Horrible, the most untrusted company I have ever dealt withAfter purchasing a Hood for my truck, I received an email explaining that I was to pay an additional Freight charge in the amount of $no where on their web site does it show that additional charges could be appliedNow they are way more expensive than any other competitorI thought they were a few dollars cheaper than others but they liedNow I am having to wait two days for my refund before I can order from someone elseThis now stops me from finishing my project on timeI would never recommend Autoplicity.com to anyone!

Complaint [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:i ordered another "skid plate" with Autoplicity not hardware when I ordered it on the of this month there was a picture of the skid plate and the description said SKID PLATE not another word on it they were paid in less then a week still waiting for a skid plate and not another bait and switch show and say skid plate and then send muffler tube or something all I want is my S K I D P L A T E thank you iam up to 45, yes forty five emails trying to get my SKID PLATE please help? I placed an order for parts that were listed as "In Stock" on a Friday A week later I got an email stating that the parts will be shipped the following week What? Almost two weeks to ship when the item is in stock Something's not right Is it really in stock or am I being lied to? Time for some detective work I checked their website and the part description showed in stock I suspected that this is [redacted] so I called up and pretended to place an order for the exact same product After I was assured that the item was indeed in stock and would ship out in a couple of days I revealed that I had already placed an order for this part and had been notified via email that it wouldn't be shipped for another days "Can I put you on hold sir, I'll have to look into this" When she returned, I was told that a mistake had been made and they didn't really have them in stock and that it would be shipped direct from the manufacturer, thus the delay As I suspected, they use advertising to make the sale Of course this was denied and I was told this was a one time mistake and it hardly ever happens I don't believe it Dishonest companies adopt policies like this (saying it's in stock when it isn't) because it can increase sales significantlyGreat, just what the trusting consumer needs, another company willing to lie to get your money I will never do business with this company again and will go out of my way to inform anyone that will listen, about my experience I suggest that if you're considering doing business with this company, that you look elsewhere Look at all the complaints filed with the Revdex.com Do you really want to spend any of your hard earned money with a company like this? Will never order from Autoplicity again!! Ordered some tools from them online, when I received them it was not what I ordered They explained that there must be a mistake on their web-site because the picture and the actual item were not the same item I requested a return label (finally received it after phone calls) Sent the items back in June it is now August still no refund I've contacted them several times via telephone and e-mail...and have gotten nothing but the run around What a crock of ***!!! And the gal that is the "returns specialist"....not sure how she sleeps at night knowing that the company she works for treats people the way they do Read the reviews and never order from this company!!!
