I hired auto loss for a diminished value claim and all was good when I talked to Monica on the phoneShe said I had a great diminished value claimGreat right? We started the process, I paid, I received the report and sent it overGot a call my claim was deniedNo ball with the insurance companyAfter I replied to their last email on October 2nd with info, I haven’t heard back from themdays and no replyI mean the least was you could reply to my emailFinally, after reaching out again I was told they’d do a formal review on my file for the refundI then get an email with a court release? I didn’t request a court release I requested a refund I’ve also filed a complaint with the insurance commissioner as in the guide you get with the report and the Insurance commissioner also denied to helpSo now I’d like a refund since the outcome resulted in nothingI’ve done everything including going to the dealer as I was askedI have the email thread/threads and if needed

My attorney told me to call autolossI never leave reviews but the increase in Money was so good I had no choice The report was so good or the best in the industry as my attorney said I cashed a check for $ Thanks,

I had a total loss claim in the state of Oregon and thanks to AutoLoss I got the REAL market value for my vehicleMonica and her team answered all my questions and responded to every email and callI would recommend AutoLoss to ANYONE being low-balled on the value of their vehicle by their insurance company! Thanks again

It was a pleasure using your Service I got $3,over the insurance offered valueGreat job Monica Thank you

The process for a refund is on the website. The client refused to send us a denial letter from the insurance company, get a local dealer quote, or make an insurance commissioner complaintHe stated if did not get a refund he would send our report/ client information to every insurance
company. We can forward the email thread to any prospective customer. We do not have in writing any information regarding a denialfrom the insurance company The day he contacted me regarding a refund I got back to him within hours. We also have a toll free number he can call for quicker serviceThanks, Monica F*

This company is a complete waste of money I paid $for a generic report which my insurance company laughed at I was under the impression that Autoloss would actually help me with my case - instead I am out $for a few sheets of paper When I have emailed them for assistance they have not taken any action on my behalf when they choose to respond to my emails In addition to my insurance claim which has been a nightmare, I am out $ This company is a complete scam and I will be reporting that with Revdex.com also When I asked Monica for a refund she sent me the guidelines and wanted me to send her a bunch of information even though her company did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING except send me a generic report Thank you for adding to my headache, Autoloss I recommend no one ever uses this scam of a company

Although I initially received a quick response from Monica with a formatted review of my DV, when my case was transferred to Eric, the responses almost stoppedWhen I first had contact with him and told him that the insurance Co.offered a $settlement, he asked me to ask how they come up with the $offer and when they responded and I sent their response immediately by emailI then called him that day and told him about itAfter weeks passed, I had to call him about the company’s response to their evaluation and when I got him, he had to "confer" with MonicaWhen I called again the next week, he advised me to file a complaint with the State Insurance CommissionI called him last on Friday, Feb about the State Insurance response and he said he would confer with Monica on MondayI didn't get a response and the following Monday, March 7th, I asked to speak directly to Monica who said she would respond within to hrsShe emailed me and told me to file a claim in sma

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I feel that I got scammed by this company because before I paid the $I spoke to Monica on the phoneShe said that if the Insurance doesn't pay at least the amount of the fee Autoloss.com is charging, I will get my money backI was never told that I have to do so much extra work myselfFor example getting my own estimate for the car and write letters to the commissionerI would have never used that company if they would have told me that in the beginningTOTAL SCAM! I work full time and go to school full timeThat's why I hired them after Monica promised me over the phone that they would to the work for me and get me the diminished valueI want my money backI did email them the denial letter from the Insurance saying that the paperwork submitted (that I got from Autoloss) was insufficient to get any money for diminished valueI want my money backThey should get an F rating in the Revdex.com for scamming peopleMaking promises over the phone that they don't honor.
Sincerely,*** ***

I was in a multi vehicle accident in Oct where my new Honda Crv was rear ended by a semi-truckI contacted Autoloss for a diminished value quoteThey considered my new vehicle status and provided me with a diminished value estimate of $8,
The semi’s insurance agency (let’s say XYZ due to confidentiality agreement) at first did not take responsibility for the entire auto damage and my case went into arbitrationAfter about months the panel ruled that the XYZ is responsible for the entire damage to my vehicleXYZ reimbursed Geico(my insurance) for all the repairs and I got back my deductible from GeicoAfter the ruling I called up XYZ’s adjuster regarding the diminished value and provided a detail estimate from AutolossXYZ initially came up with an offer for $3,and I contacted the support team at Autoloss who then gave me a demand letter with detailed questions to ask XYZAfter about a week I called up XYZ and told them that I was already tired of the games and if we don’t settle ASAP I will just go and file a claim in small claims court without any negotiationI also convinced them that I will charge for my time to prepare the court material and my time is very expensive :) The insurance adjuster came to terms and asked me to settle at $6,which I felt was reasonable and we settledBelow are some things one needs to keep in mind:
aIf you are at fault, getting paid is going to be impossible so don’t blame Autoloss for not doing anything if you are not winning a settlement
bUnderstand that Autoloss will support you with what to say but you are on your ownThat means that it is your responsibility to understand and research everything before talking with insurance adjustersIf you have any questions, you can always call up the support team and askYou would need to talk carefully with insurance adjusters and know all the tactics wellAsk them for written confirmation and if they tell you something don’t agree on spotAlways say you will get back once you are able to get a written note on what was discussed
cNegotiating is hard so you need to be convincing and credibleDon’t show that you are weak and always be respectful to the adjusterEven though my adjuster gave me weird answers I would always ask her to repeat what she saidFor example – I asked her why her quote was far from what Autoloss provided, she told me that if my car was totaled I would have got moreI was very frustrated with the answer but very patiently said , can you please repeat that sentence and I will see if it will be useful if at all this case proceeded to the small claims courtShe immediately apologized and said that she dint mean to say that
dIf the adjuster feels that you are not strong or you demonstrate lack of knowledge they have your hair in their hands
eMonica is the owner of the company doing many claims a day so understand that if you have a problem don’t call her directly , there is a whole support team and Erik on the support team was very much knowledgeable and provided timely support
fDon’t be too greedy, know that you will have to negotiate and you are not going to get 100% of what Autoloss told youBe reasonable and professional with the adjusters and provide them with questions and evidence behind your askFor example – I took additional evidence from CAR Max saying that my car value was diminished(luckily my car did not have as much diminished)
gDiminished value is not something which is defined and it is hard to put a $ value against it (similar to pain and suffering) so understand that
hKnow that the third party insurance is not responsible to pay for the $dollars you paid AutolossIt depends on your skill to negotiate for thisSo don’t come back and tell autoloss that they are responsible to pay you back that
iAutoloss is not your legal team and if they were to provide you with legal support they would need to charge you with more than $
Finally I would like to say that I loved working with Autoloss and they have been greatI would definitely refer them to my friends and don’t believe haters out thereEvery case is different and if you are having some fault in the accident you will not get anything

