The process for a refund is on the website. The client refused to send us a denial letter from the insurance company, get a local dealer quote, or make an insurance commissioner complaintHe stated if did not get a refund he would send our report/ client information to every insurance
company. We can forward the email thread to any prospective customer. We do not have in writing any information regarding a denialfrom the insurance company The day he contacted me regarding a refund I got back to him within hours. My 2017Subaru Outback was T-boned in mid Febthis year (2018) and sustained damage Family members encouraged me to file for Diminshed Value, and found Autoloss.com Monica F.  put together an outstanding claim, which I pursued through the at fault Ins Co (Allstate)After a long time of haggling and getting very poor responses from Allstate I was finally offered 1/of what Autoloss had computed my loss to be worth Due to family sircumstances and lack of time I settled for the amount offeredI would not have received a dime if I had not had help from Autoloss Amanda was terrific in assisting me every step Thank You All!

I feel that I got scammed by this company because before I paid the $I spoke to Monica on the phoneShe said that if the Insurance doesn't pay at least the amount of the fee Autoloss.com is charging, I will get my money backI was never told that I have to do so much extra work myselfFor example getting my own estimate for the car and write letters to the commissionerI would have never used that company if they would have told me that in the beginningTOTAL SCAM! I contacted autoloss to try and get diminished value on car involved in accidentThey told me they would give me my money back if they couldn't get me any moneyI have been trying for about months to get refund with no luck

First of let me start off by saying this company is a total JOKE! They are liars they WILL NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK PEROID!! You will not get a refund of any sortMonica is the biggest liar in this companySo unless you want to just give $to a bunch of dishonest people DO NOT USE THEM!! I hired auto loss for a diminished value claim and all was good when I talked to Monica on the phoneShe said I had a great diminished value claimGreat right? We started the process, I paid, I received the report and sent it overGot a call my claim was deniedNo ball with the insurance companyAfter I replied to their last email on October 2nd with info, I haven’t heard back from themdays and no replyI mean the least was you could reply to my emailFinally, after reaching out again I was told they’d do a formal review on my file for the refundI then get an email with a court release? My experience with Monica and the helpdesk was very positive friendly courteous and gave me plenty of information I got The exact amount of her appraisal I would and did recommend auto loss to Friends

This is the second time my wife and I have used AutoLoss.com, following our previously successful diminished value claim for two cars
