Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted]

According to our records, the name of the sales person the customer provided in the complaint is actually a member of the collections team collecting on unpaid invoices and does not have the ability to shut down services for AutoCheck On 11/7/2016, the customer signed an AutoCheck Dealer Services agreement with us and per section of the contract, the term is valid for a period of one (1) year Additionally, we also show attempts from the customer’s assigned sales representative reaching out to acknowledge his request and explain the requirements of the contract he signed Emails were sent on 6/7/17, 6/12/and 11/1/ We were only able to finally get in touch with the customer on 11/1/As of November 2017, the customer’s account is shut down and October should be their last invoiceIf they have questions, they can speak to customer service at 888-409-2204, M-F 8am – 5pm CT and reference case # [redacted] .Tell us why here

We have investigated the matter further, and we do not advertise our services for the amount described by the customer Our records indicate the customer contacted our support department about this and we initially issued a partial refund of $ As of today, we have refunded the remaining balance back to their credit card and it should post within the next 7-business days

AutoCheck is a scam consumers....they have unreliable information in assisting consumers when making the purchase or researching a vehicle's historyCheap data transfer and not enough information gathering spells "incomplete reports" AutoCheck when contacted will not refund your money nor offer any support for it's garbage reports they state "sorry that's the only data we have" I don't think consumer assistance in purchasing a vehicle lies solely on "registration renewal" I want my money back....$ I'm pissed ....can't you see this !!!

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. While it is true that they did correct their reporting records after I supplied them with documentation to prove the correct mileage they made no offer to reimburse me the fee I had to pay to be able to access the information they were providing to prospective customers After receiiving information from prospective customers that my mileage claims did not match the Autocheck report it was necessary for me to pay the Autocheck fee to discover what information they were inaccurately reporting concerning my vehicle I feel that since their information was in error I should be reimbursed for that fee Regards, [redacted]

Hi Revdex.com, I was spammed by this service numerous times with "Your subscription update from AutoCheck" advertising more subscriptions and a surveyI was deceived into thinking my subscription was not ending since nothing was stated about it ending within a day or twoI have never been spammed before about a subscription service without getting a "subscription update" notice in my email -a day or two before expiringI only ran reports out of and did not get a chance to print any of the reports that I wantedAfter my subscription expired, with no notice from their "Your subscription update from AutoCheck" spam mail, I have no access to anythingI called [redacted] and was told sorry there was nothing they could doI want a refund if they are not willing to help a paying customer

According to the notes in our system for the vehicles in question, the salvage titles issued from the state have been removed because the salvage remark was due to a theft that occurred Theft recovery information has also been added to the report to reflect that the car is no long an active left However, the insurance loss record the customer disputes indicates that the owner of the vehicle at the time the theft occurred, was paid out via a claim they made to the insurance company Technically this constitutes a said "loss" for the insurance company and lines up with the event detail captured on the report Additional notes indicate that the customer purchased the vehicle directly from the insurance company after the vehicle was recovered and possession was taken by the insurance company.AutoCheck feels confident that we are correctly depicting the vehicle's "history" since the insurance company did pay out to the previous owner when their vehicle was stolen If there is additional information the customer can provide us to help support the fact that a claim was NOT paid out on to the previous owners when the vehicle was stolen, but later recovered, he can call us toll free at 888-409-M-F between 8am - 5pm CST and reference case # [redacted]

I couldn't believe how much more reliable Auto Check was compared to CarFaxWith Auto Check you don't have to worry about the car dealer making adjustments to the vehicle history reports like they can with a Car Fax vehicle report Made my car buying experience much better and I felt safer in my decisionThank you

I was not allowed to use my Chevy Impala as a trade in because auto check said the odometer was turned back! My title states the mileage is A (actual) and Car Fax also guarantees the mileage is actualApparently all the negative reviews are correct!

