I went to badcock on Decker Blvd to purchase a refrigerator, upon arrival I was met at the door by a gentleman who ask could he help me I told him I was looking for a Female sales consultant by the name of Gwen The gentleman told me she was not working so I decided to work with him We discuss me possibly purchasing a refrigerator, after careful discussion with him in regards to how I was going to pay for the refrigerator I wanted it added to the products that I currently have an installment payment arrangement, which he said that was fine after he fumbled with the computer only to find out that he was not going to be able to make that happen I decided at that time to stop all transaction and close out the deal 10/20/I received a certificate of insurance in the mailed stating that I had purchased insurance on the items I am already paying for This was definitely disturbing to me because that is not what I wanted, so actually enrolled me in an insurance policy to cover the

A Badcock driver ran over our mailbox last week in Little River, South Carolina while delivering furniture to our neighbor We have pictures, license plate number from the Badcock van, eye witnesses, and the Badcock driver apologized while on the phone with the Conway, SC office My husband has been in communication with*** and sent her a link of one that we would be willing to replace it with (about $75) and asked for some compensation in getting it installed She came back and said that she would only be willing to send us $that we could use towards our purchase I am sorry, but I am just flooredI responded back to the request and said that I am not willing to accept less than $100, which I think is beyond reasonable (but Badcock refused this offer) The labor alone would be $if we had a professional come in and install it! Two months ago I bought a bedroom set from Badcock and there mattress does not fit the bed causing me to get my head stuck as well as a huge divided
Two months ago I Boug a bedroom set and mattress from there store bought there insurance and everything I even tired to by a mattress protector from them was told I didn't need it that if anything happens to any of the furniture accident or otherwise I would be covered well I got my head stuck in my sleep woke up and the head board was chocking me I managed to free my self and shove pillows down into this giant gap I explained to them over and over that the mattress doesn't fit the bed and the bed has a huge dived in it and is hurting my back and shoulder they informed me they can't do anything for me because there's stains on the mattress which is a statement I have provided proof to them with pictures that there is no stains on this bed and would like them to honor there Warenty

Ordered and Paid for furniture and a nitemare! Badcock in Pensacola Fl performed poorly in their accounting practices, warranty of purchased pieces, customer service, and the corporate offices were no better
After months of going round and round with them on a purchase of over $3000, I simply just gave up and paid off my remaining balance...Just to be through with them altogether!
Do not waste your time, energy, and especially your hard earned money here! The only thing this company is good at is giving customers the run around! They do not abide by their boast of "Badcock makes it easy" or "Treat People Right."

I bought a brand new dryer what I think is a brand new dryer from Badcock three to four months agoWell two weeks ago the belt on my dryer popped I contacted Badcock who contacted a service repairman to fix the dryer which was 4/26/Badcock called and said that the repairman would come on May 8, I thought ok I will waitHe called and came out on May 3, He told us that the belt had popped and he would order the belt from GE and will call when it comes inI waited to hear from the repairman no responseI called Badcock on May 9, and they called the repairman for an answer and he replied with when the part come he will call meWell, I waited another day still no callI called Badcock today for them to call the repairman again for an answer about the partI told the person on the phone that I have been waiting to hear from the
repairman and if they can't fix my dryer to give me a new one or repair itI also said that I am paying for a dryer that I can't use

AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Andrew (sales mgr) was very unhelpful, unprofessional and unpleasant and constantly lied through his teeth
I scheduled delivery of my furniture (a week after I purchased it) on a Monday after 4pmI requested the last available delivery appointment because I worked out of townA delivery date and time was scheduled and confirmed on the day before by AndrewOn the day my furniture was set to be delivered, the delivery men called at 12:30pm stating that they were on their way to deliver my furnitureTHREE HOURS EARLIER THAN SCHEDULED! I advised them that they were early and that I worked out of town but I would leave work early and meet them at my home at 2pmThis was confirmed and agreed upon
So I am home waiting on my furniture to be delivered when I receive a call from Andrew at 2:30pmAndrew has now decided on the day of delivery, AFTER I have left work early to meet them that it was now policy that they do not promise a definite delivery time and therefore the delivery could not be made and would have to be rescheduled for yet another date and delivery window
I am ***! Andrew lied and did nothing to try to satisfy the customerI requested to speak with a manager and he told me to call the 1-number but they were not going to do anything but transfer me back to him.*** has to have better customer service! Never again will I do business with this company
