roses, pink spray roses, chrysanthemums, green seasonal flowers, and other greenery nestled in a stunning clear glass vase with no indication of the amount of flowers that are to be used since that is based on the value@$and it was filled to that valueItem pictured is a depiction of an arrangement that we will make as similar as possible with the same look and feelThe florist used:A clear vase with yellow roses, stems pink spray roses, stems pink matsumoto asters, statice and a large red w/white polka dot bowA large yellow Gerber Daisey was also used and was delivered as scheduled with fresh flowersThis order was delivered on 2/and the customer made a complaint to a customer service representative on 3/3/15, which was past the day policy for issuing complaintsAs a courtesy and in good faith a, refund was issued in the amount of $vs Transaction and $in store credits:Current Reward Points @which are worth $and do not have an expiration date either.Avas policy regarding complaints:Dissatisfaction:Since most of our products are perishable goods, we do not offer refunds after the product has been in possession for more than days. I am sending this email to let you know that Avas Flowers still have not picked up the plant, as they had said they would. I called the florist (*** *** ***) on July 15th to find out what date and time they were going to pick the plant up and Yesenia told me that they had a driver on the way but received a message from a man from Avas not to pick them up. We also have not received a refund. Thank you for your continuing efforts to get this matter resolved