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Based on these unaccountable and dismissive responses to a customer complaint that I must continue to respectfully decline [redacted] 's (Autochecks) resolutionI believe that the emails I received from [redacted] during my subscription period are proof that [redacted] is practicing advertising advertising or deceptive advertising is the use of or misleading statements in advertising, and misrepresentation of the product at hand, which may negatively affect many stakeholders, especially consumers. It is apparent that [redacted] is more interested in making another sale than addressing problems and meeting customer expectations I trust Revdex.com staff and any potential new customers reading this can draw their own conclusions Regards, [redacted] ***

I own a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and have been in business >years No debt, excellent credit, continuous government contracts but smartbusinessreports.com rates my company as being Moderate to High Risk for no reason other than for me to pay them a service fee to update I have sent them everything they have requested and suggested and have logged multiple emails and callsno changes They have ~2,complaintsno figure

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The response from AutoCheck has nothing to do with my complaintIt is clearly a response to another complaintEven the name is not my name Regards, [redacted]

As previously mentioned, AutoCheck relies on third party data sources to provide information to display on our reports We truly apologize for any inconvenience to the customer and wish there was something that could be done to make their experience with us more enjoyable, however, the situation described by the customer does not qualify towards any sort of compensation We cannot 100% guarantee we will have complete information, however, we feel confident enough to guarantee that we will have complete state title brand information which is what our Buyback protection program covers If the odometer readings the customer explains resulted in a title brand (i.eNot Actual Miles, etc.) and AutoCheck missed that brand from the state, we would pay the customer up to 110% of the price paid for the vehicle However, since this situation explained does not appear to be the case, we unfortunately regret to inform the customer that we cannot provide any additional compensation aside from letting them out of their contract with us early We again apologize for any inconveniences this has caused

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Without them providing the source of their information or the auction house that provides this information there is no way for me to prove them wrong They are failing to address the original concern, and I don't find the response acceptable at allTheir own report shows that the car has had *no [redacted] accidents, and then they claim that there is frame damage! The report is self-inconsistent Finally a car-fax report on the same car shows none of the damages claimed by this business' report Regards, [redacted]

I submitted a VIN , paid VIA Paypal, got the money taken out of my account and emails later I still do not have my report! AWFUL!!!

AutoCheck contract’s with various data sources in order to obtain as much information as possible on used vehicles We rely on third party data sources to provide this information for our reports, however, cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of the reports We are committed to making information available to consumers as soon as possible (i.eas soon as it is reported to us) and do believe that vehicle history reports are important because they provide a unique view into a vehicle's past that could take several months for a consumer to gather directly from various state DMV's and other data sources However, this should only be one step in the pre-owned vehicle purchasing process In addition to purchasing an AutoCheck report, we encourage every pre-owned shopper to physically inspect the vehicle whenever possible and to have a licensed mechanic inspect the vehicle to ensure the best and safest vehicle choice is made For additional information on AutoCheck’s terms and conditions, please visit: http://www.autocheck.com/consumers/disclaimer.do

Thinking of using autocheck instead of carfax?? Don't do it I tried a side by side comparision of a toyota truck I purchased using both companies According to Autocheck the car could have as low as 128k miles, but later when I checked on carfax, I found the mileage closer to twice that or more Autocheck failed miserably.....save yourself from getting ripped off and don't wast time on autocheck

The consumer's request was verified and researched via case on 2/12/The auction announcement was verified as Left & Right Apron repaired by the reporting source and in turn will remain as part of the vehicle's historyThe consumer should work with who they purchased the vehicle from for further disputeSource information cannot be released due to contractual agreements

Our records indicate that on 2/17/2015, the consumer had contacted our customer service department about the discrepancy on their report Case # [redacted] was created and our notes show that the customer service agent the consumer spoke to was able to update the report with some information from the consumer. If there is any further assistance the consumer needs, he can contact customer service at ###-###-#### M-F *am-7pm CST and reference Case# [redacted]
