redacted] at Auto transport 123, and he when't over their policy and what I should expect from a shipping company. I expressed to him that I would have my personal belongings in my jeep, and he told me that they allow 100 pounds to be loaded in the car at no cost, and anything over that I would have to negotiate with the driver. [redacted] also told me that it was a door to door service, and because my truck was being shipped to a residential area the carrier truck would have to stop at a port, then have a flat bed tow truck deliver my jeep to my door.

[redacted] then told me that there was a GPS tracking device on the carrier truck, so I would know where my jeep was at all times while in transit, and that after signing my contract the price would not change for the delivery.

When the driver came to pick up my jeep on the [redacted] of november, he looked at what I had loaded in my vehicle and told me it would be a extra charge which I was expecting. Then I was contacted by a [redacted] of Auto transport 123, and she told me that my jeep was 500 pounds over weight, and I told her that could not be the case because a good amount of my belongings were packed with foam, and nothing when over the window. I was charged an additional 175.00 for the extra weight, and I was to pay the driver in cash the balance when my jeep reached my home in New Jersey. I spoke to the driver about an estimated delivery date, and he told me it should get to me by that saturday the [redacted] of november.

Once I was back in N.J. and that date came to pass with no word on my jeep, I contacted AT123 to find out where my jeep was and when could I expect it.

I needed to be sure that I was home to pay the driver, and get my truck, again I spoke to a [redacted] and she said she has no idea where my truck is, and that its not suppose to get to me till the [redacted], she then gave me the number to the actual trucking company [redacted], and told me to call them.

So I did, I spoke with a [redacted] of [redacted], on monday the [redacted] of november and he told me that he would contact the driver and get back to me, I herd nothing from him so I called AT123 again, and again spoke to [redacted], I was now concerned that no one seemed to know where my truck was even though [redacted] assured me that I would know at all times due to the GPS tracking.

[redacted] started yelling at me saying she has no idea and I just have to wait, I then asked to speak to a [redacted] and [redacted] told me she was the [redacted] then hung up the phone on me.

At around 7:30pm wednesday evening the [redacted] of november, I received a call from [redacted] telling me that my truck was being searched by the state troopers in PA, he then made it seem like he was on the phone with the state trooper who told him I have DRUGS on my truck, and that they would search my truck over night because they new my truck was in transit and they had a form of APB on my jeep. I was shocked at the allegations but also confused as to why PA would be looking for my jeep in particular, [redacted] then stared to ask me if I had any illegal substances on the truck which made me feel overly uncomfortable, then suspicious of him.

The next morning I received a call from [redacted] at [redacted], who told me the police found nothing and I could come and pick up my truck, but they would not ship it to my agreed location, he then told me that I would have to pay extra because his company was charged a fine by the state of PA for the 350 pounds over wight in my truck, which was not the 500 pounds [redacted] told me it was.

I started calling around because I knew something was fishy, I spoke to a police department in PA and they refers me to a Lieutenant Sivo who passed my message along to the detective who issued the such. Then [redacted] of GF1 started calling me back to back telling me that I would have to pick up my truck by friday and pay an additional 150.00 in cash or my truck would be impounded.

I then called AT123 and spoke with another woman, who put me back on the phone with [redacted], [redacted] then told me that a detective of the PA police department called them and told them not to get involved, and they where no longer in contract with me.

After that the detective contacted me back and gave me the true story, that was very different from what I was told.

He said that on november [redacted] at around 12pm the carrier truck was stopped as a routine search crossing state lines, he found my truck to be suspiciously placed on the top rack of the truck, with a lot of things inside of it, that was an indicator that something might have been on my truck as well as other cars that was taken off of the carrier. He then told me that he noticed I had valuable belongings on the truck such as my Mac computer and my sewing machines which would indicate I was intact moving across country but they had to proceed with the routine search anyway. He then released my truck and put gas in my truck for the inconvenience and that my truck was never impounded or at risk of being impounded, and that my truck with all of my belongings had been parked outside of the lot for the last two days. I asked him if he or any one in his department had any contact with the third party contractor Auto Transport 123, and he said not at all, that his search was [redacted] and there was no resin for him to even know about the third party AT123.

I also asked him about the fine that was issued for the over weight of my truck, and he informed me that there was no fine issued but he did fine a fine in my truck from the state of Virginia and that he was not issuing any fines, because it was a routine search with nothing found.

