I am rejecting this response because:
As I stated before, this policy is unacceptable Any florist who only guarantees their product for hours is a scam I trusted the business to provide premium flowers despite the hour guarantee because of the price (which was VERY high) I feel like Avas has taken advantage of me and is hiding behind their 24-hour guarantee.If the Revdex.com cannot procure a refund for me, I at least implore you to WARN OTHER CONSUMERS not to do business with this company unless they are willing to spend top dollar for flowers that are likely to die overnight.Avas Flowers is simply a company without integrity.Perhaps they are technically correct in that they only guaranteed their flowers for a day, but that doesn't mean they are morally or ethically sound in running a business in this fashion Please see past the technicality and help me to keep other consumers from being scammed

I am rejecting this response because:This company states that I was to notify them within hours of receiving the merchandiseI NOTIFIED THEM WITHIN ONE HOUR OF THE MERCHANDISE BEING DELIVERED AND I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THE PERSON TAKING THE ORDER THAT I WANTED THE PRIMARY COLOR TO BE PINKI can understand that they would lie to the Revdex.com about the way they conduct business but I cannot accept the fact they are trying to call me a liarI was on the phone for more than four hours with about six different people trying to resolve this matterThe first three people told me that they could see where I had ordered pink flowers but somehow that information got deleted after about the first three peopleIMAGINE THAT!!! I want this company to be held accountable for such bad business practiceI wish I had looked them up on Facebook before ordering from themThere are numerous complaints about them on this site.

I was charged $My mother's 60th birthday is over and not what I wanted for her because of Avas FlowersThe least they can do is refund total amount charged to my accountMy concern isn't focused on money or getting a refundA partial refund is like a slap on the faceOnly a full refund will be acceptedIt's the least Avas can do for all the grief and frustration caused by this irreversible event. since we cannot redo the past and a 60th birthday only comes once in a life, the least Avas can do is provide a full refund $53.94.

FINALLY the credit has been refunded to my credit card for Avas Flowers.
Apparently 12/they refunded $then after I logged the complaint with you they refunded the remainder of the $so issue resolved. It is rather sad to think a customer has to go to all that effort to have a company play right. The manager said he would give me credit for flowers if I wanted it and I told him when they "solved" their customer service issues to contact me and I would be glad to order flowers again from them. Actually making Service Excellence occur takes more than just WANTING it. It takes EVERY single employee understanding what that actually means.Thank you again for your assistance in assuring that others will not have the same experience I had