I contacted autoloss to try and get diminished value on car involved in accidentThey told me they would give me my money back if they couldn't get me any moneyI have been trying for about months to get refund with no luck

Monica and her team at autoloss did a phenomenal job on my diminished value claimI was able to settle my claim higher than I expectedThank you so much for the information you provided for me to negotiate a much higher amount

Worst company ever !!! first they tried to help you out, they take too long to answer and you have to be bugging them with calls and email for them to take action, first they act like they are gunna help you but as soon as you paid the $they wont help you out anymore, they keep telling me the same thing over and over again avoiding helping me and making excuses, by this point they don't even answer my emails or calls, Monica F* is a scammed and forget about the "get your money back" part on their website that's not going to happen, be aware of this company, professional scammers guarantee!

*** offered me $for DV on my toyota After using autoloss *** settled for just over $I could not say enough positive things about them

Monica,
I just wanted to let you know I received a wire transfer from *** *** in less than a month (8/2/17) the almost three times the original amount from 4,to 10,You and your staff were very helpful through this process
Thank you so much,
***

Autoloss promises that if their services don't help you recoup the loss you endured to your car's post-crash value, they'll refund the $they chargedI wasn't able to recoup my lossI e-mailed and called them frequently and followed every step they gave meFinally, their representative said they'd submit my case for a refundI didn't hear back from the company after a few weeks so I e-mailed themThe owner said I didn't follow the correct procedures listed on their web siteSo, I followed all of their steps online and got back with the ownerThe owner promised I would have a refund check within to daysIt's been days and no checkI e-mailed her last week and she said the check was in the mailI still haven't gotten itI've followed all of their steps and have been promised a refund multiple times but still have not received itI have e-mail chains and documentation proving I've done what's required but the company is not doing what they promised

I was very pleased with their service.Very professional, excellent communication
They took over settlement talks with *** *** ***,
Received over twice the amount that *** *** appraisal company offered
*** ***,

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: A)I get a fair market value from the *** ***, ** dealer and it was The insurance company sent a rejection of that amount so did not payYesterday we traded our *** and got for itI did inquire to the ** Insurance Commissioner as to how they handle diminished and I did not receive a replySo Autoloss.com first telephoning a value of and then in their report stating is way off, it is a ploy to have the customer pay the $and then give a report with an inflated value of diminished value that they can not substantiateInstead they have the customer do the real work only to find out that Auto loss's value is not based on fact or in any way substantiated. They quote dealers who *** they won't take accident carsObviously there is a market for dealers who do and we just realized thatWe continue to feel that we are owed our refundWe would think that Revdex.com by now has enough facts to rule in our favor as well as addressing their unfair business practices

AutoLoss has helped me settle a diminished value claim and I couldn't speak highly enough
about this company They were always on top of things, always contacting me and helping
me to accomplish what I wanted to settle on I finally settled for $4,and extremely
pleased with this I would recommend AutoLoss to help you if you were ever involved in an
accident that was not your fault I am telling my friends and customers about my experience

This is the second time my wife and I have used AutoLoss.com, following our previously successful diminished value claim for two cars
Our claim this time around was for the same two cars, both of which were flooded as a result of Hurricane Harvey
With AutoLoss.com's help we were able to reach a settlement with our insurance company, increasing the settlement by $16,and $6,respectively for our cars
We are not experts in navigating through claims with insurance companies, which is something that insurance companies rely on in order to minimize their paymentsThe job title of Insurance Adjuster is just as it sounds, someone who works for an insurance company who's job it is to "adjust" a claim to the lowest possible amount, delivering higher profits to the insurance company
Engaging with the appropriate expertise, such as AutoLoss.Com represents the best possible chance of keeping the insurance companies honest, and you receiving a check that is ultimately fair for you
AutoLoss.com acted professionally throughout the claim process, were knowledgeable and secured a market-based result that met our expectations

I hired autoloss.com and they were very reasonable with their pricesThe process was simple and Monica and her staff really know what their doingThey were very informative as to the process and the timelinesI was very happy with the outcome of the new settlement I received with the Help the autoloss team
I would recommend them to anyone who is unhappy with what the insurance company appraisal and I they feel their vehicle is worth more contact them and give them a chance to make you money