I then got a phone call from a [redacted] that was a male at AT123 who apologized for the inconvenience but told me I would have to pick up my truck from the carrier company in PA, and to fax him the towing bill and her would reimburse for the towing charge.

So I made my way to Pennsylvania with the balance including $175.00 extra weight and $150.00 towing that would be reimbursed to me by AT123.

After I contacted AT123 to find out who to ATT fax the towing bill to, and I spoke with another female who said that they have nothing to do with me and my truck, then she hung up on me and thats the last I've spoken to them.Desired Settlement: I should be asking for more then just the towing charges because my truck was not delivered to my address as per my contract.

But I would really just like the $150.00 reimbursement and a letter of apology from the company.

There is no way I could have known that shipping my truck would be so stressful, and this company has no respect for their costumers, I just want others out there to know that.

Once my retirement orders were approved earlier this year, I needed to find a vehicle transportation company to ship one of my two personal vehicles to the Seattle, WA area. I had two requirements for selecting a vehicle transportation company: (1) the company must had been able to pick up on either Wednesday ** May 2014 or Thursday ** May 2014 and (2) they must have a terminal in order to store the vehicle upon arrival for a period of one or two weeks. On ** March 2014, after extensively searching and discussing options with over 10 vehicle transportation companies, I selected Auto Transport 123. The company representative, [redacted] was very helpful when discussing our requirements and assured me over the telephone they would pick up on either Wednesday ** May 2014 or Thursday ** May 2014, even if the company policy required the vehicle to be available for pick up within one day notice from Wednesday thru Friday.

Due to the very real possibility of changes on my retirement orders, I also specifically asked [redacted] about their cancellation policy. She indicated in more than one occasion the company policy was to charge a $100.00 fee if the transportation request was cancelled before the vehicle was "picked up" by their driver. She also told the company was run by family and her brother was one of their "Boston to Seattle" drivers.

On ** April 2014, I received an e-mail from Auto Transport 123 indicating my vehicle transportation was "dispatched" to Quality Relocation Services, Inc. The e-mail contained an e-mail address and telephone number for this company. I sent several e-mails to the company, which were never returned. After many attempts to contact the company via telephone, I was able to finally get through on ** May 2014, over a month and half after receiving the contact information.

When I finally was able to reach the company, to confirm the pick up date of my vehicle and obtain the location of their terminal in the Seattle area, first the person who answered the call never identified the company or himself, it took me asking three times for the person at the other end to acknowledge I was talking to Quality Relocation Services and the person never, willingly or even after I asked, identified himself. When I asked about confirming the pick up of my vehicle next week, the person without once asking who I was, replied on a very rude way "we'll pick up between Wednesday and Friday". When I informed him I was not available on Friday [redacted] May, he basically once again very rudely told me they will call a day before pick up. He never even bothered to acknowledge the information I tried to give him. When I asked for the location of the terminal at Seattle, he reluctantly and again very rudely told me I needed to call "[redacted]" at ###-###-####. I called this number three times and was immediately forwarded to a generic voice mail all three times. I left two messages and never received a return call.

On ** May 2014 I sent an e-mail to [redacted] at Auto Transport 123 informing her I was cancelling the transportation of my vehicle with her company due to the unprofessional and rude way I was treated by their subcontractor "Quality Relocation Services". I indicated that I agree to pay the $100 cancellation fee. On ** May 2014, I was contacted by a person who identified herself as [redacted], I was unable to record her name at the time, who after a discussion informed me that Auto Transport 123 was not "at fault" or "responsible" of their subcontractor conduct or poor customer service and I was being charged the full amount of the deposit ($225.00) because the cancellation was made after they had "dispatched" the vehicle to their subcontractor.

I do not agree with their interpretation of the situation and with their position that they are not responsible for their subcontractor unprofessional behavior.Desired Settlement: I agree to pay the $100.00 cancellation fee, but do not agree I should be responsible for the forfeiting the entire deposit of $225.00. I desire for the company to refund $125.00 to my credit card account.

Response:

We understand that [redacted] was disappointed with the response he

indicated that he received from our network carrier "Quality

Relocation" which we found very surprising, especially since they have

received great feedback from most of our customers travelling to WA. When I

spoke with [redacted] initially, I was very clear as to the process of our

service and on the many conversations that we had. I am one to always be very

detailed in explanation of our service and clarify when questions are ask. He

is right that I told him that I would indicate the timeframe on his order,

however it is usually within Wed - Fri for pick up and indicated we could

assist with the option of a storage in the location on the other end, neither

of which was a problem to accomplish. I always indicated that it would be our

network drivers/carriers that do this route every week and they own their own

trucks, not our own drivers.

