Bought a computer from douglas ga location, computer never worked, took back computer to the Babcock location Feb 27th or March 4th
Took a computer back to douglas ga Babcock that I purchased that never worked, for replacement, manager cheree m*** aware of situation and I demanded a replacement or refund, now week's later with no call from them I went back to check status of replacement and manager didn't know anything and hadn't heard from Dell, I requested a complete refund and for me to have that taken off my Bill, she stated she could not do that and gave me number to badocock corporate, after talking to customer service all they could say was it was a Dell issue and really could not help me, as a customer I have a right to request full refund and to by a computer elsewhere AS I have never even used this faulty computer, now they are trying to make me take a replacement computer after much complaint and terrible customer service, I want a complete refund and right to purchase

On December I went into badcock to purchase a livingroom set I had explained to the woman I had been approved for with a 10% down paymentso I find the set I want and procced to the desk to see what the down payment would be she tells me which is way more than 10% she did not explain that of it was to have insurance so I ask y then she tells me so I tell her I dont want it then she tells me that I will have to put down I was like okay then when I get ready to pay her she tells me it will be I never got how much my monthly payments where or for how long none of that all I got was a reciept with how much was left.The service was awful the lady didnt know what she was doing at all

Insurance and replacing warranty

Ii purchase a mattress cover and adjustable base from badcock furniture in Sept the mattress came with year warranty the mattress memory foam started the break down I contacted the store and they sent a tech out to see the problem the told me the the memory foam is coming apart inside the mattress I spoke with the manager and he informed me that he couldn't honor warranty because the couldn't resale the item?? I told him it has caused back issues for me and my wife,he said due to stains and a burn that the would not honor warranty the mattress has been in a cover I purchased from them ??? The company has very rude drivers that came to my new home and was very disrespectfulTheir verbiage and actions were very unprofessionalThey brought in the incorrect furniture and had to return to retrieve them since they were another customersI was very cooperative throughout the entire processBut to retaliate on my vehicle and friend's vehicle is just ridiculousTheir company truck was parked right beside our vehicles
