I purchased a bunk bed from the Badcock in Tampa in January 2016. Days after the warranty expired the top and bottom support supports failed. I purchased a twin/full bunk bed in January 2016. Days after the warranty expired the top and bottom support structure failed. The bed is no longer safe to sleep in for fear of collapsing. Badcock customer service has declined to repair the unsafe bed at their expense . The model is the Cabin Retreat twin full stair bed.