I understand that [redacted], may have misunderstood some of the aspects of

our conversation. He had the contract for serveral weeks prior to pick up to

review in depth. There was never a question or a query from [redacted] within

that time relating to the terms of the contracts which clearly states that

"the reservation fee is due once the vehicle has been dispatched on to our

carrier", however we usually charge it closer or on the day of pick up.

[redacted] vehicle was dispatched the a couple days after he signed off on the

contract, over two months before the actual pick up date. Also, when incident

in particular occured with contacting the carrier, the only communication we

received was when [redacted] wanted to cancel. We are available at the office,

especially myself to deal with any issues which arise with the carriers. Had

[redacted], contact me prior to cancelling, I am sure that we would have been

able to reticfy the situation to his satisfaction. We are about service here

and ensuring that every customer's experience is smooth, howevr it is is

transport and things can arise.

Our cancellation policy does indicate it is $100 prior to being dispatched

with our carrier, anything outside of that the full reservation fee in due and

is non-refundable. I indicated to him that cancellation depends on when it is

cancelled, which is also stated in the contract. We would like to resolve this

misunderstanding and make this right, however we did perform the service that

was indicated and are being penalized for going beyond our service speck.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

First, I had never spoken with [redacted]. All my conversations and e-mails had been with [redacted]. I contacted her a few weeks after Quality Relocation Services failed to response to several attempts to contact them. On Tuesday ** May, several days after I cancelled the pick up with Auto Transport 123, Quality Relocation Services contacted me to "schedule" the pick up of the vehicle "sometime" on Wednesday ** May or Thursday ** May. Again, of particular note was the fact the company calls to pick up my $25,000 plus vehicle and once again the person on the phone failed to identify the company or provide a name. Also, once I told the "Lady" calling in behalf of Quality Relocation Services the request was cancelled almost a week prior, she proceeded to hang up the phone without even a "Thank you" or "Apology". On my book, and since I am the one paying for the "service" my book counts, this is very unprofessional behavior.

Regardless of [redacted] statements, on my opinion neither Auto Transport 123 nor Quality Relocation Services provided the service as promised.

Very respectfully,

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

This is my final communication regarding this matter. Auto Transport 123 is responsible and accountable for the unprofessionalism and terrible customer service of their "sub-contractor" Quality Relocation Services. They are also accountable for the misleading statements regarding their cancellation fees, deposit policies and who actually provides their transportation services. I submitted a dispute for $125.00 to our credit card company and do not plan to back out of my position.

After serving this country with distinction and honor for 32 years as both an Enlisted member and [redacted], I do not appreciated the company insinuating I lied on my previous statement. The person who contacted me last from Quality Relocation Services was to the best of my ability to determine "female".

Finally, I would never have any future direct or indirect business contact with the company or their subcontractor. In fact, if this dispute is not resolved to my satisfaction by the end of this month, I plan to report the company and the subcontractor conduct to the Department of Defense contractor performance evaluation and qualification office. Although this is not a direct contract through the Department of Defense, I am sure Auto Transport 123 receives offers to transport servicemen and women vehicles from the Department of Defense Transportation Offices.

Response:

there is absolutely nothing misleading it states explicitly in the paperwork the cancellation fee and our reservation fee if dispatched to a carrier... This customer states right in his complaint that he was in fact dispatched to our carrier. As the Revdex.com knows I have offered refunds or resolving options in this case I will offer nothing. This customer has an issue with quality , he can make the complaint about them than,

Review: I scheduled my Ford Fusion to be shipped from [redacted] to [redacted] on June ** with Auto Transport 123. During my phone discussions with [redacted], I made it very clear I would be moving **JUN and arriving **JUN, therefore I would not be able to accept any time sooner than that. He assured me this would not be an issue as the driver would have multiple cars on the truck and could make different stops. On the day of the scheduled pick up, (**JUN), I called Auto Transport 123 and asked if my car was going to be picked up. They informed me it was, and I do have e-mail confirmation from [redacted] stating the Fusion was already picked up when in fact it the vehicle was not picked up. Auto Transport 123 admitted verbally via phone they confused the job that day. At this point, they wanted to pick the car up later that day or Monday to have the car arrive **JUN, which was prior to my arrival. I frankly lost confidence in this shippers logistical capabilities and frankly did not trust them handling my vehicle. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Auto Transport 123 charged me a $575 deposit and refunded me $350. I am seeking a full refund, not $350.Desired Settlement: Due to the mistakes of Auto Transport 123, all I want is a full refund and to go separate ways. I as the consumer should not be out $225 cancelling my order after Auto Transport 123 demonstrated to me they had poor logistical systems in place and never shipped my car - even though they thought they did.

