Company failed to honor warranty and changed my bill increased it by dollars
Purchased my new mattress in December of and received it in Jan only to have the handles to bust in the delivery drivers hand Wrote all of this on the delivery form only to have the owner refuse to send someone out and refuses to exchange When she finally decided to an exchange our bill increased by dollars with not discussionWe don't want to continue to negotiate with marble the owner all we want now is a full refund

I am still missing parts from my order

I bought a *** Washer from Babcock and More in Cookeville, Tennessee I, also, bought the extended warranty in May, They replaced the first washer There has been at least or more service calls made by *** under first year warrantyThe washer is not working properly now and they have advised me the extended warranty will not be honored since they have no one in this area to service it I am so sick of having repair people in my home and not getting a resolution I have spent way too much time on the phone trying to get this fixed I have been going to the laundrymat They should just give me a new washer and I will pay the repair bills if that one tears up I am having to do this now

She called my friend, and he told me she had said the delivery truck was full on the days that it would be in our areaShe had asked if we could take the couch back to the store ourselvesAt this point I wanted nothing to do with this store and its jarring lack of customer service, and tried just asking for a refundWe were told we could get a refund if we brought the couch in ourselves or paid for pickupI called the customer service line and was told the same thing, so I asked for the situation to be escalatedI was told I would be contacted in a few days
I received a call a day later, and was told the same thing - that if I wanted a refund, I would have to take the couch in myself, or if I wanted to exchange it they would handle the pickup and delivery for freeI never got a clear answer as to why they would pick the couch up in exchange for a different piece but not in exchange for my moneyI was also told I was not allowed to stay on hold to speak to a supervisor because they have other calls waiting
Eventually I was able to talk to a supervisor who, while polite, told me the same thingHe also seemed to try to shift responsibility on us by saying that the pickup sheet my friend signed said "sofa" (again, my friend asked the employees if this was really the loveseat that he ordered and was told yes)I asked for the issue to be escalated again and I am waiting to see if the higher ups at corporate will allow the store to pick up the sofa that they ordered by mistake without charging me

On March 21, Badcock's personnel delivered to my address a juvenile wall bed When they were assembling the bed they discovered a damaged door to the bedBadcock told me they ordered a new door I never received it I followed up with Peggy at Badcock over weeks ago and I requested a refund for the door since my account was paid in full She told me I would get a refund check for the door from corporate and she would keep me advised Here it is or weeks later and no checkI want my refund now for the door
