I purchased a GE washer and dryer last August and have had nothing but problems with GE has been here times and put in a new computer system and new balancers The washer continually walks out of area where it goes off balance, does not clean clothes and leaves fuzz and lint balls on all clothes, fills with water-empties and fills again to wash and they say nothing is wrong with it My water bills for months have jumped from $a month to $a month I have had to go to laundry service and wash my clothes and they are not cheap They wont give me another washer and dryer - not GESo I want them to come and get them and do not want them Product_Or_Service: GE Washer and Dryer Order_Number: [redacted] Account_Number: Cust # [redacted]

The company has been charging us for an insurance premium for loss of job/sickness insurance that we never signed up for We have been charged $in insurance premiums for sickness/loss of job insurance that we never signed up for My wife researched our current bill and asked why we have been paying around $25/month for the last months for insurance when the warranty coverage on the furniture was already charged in full and included in our outstanding balance When my wife contacted the customer service department, she was instructed that we were only able to be credited $because we only had days to dispute a charge We never realized we were being charged and never signed up for any insurance premium Shirley, the customer service representative, even verified that we never signed up for it This is fraudulent and never should have been charged in the first place We also had a very bad customer service experience with Cameron, the General Manager of the

Very rude supervisor overnight delivery gentleman name Oscar I bought a washer and dryer it was delivered to my house and they did not bring the proper plug for my dryer so they had to set up another time to come out and bring the plug they came out two days later and still brought the wrong plug came back again and still brought the wrong plug I had to go in the store to get a plug for my dryer and hook it up myself when I in return paid for my washer and dryer to be brought to my house and hooked up correctly so I got it to working then my washer I use for the first time and I feel it up with clothes water soap powder and I watch it because it's not spinning so I called the store they tell me the drivers delivery guys forgot to take out some part that allows the middle piece to spend so I called I asked when can I get it fixed they told me I would have to wait more days I have a washer full of clothes and soapy water if it's in there until Monday my house would be stinking I calle

My account balance is in correct because there isn't anyway that the amount financed can still have the same balance amount Balance amount should be less according to the number of payments made and the amount that was financed.I have tried to resolve this issue at our locate Badcock and by phone with the audit department.I have the understanding that our local store is corporate own and not local ownership

Being charged for insurance premium after I cancelled it I I called to cancel a monthly insurance premium three times now and also sent a letter requesting it be cancelled and was told each time I called that it had been cancelledI received my new statement and I am still being charged for it

On Jan 21,my wife made a double payment on my account and the company will not honor it My wife called in to the Tallahassee location to make my monthly payment, she told the rep that she was making the current payment and the next month payment,the man taking the payment told her to hold on then said proceed with credit card number.The next month billing statement came and I was being asked to pay the same payment that was made the month earlierMy wife called corporate and they told her that if she made the payment on 1/22/instead of 1/21/then they would have split it upSince she made it a day early I had to pay it again corporate then told her to call our local store since they took the payment they had to fix it,and she did only to be told by the local store that she had to call corporate cause they are the only ones that can make changes to accounts in regards to re-applying payments, I called trying to get resolution and they refused to take off the late payme

Badcock is listed on my credit report as having an account with them Feb. 1,2010. That is false. I never had an account with them February 1, 2010. It is an incorrect item on my credit report. I have asked for validation and still haven't received any out of trying to for over 1 year.

Late payments on credit file from well over a year ago I have purchased two items from this store over the past two yearsThe first item has been paid in full well over a year ago and the second item was paid in full in timely manner (within a few months)

Badcock REQUIRES all warranty parts shipped to their stores instead of the customer, then require the customer to pick up the parts I purchased two (2) CatNapper recliners from Badcock less than three (3) years ago Customers can purchase a three (3) year warranty from Proteat the time of purchase The technician came to my house the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, and ordered a new mechanism for one of my recliners Badcock REQUIRES all warranty parts to be shipped to their stores instead of delivering them directly to the customer, then they REQUIRE the customer to pick up the parts from the store I am on permanent disability and do not get out much I called the local store immediately to let them know that the part had been ordered, and that I had requested that it be shipped to my house They stated that when they received it, that I could pick it up I asked why they would have something delivered to their location, then force me to pick it up, and they respond

Badcock sold me a warranty from a 3rd partyWhen I purchased it, I did not know that the 3rd party covers almost nothing except manufacturer defectsI asked Badcock to cancel my warranty because I don't want to keep paying for a useless warranty and the guy at badcock has refused to do so Product_Or_Service: Couch and recliner