Review: I set up for my car (Audi a4) to be picked up my may **,2014. By "Auto Transport 123"! I spoke with a gentlemen names [redacted]. He first asked for my credit card information "he told me it was to be on file for the money charge upfront" the website does say that they do not ask for a credit card until after delivery!. He then told me my car would be dropped off in 10 days, give or take a few. (Which I understand). I waited and called. No one could tell me where my car was. Soon after they stopped answering an I couldn't get ahold of anyone. I still do not have my car and I need help locating it. They did charge a 450.00 fee for picking up the car which they took off my debit. Since then I've heard nothing from them. I had to cancel my card and order a new one so they wouldn't take anymore. So now not only did I pay for what I thought was a shipment but I paid for someone to steal my car. I will never get my car shipped again.Desired Settlement: I would like my car back. If not I would like them to pay me what the car is worth and also pay back the 450.00 I paid for them to pick up the car which again I still do not have in my possession. Thank You.

This company never told me what truck my car was on until now. They did not keep in contact with me and ignored my phone calls. I contacted a [redacted] and she was beyond rude and did not speak to a customer the proper way. She told me I should have called her " I did" multiple times. I left messages. I have no problem getting a copy faxed over showing that I made numerous of calls to this company and NOT once could anyone tell me where my car was. I demand my 450.00 back and for them to remove their "5 star" from their page. I am not the only customer that has had numerous of problems with these people. The communication is a huge part for a company and a client. I have proof of calls and I spoke with many people that couldn't not tell me where my car was. I then spoke with a [redacted] which was also very rude. Just recently started calling me. Where was this the whole time my car was being shipped? This company needs to remove their 5 star from their website because it's not even close to that. I did speak with a [redacted] but not even him could let me know where my car was. The company told me there would be 7-10 business days it was picked up 05/**/14 and delivered 06/*/14. That's a totally of 15 days which was technically 3 days past due including a give or take a few days. I'm upset because no one could let me know when it was going to bedelivered. I've never had a problem with any other company in my life and again this was my first time ever shipping a vehicle and it will be my last.

Review: I signed a contract with AT123 they said they would pick up my car on dec**. That they would give me a call on Christmas. To confirm that the drive would be picking; the car up that morning. I didn’t receive a call and my car was not being pick up on my schedule date. I call there number 12 time and did not receive an answer. On the ** try I block my number and spoke with a so called manger. He said that price rite auto had my car on the load board. I told him I had tried to contact price rite auto. That they would not return my call after arguing with him a few more minutes he said he was transferring me to another department. He hung up in my face. I called again making this the 14 time I had to call them and spoke with a woman name Ashley who said she would try to have my car pick up that night or Sunday morning. She said she would call her manger to see if they could get a driver out. Ashley called me back after 6pm and said she was UN successful in get ahold of her manger. She reschedules the pick up from the following weekend .I call Ashley on tuesdaydec-**-15. She said she would call me either Thursday or Saturday I did not receive a call either of those days from her. I had to call her Saturday morning to see what was going on she inform that they would be unable to pick up the car. As this point she offer to have it reschedules or refund me my deposit. I request a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my reservation fee of $225.00

Review: This auto transport company quoted me a price of $1,150 to ship my car from [redacted] to [redacted]. I signed a contract for that amount of money and then subsequently they increased the price to $1,225. When I received an email telling me this, I immediately contacted the representative who I had signed the contract with... [redacted]. He told me not to worry about it and that he would reduce the amount to the original price by crediting our credit card $75. That never happened. I tried reaching him several times without success or any return calls or emails. I tried to talk with someone else in the company and spoke to [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] and each one said they would look into it and get back to me. None did so.

[redacted] also told me he would arrange for a pickup of my vehicle 4 days sooner than it occurred. In fact, he guaranteed it IF I would contract with his company. Since I had done business with this company before, I took his word in good faith and when the guaranteed pickup didn't occur as promised, I incurred an extra $86 in car rental fees in [redacted]. I requested reimbursement and was flatly rejected. I was able to file a dispute with my credit card company to recover the $75 contract overcharge mentioned in the initial paragraph, but have not received any consideration for the $86.

