Complete scamInsurance companies do not even look at theseDo yourself a favor and before you pay the fee for this, ask the insurance company to send you their own diminution value paperworkIt is very easy to complete and they will only pay you off of this anywaysDONT USE AUTOLOSS

I am writing today to request a refund of the $I paid to AutoLoss.com to prepare a diminished value report on my vehicle following an auto accident in which I was involved last July
The appraisal provided by AutoLoss, Incactually provided the other insurance carrier all the ammunition they needed to categorically deny my claim for diminished value One of the "comparable" vehicles provided in their report was a total loss Trans Am that was still listed around $20K, and *** used that sale listing to inform me that, if a total loss vehicle was still being listed with a $20K price, my $1K in door damages would constitute no loss in value whatsoever Kind of hard to argue with that logic, and I have abandoned my pursuit of the DV claim
I find that the inclusion of the total loss vehicle in their report, and AutoLoss, Inc.'s failure to perform due diligence, realize that the VIN was tied to a total loss and not include such a vehicle in the report, proved highly prej

My 2017Subaru Outback was T-boned in mid Febthis year (2018) and sustained damage Family members encouraged me to file for Diminshed Value, and found Autoloss.com Monica F.  put together an outstanding claim, which I pursued through the at fault Ins Co (Allstate)After a long time of haggling and getting very poor responses from Allstate I was finally offered 1/of what Autoloss had computed my loss to be worth Due to family sircumstances and lack of time I settled for the amount offeredI would not have received a dime if I had not had help from Autoloss Amanda was terrific in assisting me every step Thank You All!

I contacted this company last month after three of cars were totaled by hurricane Harvey
The insurance company was not paying us the value we requested
We were very upset and than I find Auto Loss company on line and cannot tell how happy we are they were able to get us little over 12K for all three cars

I hired Autoloss to provide data, documentation and services to support and quickly settle my diminished value claim after being rear ended in my vehicle on July 29th I needed a quick resolution as I was trying to purchase a new vehicle and was also dealing with accident related injuries I found their website and obtained a free quote, which was extremely high and favorable for me I knew I needed hard local data in order to support any claim I had against *** I followed through with each of their steps *** reps laughed at me when I submitted Autoloss documents They did not provide an local data, and it was all fluff Then I was instructed to go have my car appraised at local dealerships, such as "Carmax" in order to provide *** with the evidence I really needed This company simply wasted my time, advised me to settle for far less than my dmv claim was actually worth I went on to visit dealerships, write my own letters and provide additional evidence and settled

After dealing with *** *** on DV for my Ford Edge with *** *** I was not getting anywhere except for a offer for DM of $1,075.00, so I went online and done some looking on DM in North Carolina and that's when I found AutoLossI submitted my accident report, and all information about my vehicle damage to Autoloss, via Fax and I was immediately contacted by *** at AutolossI was assured that my vehicle had a DV from a motor vehicle accident back in April 5, of around $3,After speaking with her and her company a few times, I felt it was safe to pay a appraisal fee of $for a certified appraisalI was assured that if or when any problems raised from the insurance company, *** *** that it would be handled by them as wellAfter a few months Autoloss sends me a email stating that they could not get a returned phone call from *** ***, so I was asked to file a complaint with the North Carolina Department , so I done soThen finally *** *** sent the

