My family purchased the Versailles sofa set in October from our local Hinesville, Georgia store, with a one year store warrantyEight months later, a spring broke in the sofa, and I must say, the service we received subsequently was absolutely horrendous! The furniture has been "repaired" twice, and to date we are left with defective furnitureAdditionally, there was no status communication unless initiated by myself- and each time, our furniture was held at the store for two weeks, which was intentional as our store warranty was nearing its endWe are taking additional steps in hopes Badcock will rectify this situationThe service of the associates was sub par and dishonesty was appalling, to say the least, and hopefully potential customers will receive better service Product_Or_Service: Versailles sofa w/pillows Order_Number: [redacted] Account_Number: [redacted]

After several months we noticed that the area where our bodies lay while sleeping was slowly being depressed leaving holesThe side I sleep on is depressed over six inches when I get out of bed in the morningIt slowly rises to about two inches deepThe side that my wife sleeps on has only a small depressionThere is a permanent hump in the middle of the bed between where we layWe called the local store and two representative were sentA picture was taken and a metal tape measure was placed from the head to the foot of the bed and a measure was done of the depressionSo far we have been told the depression is not deep enough and that there was a stain on the mattressWe have been told that the mattress is now out of warranty because of the so called stainWhen the mattress was purchased we were told to purchase a mattress protector that has been on the bed since it was deliveredWe have requested another visit that we are willing to pay for to show that the so called stain is a design placed at several places on the mattress itselfI have provided pictures of the area that has the so called stain and have been told that we are wrong about the design being there After contacting Kim H [redacted] , Customer Service Manager and sending several pictures to her we were contacted that the local store would again cooperate with our request to find out if this mattress was defectiveTwo representatives again came out, measured and took pictures with the result that the mattress was defective and we could get a replacement Kim H [redacted] , Customer Service Manager from Florida again called to inform us to see if that the situation was being takrn care of properly This time we are satisfied that Badcock did the correct thing about this situation

I bought a brand new dryer what I think is a brand new dryer from Badcock three to four months agoWell two weeks ago the belt on my dryer popped I contacted Badcock who contacted a service repairman to fix the dryer which was 4/26/Badcock called and said that the repairman would come on May 8, I thought ok I will waitHe called and came out on May 3, He told us that the belt had popped and he would order the belt from GE and will call when it comes inI waited to hear from the repairman no responseI called Badcock on May 9, and they called the repairman for an answer and he replied with when the part come he will call meWell, I waited another day still no callI called Badcock today for them to call the repairman again for an answer about the partI told the person on the phone that I have been waiting to hear from the repairman and if they can't fix my dryer to give me a new one or repair itI also said that I am paying for a dryer that I can't use

I purchased a Serta Indigo from Badcock for my daughter as a birthday presentSame mattress I haveShe received what I believed to be a brand new mattress from Badcock on Saturday! Repeated attempts to correct the issue yet remains unresolved We bought several furniture items, paying cash for the majority but financed the last for credit rebuilding purposes back in February We have yet to receive a bill, a payment voucher or any correspondence informing what our payment would be, when it was due or how to pay the bill We are also concerned that the company may be reporting non-payment to the credit bureaus We have contacted the company repeatedly for the information needed We still haven't heard anything back including our request for our account number
