I would give them a before today! I have shopped this location for many yearsI have spent well over 10,dollars and furnished my whole houseliving rooms sets, one dining room set, bedroom sets, new mattress, one fireplace, and a living room hutchI have had a few small issues with the furnitureI have loved dealing with Anthony and Brandon
Now on to what happened today that totally changed my few of this Badcock locationI had my youngest son's bedroom set deliveredWhich was by two awesome delivery guys that always act respectfulWell when they were finished I had to approve the setI did not like the monkey board and how low it satIt left a huge gap from bed to headboardI was told to call in and request for it to be fixed My husband called and dealt with Anthony, as usual great service from himAnthony told my husband he would talk with management and see what could be done
Well, Natasha was the on duty manager and was unprofessional and very rudeMy husband was totally taken back by her and told her we are loyal customers and have spent lots of money in her store to be so disrespectfulShe actually stated to my husband, " I don't care how much money you spent in this store"Which to me is a shock!! She told him they would exchange the frames and we would have to pay the difference which was not a big dealI have to return to the store to sign a paper
Upon entering the store I was greeted by a smiling AnthonyI started talking to him and getting ready to show him the picture of the bed set and Natasha approached me, I told her I wanted to deal with Anthony, as we have never had an issue in the last few years when dealing with himShe advised me I would have to deal with herI again said, "I am going to deal with Anthony, "as you already had a bad encounter with her through my husband"She in front of the whole store and two employees, including Anthony, told me, " Well then you wont be doing an exchange then"She then said my husband has lied and was yelling at her, and said horrible things about AnthonyI told her that isn't trueWe would never say anything like that about AnthonyMy husband was at work, so I find it very hard to believe he would be yelling at someoneTo call my husband has lied, is so unprofessional, unethical and so improper to be in front of all these people and to say those things to a customer and with all that said it was in front of my yr old son!
I will never spend one cent in this storeThey can have their monkey board back and I will purchase my furniture else whereI suggest others to take their hard earned money else where, where its appreciated

Badcock refuses to honor warranty on a mattress we bought less than years agoBoth sides of our mattress is sagging on both sides causes hip pain
We purchased a mattress from Badcock in Shallotte NC less than years agoBoth sides of the mattress is sagging and they have sent their employees out times to measure the sagging areasThe sagging is so bad I can barely get out of bed due to hip painThey refuse to honor the warranty stating that we dips in the bed are not big enough

I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator and paid over $and from the beginning I had several issues with the product
I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator and paid over $at the Badcock Furniture in Elberton, GA and from the beginning I had several issues with the product I made several service calls on the product and each time someone came out, it was never completely fixed Now only less than month after the warranty is gone, the refrigerator broke down again and I have no place for my food Badcock made sure I made my payments on time; however, did not care once the refrigerator was paid off and the warranty expired Even when I called I was told that there was probably nothing that can be done, but they would call back and I never received a call You would think after I paid over $that out of good faith, someone would call I do not want my money back, but I would like a refrigerator that works!

Warranty co lied and said I had pet damage and I sent photos to prove that was a lieYet they still won't repair or refund the extended warranty
Repair co lied said my dog chewed my armless recliner pull cord I sent a photo proving that the end just came off the cord and that there wasn't one bite or chew mark on the cable or the pull end and yet they still refused repairI called customer service answer they were not helpful either and kept hanging up on me or putting me on hold and never coming backI have been tryin go to pay the furniture off but I am not goin to pay the $for an extended warranty that lied just to say I used the service to debit the return of the fundsI just want to pay off my furniture and not have to pay for the extended warranty that was never used! They always said upper management would call me back and yet no one ever has! The slogan of "we'll treat you right" is also a lie! order status delivery date was 3/24/when I called store, they said they had no delivery for me on that dateMy delivery was for 3/30/i stated this is not correct (i ordered a stove)He stated (store manger Mr.J***) that he said it would he told us it would be 3/30/I have the orginal sales order which states 3/24/I told him I am not a liar, and he is the one telling the liehe said I have no reason to lieat which time I went to the store and confronted him and he still tried to lie to me about the dateuntil I showed him the sales order.he said that he has no idea how a date got on my paper worki stated to him that I knew what had happened was I had a quote that was out of date and because he was store manger, he does not get a commission, he made a new sales order for the stove which gave the store clerk the commissionmy orginal order was pulled which pulled me from the slot for deliveryi told him the least he could was wave t

I purchased a recliner sofa on or about May of Shortly after purchasing the material on the left side of couch separated and I contacted Badcock to replace couchThey sent technician who deemed the couch not repairable and replaced due to manufacture defectI requested different couch but Stephan stated that I had to replace it with same itemThe second couch separated on same side of couch in a couple days over having it for only monthI contacted the store on September but did not receive a call back in response to the separationI called a couple more times and still no response from StephanOn or about Oct 31, I went to store and spoke with Stephan who stated I could not replace item with another couchAfter speaking with the Corporate Office it was determined that was not the case and I could replace it with another item of my choiceFurthermore Stephan and QA is claiming now that the same separation is now a rip and I have to use my insurance to replaceI

My family purchased the Versailles sofa set in October from our local Hinesville, Georgia store, with a one year store warrantyEight months later, a spring broke in the sofa, and I must say, the service we received subsequently was absolutely horrendous! The furniture has been "repaired" twice, and to date we are left with defective furnitureAdditionally, there was no status communication unless initiated by myself- and each time, our furniture was held at the store for two weeks, which was intentional as our store warranty was nearing its endWe are taking additional steps in hopes Badcock will rectify this situationThe service of the associates was sub par and dishonesty was appalling, to say the least, and hopefully potential customers will receive better service

We have been with Badcock Home Furnishing since I went in recently and ordered a couch to replace the one we purchased years ago from them that was recently handed down to my son From the first mattress set we purchased in 2004, to our living room, and dining room set, stove, and our bedroom furniture each purchase went flawlessly and delivery was professional and on timeIt is a pleasure to have a company to rely on that delivers not only great service, but also quality products that are built to last
