I was the victim of a car wreck at the negligence of the other person which was handled by his carrier AAA I was also in another non-fault wreck in November which was handled by her carrier State Farm
I had questions so I called Autoloss and they told me their fee was $and made it sound as if they would do all the work and all I had to do was forward the denial letters to them as I received them Triple AAA did not respond to my request for diminished value settlement because they wanted State Farm to pay firstAll the while Monica F* with Autoloss sent me several follow up emails telling me I had a good claim and she could help me I told her I would try to come up with the $which she told me was refundable I eventually used my credit card and paid Autoloss $ Autoloss sent out the first letters to both carriers, State Farm and Triple A The instructions were for me to followup and send Autoloss the denial letters or counter offers.State Farm denie

My opinion this service is nothing but a scam! After Monica continued telling me what a great claim I had (although didn't provide any specific documentation helping, just copied and pasted word docs) nothing changed on my claimI asked for a refund, was told to refer to a vague handbook over and over and finally after doing what they said was told no I wouldn't get a refund! I told them I would post my feedback and Monica threatened me in email! I will never use this company again!
