I had a very good experience with Monica and her teamHer appraisal was on spot, we received from Geico exactly what she appraised the Diminished Value to beWe are very happy

I contacted Monica F* of Autoloss by phone in regards to an insurance claim for Diminished Value against USAA She assured me that a charge of (I think) $on my credit card would be returned if she was unable to succeed in getting USAA to pay me Diminished Value for damage to my car
This started in May of this year After several months of working closely with her, and following her instructions to the obtain a Deminished Value settlement, she wrote me that they had, in her words, “exhausted all avenues of attack” on 8/30/ I have requested a refund and while she has told me a variety of dates that a check would be mailed to me, the dates keep getting shifted out to the right, and I have no check
I believe she is using delaying tactics to abound refunding my payment

On 11/16/2017, I paid Autoloss $for services to get a diminished value settlement, after they told me I had an "excellent claim." I spent months of phone calls and emails with the Insurance Company and State of NJ Division of Insurance and I was unable to get any settlement from the Insurance CompanyI was told by the State of NJ Division of Insurance that I had no legal grounds to make them do so, despite what Autoloss told me
I requested a full refund on January 31st, due to being denied any claim by the Insurance Company and the State of NJ Division of InsuranceAutoloss delayed a formal review of my claim for a refund until March 8thOn March 8, 2018, Autoloss told me my account qualified for a full refundThey told me it would take 30-days for my "refund check" to be mailed, but it's usually within daysThey said they were unable to credit the account the payment was debited from (even though I have seen in at least one of their responses, that they credited

Autoloss has failed to provide the help that the advertise on their websiteI have done everything they ask to include going out and obtaining dealer quotesOn numerous occasions it has taken emailing Monica F* to even get a response, after waiting for over a week from replying to the Support and and individual team membersI started the process with Autoloss on October 15th, and have essentially received nothing from them except a Microsoft Word Document that I could e *** myselfThey state that they will help work with the insurance company but on occasions now when the agent calls the number they provided nobody answers; therefore I am left dealing with the agent myself

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR ENERGY HEREExtremely disappointed with this company I read all the praise for Monica, I took the chance and got the free estimate After that Monica called me and discussed the options moving forward, and was quoted $if I wanted her help I called back once the repair cost started adding up, and asked for her help, she changed the amount of the service to $300, sent her estimate for over $14K off to USAA When they sent me a check without discussing the DV claim it was for roughly $480! I tried to engage her or the help system at Autoloss.com for what I should do and they said thy would get back to me within - hours, well it has been days and no communication She is a good sales person, don’t fall for the pitch

Autoloss accepted my my case promising that I had great chances with the insurance companyThe claim was rejected by the insurance company and I provided documentation to AutolossThey were aware the vehicle had been in an accident prior to me purchasing the vehicle and accepted to do the work without saying it would be an issueI requested a refund and instead they asked me to do work on their behalfThey want me to go as far as investigating how much the prior repairs were when I did not even own the vehicleIn addition the *** guy will respond to your emails (when they respond) with sarcasm which I guess is how one feels when they are scamming people out of their moneyThe refund policy magically changed to requiring a complaint be filed to a state agency in addition to all of their other requirements for the money back guarantee that is advertisedAll I want is for Autoloss to return my $since my claim was rejectedIn one email they stated that claims with prior lo

I contacted this company last month after three of cars were totaled by hurricane Harvey
The insurance company was not paying us the value we requested
We were very upset and than I find Auto Loss company on line and cannot tell how happy we are they were able to get us little over 12K for all three cars

