We have thoroughly reviewed [redacted] concerns regarding the branded title associated with VIN # [redacted] We were able to confirm with the [redacted] Department of Motor Vehicles that on August 17, 2012, this vehicle was branded as “Scrapped/Destroyed”AutoCheck receives information as is from our third party data sourcesWe are not informed of any discrepancies upon receipt of the data until disputed by an individual or business entityIf deemed inaccurate, we remove the data, however, that is contingent upon supporting evidence from our data sources and contactsIn this particular case, we have confirmed the information displayed on the Vehicle History Report is accurateTherefore, we must respectfully decline [redacted] request to remove the aforementioned title brandIf [redacted] is able to receive a corrected title or a letter of correction from the [redacted] Department of Motor Vehicles on their letterhead, we will be more than happy to review this matter further

I run a small independent car lot and we have used Autocheck for every car that we buy Recently, we purchased a car from an individual and pulled a Autocheck as part of our process to see the history of the car The Autocheck showed that the vehicle had 78,miles as of 12/12/and had a green check mark saying that your odometer checks out I purchased the car based on this information A customer that was immediately interested in the car pulled a [redacted] on the vehicle to do his own due diligence The [redacted] showed that the vehicle had 208,miles as of 08/07/ In fact, the [redacted] showed seperate mileage recordings from 05/23/to 08/07/from 135,miles to miles The customer was diligent about having service to his vehicle at dealerships In fact, the mileage recordings were from different dealerships around the country when he traveled The [redacted] also showed the mileage of 78,miles on 11/29/but with a big red warning th

Checked the VIN on my vehicle to see what populated as I'm trying to sell it The preliminary report said it had been in an accident, damaged by flood, multiple owners, reported stolen, reported as a loss or lemon NONE OF THESE ARE TRUE

We have thoroughly researched this matter and previously responded to Mr [redacted] via [redacted] Resolution CenterMr [redacted] purchased an AutoCheck subscription of Reports for days on January 30, At the time of purchase, our site clearly stated this purchase was for reports for daysWe have confirmed that Mr [redacted] had access to his subscription for the full daysSurveys and promotional emails are only sent to Consumers if they check a box to receive said offers during checkoutBased on the information above, we continue to respectfully decline his request for reinstatement of the subscription, as well as his request for a refund of $I have attached a screenshot of AutoCheck.com, which clearly reflects the Subscription Term, a screenshot of the checkout screen, which shows the box that Consumers need to check to opt in to receive additional offers and emails from us, as well as the AutoCheck Order with the multiple VINs pulled and viewed

I bought one of autocheck.com’s reports because carbuyingtips.com, which seemed like a real enough site to me, highly suggested them due to all the other sources of information they provide in comparison to carfax Minutes later I received no helpful information in my autocheck reportIn fact, it didn’t even mention a possible water leak that the carfax report showedI can only wonder if there was info included I think they must make good money from tricking people like me- people who are in a bind because their loved one is running full steam ahead to buy a used fleet car from a dealershipI panickedI made an uninformed decision because I was running out of timeNever doing that again! hello I have a [redacted] vin number # [redacted] there is infomation reported to autocheck about my miles beging rolledback and the car beging inoperable I have a title from the state of [redacted] whice states that my car has actual miles of 69,on 03/02/i would like to know how this information got on your report how I removed this I will be getting a lawyer to see how I need to contact thanks

Our records indicate that on January 3, 2017, [redacted] sent us a copy of the police report, which showed there was no airbag deploymentAs a result, we removed the "Airbag Deployed" statement from the Vehicle History Report and sent her an email confirming the correctionI have attached a copy of the corrected Vehicle History Report for [redacted] records

We have reviewed [redacted] concerns and confirmed that after further research on our end, the accident in dispute was removed from the Vehicle History Report on December 2, An email was sent to [redacted] at that time to confirm this update