Neither amount of money is worth the time and aggravation I have incurred over this transaction. What prompts me to file this complaint is the unethical business practices of this company. One would think the small amounts of money I'm writing about would not be worth the reputation this company stands to garner by operating like this. Perhaps this reputation has already been "earned".Desired Settlement: As much as I would appreciate being reimbursed $86 for additional rental car fees, I would prefer one of the family owners to call me and acknowledge the fact that the only contract signed by me was for $1,150 and that charging me an additional $75 was dishonest, not to mention illegal. As it stands now, either no one who has ownership is aware this type of deception is being practiced or, worse yet, chooses to look the other way and allow it to continue.

Review: Auto Transport is a BROKER that is misrepresenting themselves as a carrier. They called me after I completed my online request to advise me the vehicle requiring transport was already listed with another carrier. They bad mouthed the other carrier and advised me to cancel service with them so Auto Transport 123 could handle the transport. I found out the other carrier was arranged by my partner with a carrier he knew personally. I called Auto Transport 123 to cancel with them. Auto Transport informed me they could not cancel my request with them until I cancelled my partners request with his carrier. While I was on the phone my assistant came into my office telling me she checked with the [redacted] and they are not authorized to transport vehicles across state lines and outside the state of [redacted] and they are listed as having only one driver and one truck. Other information she found was Auto Transport 123's owners name, [redacted] and the US[redacted]# [redacted] and MC# [redacted] I asked the person on the phone about all this and they insisted that Auto Transport 123 had many trucks over the entire country. After getting no where I hung up and called an auto whole seller for advice. He told me to immediately check my bank account. Sure enough within minutes of my last phone call to Auto Transport 123 a transaction had gone through to them in the amount of $100. Now my assistant tells me, and I have verified, that the company is [redacted] doing business as Auto Transport. They are a broker, not a carrier which was why she was getting old information about their unauthorized interstate carrier status. The broker company's US[redacted]# [redacted] and MC# [redacted]. Now I definately want to cut all ties with them, be reimbursed for the $100 transaction they processed and be released from all obligations they claim based on their misrepresentation and poor ethics. I will call whomever it takes and write as many emails and reviews as necessary to be recompensed and finally put an end to this matter. Great, my assistant just walked in again to inform me she believes that Auto Transport 123's owner, [redacted], is only ** years old!! No wonder this is unprofessional and chaotic.Desired Settlement: Refund card for $100 transaction

To Whom it May Concern-After reviewing the Customer’s concerns regarding Auto Transport 123. [redacted] entered into a contract agreement with Auto Transport 123 on 11/**/2014 at [redacted] I would like to reiterate the Contract Details in which were supplied on 11/*/2014 prior to finalizing the Reservation in our office. The reservation was secured by providing Credit Card Details for the reservation after the Contract was signed. We explain to all of our clients that we have a “Network of Carriers”, as well as in our Contract details, we explain that “I understand that there may be times that we may have to broker out service to a certified, fully insured carrier”. The customer is required to acknowledge prior to signing our contract details. In [redacted]’s case we were completely transparent when requesting him to remove himself from Competitors boards, we supplied him with all of the Contact Details, as well as Quote Numbers. We abide by our contract when the customer explained to us on 11/*/2014 that his Partner had another contract, and was moving the Vehicle with another company.Per our Terms and Conditions we charged the customer a cancellation fee of $100.00 The Contract is currently Cancelled in our office for reason: Transporting by alternate means. We are not offering a Credit Adjustment to the customer, as the customer agreed when signing the contract that if an order is cancelled out of our control he would be assessed a one-time non-refundable cancellation fee in the amount of $100.00. We work with our clients the best way possible, our goal here at Auto Transport 123 is to transport our clients vehicles in a timely and safely manner. We do extend the option to any Cancellations/Holds that the customer/consumer is able to utilize the fee towards a future transportation at any time.I hope this information is helpful.Regards,[redacted]Auto Transport 123