TO START, I WAS SMASHED IN AN AUTO ACCIDENT AND I HAD A NEAR-MINT CAR THE PROPERTY DAMAGE TO THE CAR WAS SO EXTENSIVE, THE CAR WAS LABELED BY THE OTHER PERSON'S INSURANCE AS "TOO EXPENSIVE TO FIX" THE CAR'S TRUE VALUE AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT WAS IN THE 9,TO 12,DOLLAR RANGE AND A BELLEVUE, WASHBODY SHOP WANTED (IF THEY WERE GOING TO FIX IT) IN EXCESS OF $10,DOLLARS FOR REPAIRS HOWEVER, THEY RECOMMENDED THE CAR BE TOTALED BECAUSE EVEN IF FIXED, "IT WOULD BE UNSAFE TO DRIVE" THE OTHER PERSONS INSURANCE COMPANY (ONE OF THE MAJORS) MEANWHILE, PUT ME IN A RENTAL FOR WEEKS AND THEN IN THE LAST DAYS OF THE RENTAL, SUBMITTED TO ME A CHECK FOR $TO SIGN, WITH A BOOK ABOUT COMPARABLE VEHICLES JUSTIFYING THEIR CHECK AMOUNT IN VIEWING THE BOOKLET, I DISCOVERED VALUES WERE NOT PROPERLY CALCULATED SO I REFUSED THE $FOR EXAMPLE, THE CAR'S AUTO GLASS WAS ASSIGNED A "0" VALUE WHEN THE GLASS PANELS WERE MINT YET NO VALUE WAS ASSIGNED THEN POINTING OUT MORE IMPROPER CALCULATIONS, THE OTHER PERSONS INSURANCE CORAISED THEIR CHECK AMOUNT TO 6, THIS ALSO WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE I THEN EXAMINED FURTHER THE NEWER BOOK SENT TO ME AT THIS TIME, AND, ON PAGE OF THE "SUPPOSED" COMPARABLE VEHICLES PAGE, WAS A CAR LISTED FROM DEALER WITH YELP COMPLAINTS AGAINST IT: FOR HIS DEALERSHIP WAS SELLING CARS THAT DIDN'T WORK AFTER PEOPLE PURCHASED THEM! I ALSO NOTICED OTHER CARS LISTED IN THE BOOKLET HAD THE WRONG ENGINES, WHEELS, TRANSMISSIONS ETC MORE OVER, I WAS THEN TOLD IF THE $6,WAS NOT ACCEPTED THE CASE WOULD BE CLOSED THAT'S WHEN I CALLED MONICA FISHER AT AUTO-LOSS INSTANTLY I COULD SEE WHY MONICA WAS PRESIDENT OF THIS COMPANY WITHIN MOMENTS SHE HAD FOR ME THE PROPER VALUE OF MY CAR, AND WENT OVER WITH ME ALL THE DETAILS OF THE CAR TO MAKE SURE WE HAD THE TRUE VALUE MONICA THEN SUBMITTED A "TRUE-VALUE" REPORT TO ME, AND MORE SO, SHE STEPPED IN TO SETTLE THIS CASE PROFESSIONALLY AND PRO-ACTIVELYAND WITHIN SEEMINGLY A WEEK, A SETTLEMENT WAS REACHED FOR APPROX $9,BECAUSE OF MONICA'S HARD WORK AT AUTO-LOSS, AND THE REST OF HER TEAM AT AUTO-LOSS AS MONICA IS A SPECIAL PERSON, I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THIS MOMENT TO THANK HER AND THE REST OF HER TEAM FOR THEIR "EXCELLENCE" IN A JOB WELL DONE! Monica F* refuses to refund my $which was promised on 1/1/

Monica assured that insurance companies owed me more than $6,for diminished value claimsOnce I paid $250.00, they send a generic demand sample that didnt stand a chanceLiberty Mutuals Dimished Value Manager denied my claimI forwarded Monica the response serveral times and she act as if she was confusedI provided a hard copy and email copy of the denial letterI asked for a full refund timesOn the Autoloss.inc receipt it states,
“Money Back Guarantee- At the end of the DV process if you don't have at least the appraisal feeor have the vehicle totaled we will reimburse you the appraisal fee per our website.” However, this is not the case once you pay Monica becomes Msuntouchable she will forward you to every support person in the companyThey have no knowledge of their profession and cant honor their own policyPlease do yourself a favor and keep your moneyThe reviews are accurate these people are worthlessMonica will lose more than the $she conned

I am very happy with the service provided by AutolossMonica and her team knew I had a case and were with me every step of the wayThey kept to their word and instructed me what to do at every turnWe had a difficult company who initially offered me only $for my diminished value claim when it was stated I should have been paid at least $2,After several letters were sent and with their persistence and determination, I was approved for the $2,I had hoped I would be gettingThankyou so muchThere is no way I could have done this without youThankyou for helping meI highly recommend this company to anyone! Be prepared, you will want to read the fine print of their money back guarantee claimThey might write up a report for you, and that is about the extent of their helpI still had to do all the work with reaching out to this insurance company and reaching out to Autoloss multiple times, up to a week to hear back from them at timesIf anything, they just added more to my to do list which was not what I wanted since I am already fighting this insurance company If you want to pay a company so that they can tell you what work to do then this is your companyComplete waste of my time, I am so sad that they didn’t even want to help us understand where they were coming fromBut they absolutely did not help us get any diminished value, and still kept our moneyShame on them

A trusted friend recommend this company after my insurance company gave me a low ball market valuation on my car after they deemed it a total lossI am glad I went ahead with Monica and team and didn't look at these negative reviews which I believe are not representative of their workMonica was very helpful and informative along the processWhile I got my insurance to raise my payout from $2,to $3,Monica's independent appraisal helped me get the payout up to $4,which was NADA guide priceThey gave me great results but I also had expectations to the limits of just how much I could get for my year old carI could not have come away with a better expected result nonetheless!
