Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did what they said for days I stayed home times for a slot of timehrs each during which they said the plant would be picked up It was not I left it with the doorman for days (where it should not be in my building The saidthe florist tried to pick it up That is a lie There are full time doormen here 24/ I no longer have the plant as I do not keep ugly things inmy home They had plenty of time to resolve this They are just doing to you what they did to me If you google their complaint sections, you will see that this is standard policy for them Regards, [redacted]

I've spoken to the florist who had a signature at the front desk/receptionist( [redacted] ) who accepted the arrangementThe florist is not permitted to enter the restaurant to deliver in person.This delivery was confirmed on 5/@3Pm and the customer service representative tried to get confirmation for the customer but was unable to do so