Review: After being let down by another transport company, I was CONTACTED by Auto Transport 123 on Friday July [redacted] and told by their sales person [redacted], that he could in fact have my Jeep SRT8 picked up from [redacted] by Tuesday July [redacted] at the latest and delivered to me in [redacted] by Thursday July [redacted]... at the latest. In fact I spent an additional $400+ having them ship it vs another company because he verbally promised me he could have my vehicle to me by the dates I needed it, that is the ONLY reason I went with them. We agreed and I provided him my credit card info and he sent me over the contract while I was driving home from work. TRUSTING [redacted] to live up to his word and have it picked up and delivered within the agreed time frame, I simply initialed the contract and sent it back to him. He never once explained that they have a 10 day window to deliver the vehicle. If he had disclosed that during the initial quote and agreement then I would have went with the other company who basically promised me the 10 day window for only $650 vs the $1000+ I had agreed to pay 123 to have it by the required dates. So the following Mon and Tues came and went with no confirmation or call of pick up from the carrier or 123. I tried calling 123 at 1pm, no answer. I left several voicemails for [redacted] and not one call back, by end of day Thursday I had still no contact with [redacted], carrier, or any kind of correspondence with 123 so I finally got ahold of someone there who had a very bad attitude on the phone and basically told me no, [redacted] isnt there, what do you want, I told him I would like to cancel my services with them since the Jeep was never picked up on the dates [redacted] and I had agreed on over the phone. That is when he told me he was going to charge me a $100 cancellation fee because they basically had a 10 day window that [redacted] NEVER once mentioned as a possibility during our conversation. I told him that is not what [redacted] had told me earlier which is when this guy started yelling at me on the phone to stop wasting his time and to read the contract. I told him I had read the contract but that [redacted] had PROMISED over the phone several times he could have my vehicle delivered within my time frame, which again, is the ONLY reason I went with them in the first place, because they told me I could have it by then. If there was a 10 day window then he should have disclosed that up front. He knew I was in the middle of driving in Chicago traffic and understood I needed this taken care of right away so he took advantage of the situation knowing I couldnt read the fine print at that time and suckered me into a contract that allowed him a 10 day window he had never mentioned to me, not even once. So I have made several attempts to have a conversation with employees over there at 123 and each time I am greeted with nothing but attitude and feeling as if im being rushed off the phone. Its basic business ethics to treat the customer with respect and give him a fair deal and contract. This, plain and simple isnt fair at all. They know what [redacted] did to me isnt ethical and they have a nice contract to hide it. They owe me the $100 cancellation fee for which they charged me because I had to cancel the service [redacted] had promised to provide me over the phone when he first contacted me. There it is. I hope they care about the customer and do whats right in this case becuase right now Im extremely disappointed with how they run their business and how they use deceptive sales tactics to get you locked into a contract they know they can easily push onto customers without reading... because they reassure you time and time again over the phone that they can do it, so you dont waste your time reading a contracts fine print WHILE YOUR DRIVING because you have a [redacted] telling you he can do it. I dont know how many times I have to say it for them to realize they were not fair or just in charging me the $100 fee in this case.Desired Settlement: Refund the $100 cancellation fee they wrongfully charged me

Response:

-I told [redacted] that we can get it picked up faster for the additional money and that all other compainies work the same way. In no way ever did I gaurentee a pick up dat or drop off date. [redacted] called us after he spoke with several other compainies and got better rates. The time that he called us we already had a driver in place to pick his vehicle up (In the time frame he wanted) yet he was convinced by other companies to go with them at a cheaper rate. When [redacted] called to cancel because of the price we already had a driver in route to him who I then had to call and cancel thus charging him the $100 cancellation fee we have stated clearly in our contract and I also reviewed with [redacted] before signing it.

Stay away from these guys. I recently moved across country. They guaranteed pick up within 3 days of their day. I let them know I ahead of this the two days I had available and they again guaranteed it would be picked up then. Needless to say, they did not pick it up then or for the following 2 weeks. Nearly 3 weeks after the original pick up day, they finally picked up my car and shipped it out. Tara is the sales person here - stay away from her. Once she sells you, she is out of the process and will never return a phone call. I was told I would be given a partial refund due to their breach of contract, but they stopped returning these phone calls as well. Just do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

Review: I called the aforementioned company on monday Jan. ** to pick up and deliver my vehicle from van horn texas to mcallen texas. I asked jordan several times if he could quarantee pick up on tuesday. He said he could very easily and that they had several drivers in that area. On tuesday I did not receive any updates, status. I sent them a email stating clearly that the contract I signed was null and void because they did not fulfill the contract, verbal or written.

Today jan ** the company charged me 125 dollars.

I believe this company has a long standing record of charging for services that they have never been delivered.Desired Settlement: a refund.