Starting dealing with autoloss.com back in mid February of and at first I dealt with MonicaShe said I had a great claim for the wreck that happened in TX and they were going to ask for over $in diminished value to my truckSounded great but I was optimistic that we would get anything close to that since I had already got the insurance company up to $and they were standing firm at thatMonica did say that if we didnt get any more than the $I could get a refund for the full amount of what I paid for her services which was $fast forward to May and the insurance is still not budging and it comes to light via the insurance agency that in Texas diminished value is not actually legislated as it is in GeorgiaThe insurance company and I quote stated "We are offering $for the stigma attached to it being involved in a loss; not the negotiated trade value that the dealer negotiated with you"So why didnt autoloss.com not know this and simply from the get go tell me they couldnt help me instead of wasting my timeThe constant calling to check on my DMV claim and no return phone calls, constant emails and no replys until days lateragain fast forward to June 20th when Monica finally emails me to say the will refund my payment since I didnt get anymore than what I had originally started withShe neglected to tell me that they could take payment within a day and then the refund will take 30-daysThats just crazy, are they waiting for someone else to pay them so they can turn around and give me my money backThis whole process was a waste of time and moneyI should have just went with my gut and took the money early on from the insuranceI will never be recommending their services to anyonenow I guess I will just wait around til a check comes in the mail from them, knowing their process thus far I wouldn't be surprised to see it be less than what I paid originallyAgain, just handle it on your own and never go to this site, they will just string you along the entire way

My experience with Monica and the helpdesk was very positive friendly courteous and gave me plenty of information I got The exact amount of her appraisal I would and did recommend auto loss to Friends

Did a great job We are getting over double of the insurance companies first offer AND *** ***l IS paying us back for the appraisal!!!

Read the complaints and negative reviews and you will see exactly what you will be in forI wish I had done this before I dished out $to these incompetent scam artists
You WILL have to constantly call them
You WILL have to constantly remind the where in the process you are
You WILL have to wait...days, even weeks, for something they promise you same day or within 24-hours
Monica will tell you that it is a long drawn out process because the insurance companies like to drag it outLIE - The insurance adjuster handling my claim generally gets back to me within a day or two..the people at AutoLoss have taken 2-weeks to respond at times
Their reports will be FULL of typos, errors, and things they just make upSeriouslyOne guy sent me a report to forward and there was a whole paragraph where he made up a scenario that never occurred
They play games with youSeriously, let me break down the last weeks worth of interactions I've had with them
Wednesday - Call Autoloss to explain to them that the insurance adjuster isn't accepting their "similar vehicles" part of the claim because the vehicles they found are not from the same state (You would think Autoloss would know how to do this by now) - Autoloss tells me if I go home and find similar vehicles in my state (Which is what I'm paying THEM to do) and email them, I will get an amended demand letter that dayI do thisThen I waitThen I call shortly before they close and I'm told I'll get the letter in 24-hours (Great, glad I rushed home from work to do their work for them, for nothing)
Thursday - hours later - Nothing
Friday - hours later - Nothing
Monday - hours later - no calls, no emails
Tuesday - I call near the end of the day after not hearing from themI was told my advisor was busy but he would make sure to get the letter out to me todayI don't get the letterI call and leave a voicemail after they close
Wednesday - I get an email from Monica saying, and I quote, "[...] If you have not received the demand letter you will get that today or a response as to what is holding up the letter." - GreatExcept I didn't receive a letter, or an explanation this day
Thursday - I wake up to an email apologizing and explaining the problem - except the "hold up" was exactly what they were supposed to do all along, he just made it sound like he came up with the idea last minuteEven though we discussed this alreadyLast Wednesday
Friday - After telling them I'm sick of being jerked around and that I want a refund, they finally send me the demand letterThey addressed it to the wrong person, they numbered their example vehicles 1,2,3,4, and I asked them to fix this before they send it outThey told me it would be 24-hours before they fix it, then they would send it to me for approval, and then they would fax itThey also claimed they didn't make mistakes, it was just that I wanted things changed
That last week is what led me to writing all of this outThe entire process with them has been a nightmare, and this is only one little snippet of itPlease, for the love of god, do not support this companyIf you have any questions, message me, I'll help you for freeI already know exactly what they knowAll they do is copy and paste your information inside of a prewritten, canned letter that they crank out to everyoneThey put no effort into their workHonestly, if you don't believe me, look at their Revdex.com profile, look at the negative reviewsGetting them to do their job is like pulling teethEveryone says the same thingJust do your research if your considering themMessage meMessage anyone who wrote a reviewDo not get sucked into this like I did
