problems began when chairs were deliver as the massage feature WAS NOT THE SAME Exchange problems every since discussing the issue as to what corporate are preparing to do Has gone too long and the warranty we paid for this should have resolved all issues delays by the owner and Son of the owner of the local store have gone on too long

My cash payment was applied to the wrong account and Badcock has reported a negative payment to Equifax I want removed In February 2007, I purchased furniture through Badcock Home Furnishings and charged it to my account with BadcockI have never missed a payment or made a payment lateHowever, in March 2014, I made a cash payment in-storeApparently, the store accidentally applied the cash payment towards my wife's account rather than mine, since we obviously have the same last name and addressI contacted the store, spoke with the manager, and informed him of what had happenedI was told by the manager that my account would "be fixed." However, Badcock reported to Equifax, one of the major consumer credit reporting agencies, that there was a "30+ day late payment" in April Again, this is not true, since the error was on the part of Badcock I disputed Badcock's reporting to Equifax, which contacted Badcock and asked them if the late payment information was accurate

In attempting to purchase two nightstands on the showroom floor, the employee, Stephen, claimed they were for sale but could not be purchased because no one had taken inventory at the store and it would be another two weeks before the items could be purchasedAll while the products were listed as 'for sale' on the showroom floorDeceptive practices Account_Number: [redacted]

This response is to DISPUTE the above mentioned complaint from [redacted] *** [redacted] patio was completed as agreed in the Fall of He complained there were drainage issues with the patio and sloping paversHe also claimed the job was left unfinishedThe agreement between both [redacted] and Allscape was the unfinished items that were mentioned, sealant and additional sand when other pavers had settled over winter, were not able to be completed until Spring of when the weather got warmerFor which, [redacted] kept $2,of the amount due and agreed to pay Allscape the remaining $2,of the contract when the weather cleared in the spring and the finishing touches were completedKeith from Allscape contacted [redacted] in March to take care of any items that needed finished and at that point, [redacted] chose for us to wait for things to dry out, and [redacted] said he would call us when readyIn Keith’s professional opinion, it was plenty dry in March to complete the final work on [redacted] patioHowever, when [redacted] finally responded back in May, it was in the busy season and Allscape was several weeks/months in the future on scheduling work [redacted] also claimed that none of his phone calls or emails were returnedKeith S***, owner, and a representative from Allscape showed up at [redacted] property on August 5th of this year to respond to [redacted] warranty claims and address any issuesAt that time, Keith was told by [redacted] wife to leave the property and not to touch anything, as they had already hired someone elseIn conclusion, [redacted] did not pay for the work that he claimed was “unfinished” by Keith, as [redacted] was still holding $2,back from the agreed contract price for Allscape [redacted] tampered with the patio by removing and digging out pavers after completion by Allscape, and therefore, jeopardizing the integrity of the work Allscape had done in the FallThis created and caused further issues with the drainage of the patioThere were some minor drainage issues that Allscape had planned on repairing in March in a matter of an hour or so from start to completion, but [redacted] was not ready at that time and told Keith to wait [redacted] dug up pavers from the patio exposing dirt underneath the pavers causing substantial moisture to fall below the patio with the large amounts of rain received over the summer causing much further damageAs can be seen, if [redacted] would have allowed Keith to come back to the patio in March, like Keith offered, none of this would have taken placeKeith would have poured some more sand, corrected some of the settling pavers, and sealed the patioHowever, [redacted] would have also, at that time, had to pay Keith the remaining $2,of the contract, which Keith never was able to receivePlease see all attached emails documenting the above recollection of eventsOnce again, when Keith showed up with his crew as planned in the last two emails below, he was told to leave the propertyKeith even left pavers with the homeowner that Keith had planned on using for the repairs as the homeowners stated they were going to ‘fix it themselves’Sincerely, Allscape Landscaping and Lawncare On Nov 28, 2014, at 11:AM, [redacted] wrote: We appreciate the work you have done for us and the difficult conditions that slowed your progressHowever your contract states the balance will be paid on completionThe pavers have not been sealed and the landscaping around them is not completeRecognizing you are close to completion we are willing to pay $at this time and the final $when you have actually completed the work [redacted] On Wednesday, November 26, 4:PM, Keith S [redacted] wrote: Thank you so much for your business! I received a threatening letter to return furniture I returned months agoI am still being billedIt is also having a negative effect on my credit I am receiving threatening calls, excessive messages, and a threatening letter about a furniture set I no longer haveI bought furniture at the beginning of the year, had it delivered and returned it before days fro a refundI was promised stalled several days for the return pickup, and was finally told I had to pay a restocking fee after the daysI went several times to the store and was told I had to wait for a return authorization from headquarters to return the bedroom setWhen thet finally recieved it I was over the days and charged 20% restocking feeI only had a bed, not the entire s=bedroom setI never should have been billed a restocking fee because I called and went before the time was upIf I was billed for a 20% fee it should have been for 20% of my bed cost, around $so about $I called headquarters
